Description
デンプンを含む層を組み込んだ複数層フィルムを生成し、評価する。フィルムは、A/B/A構造を有する。各A層は、12ミクロンの公称厚さを有し、B層は、36ミクロンの公称厚さを有し、全体的な公称フィルム厚は60ミクロンである。表2は、本発明のフィルム1及び本発明のフィルム2の組成を示す。
この実施例の本発明の組成物における使用のために、2つの熱可塑性ジャガイモデンプンを調製する。表4は、ジャガイモデンプン1(PS−1)及びジャガイモデンプン2(PS−2)の組成を示し、これらは後に表5において参照される。
Claims (10)
- 複数層フィルムであって、
(a)0.930g/cm3未満の密度及び2g/10分以下のメルトインデックス(I2)を有する、50から100重量パーセントの直鎖低密度ポリエチレンを含む第1の層と、
(b)0.930g/cm3未満の密度及び2g/10分以下のメルトインデックス(I2)を有する、50から100重量パーセントの直鎖低密度ポリエチレンを含む第2の層と、
(c)前記第1の層と第2の層との間に位置する第3の層であって、少なくとも10重量パーセントの熱可塑性デンプンと、0.920g/cm3未満の密度及び2g/10分以下のメルトインデックス(I2)を有する90重量パーセントまでの直鎖低密度ポリエチレンとを含む、第3の層とを備え、
前記第3の層の厚さは、前記複数層フィルムの厚さの少なくとも30%を構成する、複数層フィルム。 - 前記フィルムの全熱可塑性デンプン含量は、前記複数層フィルムの全重量を基準として30重量パーセント以下である、請求項1に記載の複数層フィルム。
- 前記第3の層の厚さは、前記複数層フィルムの厚さの少なくとも50パーセントを構成する、請求項1または2に記載の複数層フィルム。
- 前記第1の層及び前記第2の層は、熱可塑性デンプンを含有しない、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の複数層フィルム。
- 前記第1の層は、50重量%以下の低密度ポリエチレンをさらに含み、前記第2の層は、50重量%以下の低密度ポリエチレンをさらに含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の複数層フィルム。
- ASTM D882に従い落槍衝撃強度が測定される場合、少なくとも5グラム/ミクロンの正規化落槍衝撃強度を示す、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の複数層フィルム。
- ASTM D1922に従い測定される場合、少なくとも400グラムの機械方向エルメンドルフ引裂強度を示し、またASTM D1922に従い測定される場合、少なくとも1000グラムの幅方向エルメンドルフ引裂強度を示す、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の複数層フィルム。
- ASTM 527−3に従い測定される場合、破断時伸び400から500%を示す、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の複数層フィルム。
- エチレンアクリル酸を含有しない、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の複数層フィルム。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の複数層フィルムを備える物品。
