Description
Claims (16)
- プロセス変数を感知するための装置であって、:
筐体と;
プロセス変数によって変化する電気的特性を有するプロセス変数センサと;
プロセス変数センサが第一のシールド部分に対して取り付けられ、プロセス流体に曝されるように構成される第一のシールド部分と;
第一のシールド部分を筐体に連結させる第二のシールド部分とを含み、第二のシールド部分が第一のシールド部分を筐体から流動的に隔離する少なくとも一つのシールを有する装置。 - 筐体内に配置された端子台をさらに含み、端子台がプロセス変数センサに連結された複数の端子を有する、請求項1記載の装置。
- プロセス変数センサが少なくとも部分的にグラスファイバーケーブルによって端子台に連結される、請求項2記載の装置。
- 第一のシールド部分がサーモウェルを含む、請求項1記載の装置。
- 第二のシールド部分が第二のシールド部分の内側に連結された圧力ポートを包含する、請求項1記載の装置。
- 圧力ポートに連結された圧力スイッチをさらに含む、請求項5記載の装置。
- 圧力ポートに連結された弁をさらに含む、請求項5記載の装置。
- 圧力ポートに連結された圧力表示装置をさらに含む、請求項5記載の装置。
- 第二のシールド部分がそこを通る電気的導体を有する粉末状セラミックシールを包含する、請求項1記載の装置。
- 電気的導体が裸である、請求項9記載の装置。
- 電気的導体がニッケルから形成される、請求項10記載の装置。
- 電気的導体が銅から形成される、請求項10記載の装置。
- 筐体内に配置されプロセス変数センサに連結されたプロセス変数測定電子機器をさらに含み、
プロセス変数測定電子機器がプロセス変数センサの電気的特性を測定し、測定された電気的特性に基づいてプロセス変数出力を決定し、プロセス変数出力を通信するように構成される、請求項1記載の装置。 - プロセス変数電子機器が第二のシールされた空間に連結された圧力スイッチに連結され、プロセス変数測定電子機器がプロセス変数出力のみならず第一のシールド部分の侵害の表示も提供するように構成される、請求項13記載の装置。
- サーモウェルであって、:
その中に温度センサプローブを受けるための穴を有するプロセス係合部分と;
フランジに取り付けるように構成される取り付け部分と;
プロセス流体温度計器に連結するように構成されるプロセス計器係合部分とを含み、プロセス計器係合部分がプロセス計器係合部分の内側に流動的に連結された少なくとも一つの補助圧力ポートを有するサーモウェル。 - 取り付け部分に溶接されたAPIフランジをさらに含む、請求項15記載のサーモウェル。
