Claims (10)
- ホイール前側(6)、ホイール後側(11)及びホイールハブ(3)を有し、ポリマー材料で構成される高速圧縮機用の圧縮機ホイールであって、前記ホイール前側(6)は、前記外周(15)から前記ホイールハブ(3)に向けて、前記ホイール前側(6)の外周(15)に通じる放射状延伸面と前記ホイール前側(6)の表面との間の距離が増加する湾曲を有し、前記ホイール前側(6)上に案内翼(7)が配列され、前記ホイールハブ(3)は前記ホイール後側(11)上で軸方向に突出し、また前記ホイールハブ(3)から前記外周(15)に向けて補強リブ(13)が伸長し、前記ホイール後側(11)の前記外周(15)に通じる放射状延伸面と前記補強リブ(13)の後縁(19)との間の距離は、前記ホイール後側(11)の前記外周(15)から前記ホイールハブ(3)に向けて増加する圧縮機ホイール。
- 前記補強リブ(13)は、湾曲された後縁(19)を有する請求項1に記載の圧縮機ホイール。
- 前記ホイールハブ(3)は、同心環(23)によって前記ホイール後側(11)上で囲繞され、前記補強リブ(13)は、前記ホイールハブ(3)と前記同心環(23)との間及び前記同心環(23)から前記外周(15)に向けて伸長する請求項1又は2に記載の圧縮機ホイール。
- 前記ホイールハブ(3)と前記同心環(23)との間の補強リブ(25)の数は、前記同心環(23)から前記外周(15)に向けて伸長する補強リブ(13)の数より小さい請求項3に記載の圧縮機ホイール。
- 前記ホイールハブ(3)と前記同心環(23)との間の前記補強リブ(25)は、径方向に配向される請求項3又は4に記載の圧縮機ホイール。
- 全ての前記補強リブ(13,25)は、径方向に伸長する請求項1乃至5の1項に記載の圧縮機ホイール。
- 前記外周(15)に向けて伸長する前記補強リブ(13)は、湾曲されるか、又はs形状である請求項1乃至6の1項に記載の圧縮機ホイール。
- 前記ポリマー材料は、ポリアリルエーテルケトン類、ポリスルホン類、ポリフェニレンスルホン類、ポリエーテルイミド類、ポリアミド類、ポリエーテルスルホン類、ポリフェニレンサルファイド類、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、エポキシ樹脂及びポリエステル類から選択される請求項1乃至7の1項に記載の圧縮機ホイール。
- 前記ポリマー材料が繊維強化される請求項1乃至8の1項に記載の圧縮機ホイール。
- 排気ターボチャージャ、エンジン用電動圧縮機、掃除機、ブロワ、圧縮機、ファン又は蒸気抽出フード内の圧縮機ホイールとしての請求項1乃至9の1項に記載の圧縮機ホイールの使用。
