- マトリックスによって1つまたは複数の物質を封入する方法であって、液体状態の前記マトリックスと前記物質との混合物の調製、次に得られた混合物の固化を含み、マトリックス中に封入された物質の濃度が1ppb〜50重量%であり、前記マトリックスがバニリンもしくはエチルバニリンまたはバニリン/エチルバニリン等モル混合物からなる、方法。
- マトリックスが天然バリリンであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記物質が、香味組成物、調味料および医薬品有効成分から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。

− 0.5cm〜6cm、好ましくは1cm〜3cmの長さ、
− 0.5cm〜3cm、好ましくは0.5cm〜1.5cmの幅、および
− 400μm〜1500μm、好ましくは500μm〜750μmの厚さ
を有することを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の固体配合物。 - 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって得ることができる、1つまたは複数の物質が封入されているマトリックスを含む固体配合物。
- ヒトおよび動物向け食品の分野、医薬品の分野での香味料としての、化粧品、芳香剤および洗剤産業での香料としての、または医薬品分野での封入された有効成分としての、請求項11〜18のいずれか一項に記載の固体配合物の使用。
- チョコレート製造の分野での香味料としての、請求項19に記載の使用。
- バニリン、エチルバニリンおよびバニリン/エチルバニリン混合物から選択される化合物のカプセル材料としての使用。
- 香味組成物、調味料および医薬品有効成分から選択される1つまたは複数の物質を封入するための、バニリン、エチルバニリンおよびバニリン/エチルバニリン混合物の請求項21に記載の使用。
- 前記封入された物質の保存可能期間を増加させるための、請求項22に記載の使用。
