However, the technique of Patent Document 1 is fixed to an interior material of a vehicle and has only a function of illuminating a specific part. Therefore, for example, another illumination device is required to brighten a portion of the illumination device that does not reach the light, such as a portion under the feet of a seated person in a dark state such as at night. Further, in order to prepare for an emergency where the lighting device cannot be used, a separate emergency lighting device is required.

The present invention was devised in view of the above points, and the problem to be solved by the present invention is for a vehicle that improves the convenience while ensuring the function as the illumination of the interior space of the vehicle. It is providing the interior lighting apparatus of this.

A vehicle interior lighting device that solves the above-described problem is a vehicle interior lighting device configured in a vehicle interior, and a light guide that emits light and a light guide that guides light emitted from the light emitter. A light emitting means having a body, a storage battery capable of storing a vehicle power source for supplying electric power to the light emitting means, and a housing for supporting the light emitting means so as to expose the light guide and accommodating the storage battery And the housing is configured to be detachable with respect to the interior material of the vehicle, and the light emitting means is configured to supply the electric power from the vehicle when the housing is attached to the interior material. When the light emitter is turned on and off, and the housing is detached from the interior material, the light emitter is turned on and off by supplying power to the storage battery.

According to this configuration, the housing is configured to be detachable from the interior material of the vehicle, and the light emitting means is turned on and off by the power supply from the vehicle when the housing is attached to the interior material. In the state where the housing is detached from the interior material, the light emitter is turned on and off by the power supply of the storage battery. Therefore, it has a function as illumination of the interior space of a vehicle. Further, the light emitter is turned on and off by the power supply of the storage battery even when it is detached from the interior material. Therefore, it can function as illumination of other parts in addition to illumination of a specific part as room illumination. Moreover, it can function as an emergency lighting device. Therefore, it is possible to provide a vehicle interior lighting device that improves the convenience while ensuring the function of the vehicle interior space as illumination.

With respect to the vehicle interior lighting device, the light guide includes a vehicle constituent member configured as a skeleton on the outer side of the vehicle, and an interior material facing the interior side of the vehicle constituent member. It is preferable that the outer shape of the housing is configured as a part of the surface shape of the interior material and is exposed to the indoor side.

According to this configuration, the light guide is interposed between the vehicle component and the translucent portion that transmits the light of the light emitter of the interior material. Further, the outer shape of the housing is configured as a part of the surface shape of the interior material and is exposed to the indoor side. Therefore, in a state where the vehicle is mounted on the vehicle, it is possible to provide a sense of unity as a part of the interior material, and thus it is possible to prepare the vehicle without requiring a separate storage space.

The present invention can provide a vehicle interior lighting device that improves the convenience while ensuring the function of the interior space of the vehicle by taking the measures of the above-described inventions.

It is a whole perspective view of the illuminating device for vehicles which concerns on embodiment. It is the perspective view which showed the structure which removed the illuminating device for vehicles of FIG. 1 from the door. It is the III-III sectional view taken on the line of FIG.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of a vehicle interior lighting device according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

As an embodiment of a vehicle interior lighting device according to the present invention, a vehicle lighting device 10 for decorating an interior door trim 4 of an automobile will be exemplified and described. The directions indicated by appropriate arrows in the drawings are directions that coincide with the front, rear, upper, lower, outer, and inner sides of the automobile exemplified as the vehicle.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a door 1 of an automobile has a panel member 2 (vehicle component member) made of a steel plate configured as a skeleton on the outer side of the vehicle, and a surface on the vehicle interior side of the panel member 2. And a door trim 4 (interior material) made of synthetic resin or the like. The door trim 4 is composed of a plurality of resin molded products 6 made of synthetic resin or the like in order to provide shape retention and mounting rigidity as a general configuration. The door trim 4 is formed by combining the plurality of plate-shaped resin molded products 6. The door trim 4 is formed with an opening 8 penetratingly formed in a partial region. In the opening 8, a vehicle illumination device 10 is configured as illumination for illuminating a part of the vehicle interior.

The vehicle lighting device 10 includes a light emitting means 40, a storage battery 60, and a housing 50.

The light emitting means 40 has a light emitting diode 42 (light emitting body) that emits light toward the interior of the vehicle. The light emitting means 40 in the present embodiment includes a light emitting diode 42 and a light guide 44 that guides light emitted from the light emitting diode 42. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the light guide 44 is generally formed of a transparent rod-shaped member. A mode in which the light emitting diode 42 is irradiated from one end of the light guide 44 is exemplified. In addition, although the light-emitting body as the light emission means 40 illustrated the light-emitting diode 42, various things, such as a light bulb, light-emitting diode 42 (LED: Light Emitting Diode), organic electroluminescence, are applicable. The light guide 44 can be variously applied as long as it is light transmissive and has a light guide function. For example, the light guide 44 can be made of an acrylic resin, polycarbonate resin, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, a synthetic resin such as a silicone resin, or an inorganic material such as glass. The light guide 44 is not limited to being colorless and transparent, and a material containing a colorant such as a pigment in the above material is also applicable. Various shapes can be applied to the light guide 44. For example, the light guide 44 may be a plate-like member. Moreover, the light emission means 40 can further improve the design effect when the decorative shape is applied.

The storage battery 60 can be used as a battery by storing electricity by charging and can be used repeatedly. The storage battery 60 can store electricity from the vehicle power source and supplies the stored electricity to the light emitting means 40.

The housing 50 is a member that supports the light emitting means 40 so as to expose the light guide 44 and that houses the storage battery 60. A part of the outer shape of the housing 50 is configured to be detachable from the door trim 4 while a housing design surface 52 is formed as a part of the surface shape of the door trim 4 of the vehicle. The housing design surface 52 is exposed to the indoor side.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the light guide 44 includes a panel member 2 (vehicle component) made of a steel plate configured as a skeleton on the outer side of the vehicle, and a door trim 4 facing the interior side of the panel member 2. Of the (interior material), it is interposed between the half mirror 30 (translucent portion) that transmits the light of the light emitting diode 42. The door trim 4 includes a reflecting member 20 having a reflecting surface 22 that reflects light, and a half mirror 30 that is disposed facing the reflecting surface 22 of the reflecting member 20 at a predetermined interval. The light guide 44 of the light emitting means 40 is interposed between the half mirror 30 and the reflecting member 20.

As shown in FIG. 3, the reflecting member 20 is formed in a plate shape or a sheet shape having a predetermined reflectance. In this embodiment, it has the mirror-like reflective surface 22 by performing aluminum vapor deposition on the surface of one side of the plate-shaped member made of synthetic resin. In addition, although the reflective surface 22 illustrated aluminum vapor deposition, if it is a mirror surface so that it may have a predetermined reflectance, various metal vapor deposition can be performed. Further, the reflection surface 22 may be an aspect in which a sheet provided on a mirror surface is attached to a synthetic resin to form a reflection surface.

As shown in FIG. 3, the half mirror 30 is disposed facing the reflecting surface 22 of the reflecting member 20 at a predetermined interval. A half mirror deposition surface 32 is provided on one surface of the light-transmitting resin plate member. The half mirror vapor deposition surface 32 is disposed so as to face the reflection surface 22 of the reflection member 20. The surface opposite to the half mirror vapor deposition surface 32 is configured as a design surface 34 facing the vehicle interior side. Therefore, the half mirror 30 has a surface shape that is continuous with the surface of the door trim 4 as a whole, and is configured such that the design surface 34 is exposed from the opening 8.

As shown in FIG. 3, light emitted from the light emitting diode 42 (see FIGS. 1 and 2) is irradiated from one end of the light guide 44. The light guide 44 emits light by the incident light. The light of the light emitting diode 42 is repeatedly reflected through the light guide 44 according to the principle of the combination mirror of the reflecting member 20 and the half mirror 30 and is transmitted through the half mirror 30. Here, since the light emitting means 40 is set at a position where the light emitting means 40 can be viewed from the half mirror 30 side, the light emitting means 40 is visually recognized from the half mirror 30 side in a state where a plurality of mappings of the light emitting means 40 are projected onto the reflecting member 20. can do. Therefore, a visual effect with a sense of depth can be obtained, and the interior space of the vehicle can be shown widely. On the other hand, the light emitting means 40 is not visually recognized through the half mirror 30 which is the design surface 34 because the indoor light is reflected by the half mirror 30 in the non-light emitting state. That is, when the light emitting means 40 is in a non-light emitting state, the appearance of only the design surface 34 of the half mirror 30 is obtained.

Here, in the state where the housing 50 is mounted on the door trim 4, the light emitting means 40 is turned on and off by the power supply from the vehicle. That is, the light turns on and off in conjunction with the operation on the vehicle side. On the other hand, in a state where the housing 50 is detached from the door trim 4, the light emitting diode 42 is turned on and off by supplying power from the storage battery 60. That is, the lighting means is turned on and off by operating the issuing means 40 independently. Therefore, the vehicular lighting device 10 can be used to brighten a portion where light does not reach, such as a portion under the feet of a seated person in a dark state such as at night. Further, it can be used as an emergency lighting device even in an emergency where the vehicle lighting device cannot be used.

Thus, according to the vehicle lighting device 10 of the present embodiment, the housing 50 is configured to be detachable from the vehicle door trim 4 (interior material), and the light emitting means 40 includes the housing 50 attached to the door trim 4. In the mounted state, the light-emitting diode 42 (light-emitting body) is turned on and off by power supply from the vehicle, and when the housing 50 is detached from the door trim 4, the light-emitting diode 42 is turned on by power supply of the storage battery 60. And turning off. Therefore, it has a function as illumination of the interior space of the vehicle. Further, the light emitting diode 42 is turned on and off by the power supply of the storage battery 60 even in a state where it is detached from the door trim 4. Therefore, it can function as illumination of other parts in addition to illumination of a specific part as room illumination. Moreover, it can function as an emergency lighting device. Therefore, it is possible to provide a vehicle interior lighting device that improves the convenience while ensuring the function of the interior space of the vehicle.

The light guide 44 is interposed between the panel member 2 (vehicle component) and the half mirror 30 (light transmitting portion) of the door trim 4 that transmits light from the light emitting diode 42. Further, the housing 50 has a housing design surface 52 formed as a part of the surface shape of the door trim 4 and is exposed to the indoor side. Therefore, since it can have a sense of unity as a part of the door trim 4 in a state of being mounted on the vehicle, the vehicle can be provided without a separate storage space.

As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was described, the indoor illuminating device for vehicles of this invention is not limited to this Embodiment, It can implement with other various forms. For example, the vehicle is not limited to a vehicle, and can be applied to various vehicles such as a ship and an aircraft. The interior door trim 4 of the automobile is exemplified as the interior material, but the present invention can be applied to a ceiling material, an instrument panel and the like in addition to the door trim. Even if the light emitting means 40 is single, it can be seen by a plurality of mirrors so that both power saving and decorative improvement can be achieved. However, a plurality of light emitting means 40 may be configured.
