Claims (10)
- 視覚刺激に応えた患者の眼のERG及びVEPの生体電気応答の関数である信号を記録する装置において、
前記刺激を生成するように適合された発光手段(17)と、
前記患者に接触して配置するように適合された、前記生体電気応答のセンサ手段(14、15)と、を備え、
前記発光手段を制御して前記刺激の放出を管理するように、かつ、前記センサ手段(14、15)が発した検出信号を受信し処理するように適合された処理手段(2)に関連付けられた又は関連付けられるように適合された装置であって、
前記センサ手段(14、15)が、眼瞼が閉じられた患者の眼に接するように適合された少なくとも1つのアイピース(13)に、少なくとも部分的に前記眼瞼に接触して配置され、
前記発光手段(17)及び前記処理手段(2)が、前記刺激が前記閉じられた眼瞼を通して感知されると、前記生体電気応答が前記センサ手段によって検出されるように構成されることを特徴とする装置。 - 少なくとも前記発光手段(17)及び前記センサ手段(14、15)が、医療施術者によって把持されるように適合された細長いハンドピース(11)に配置されており、前記センサ手段はハンドピース(11)ごとに、前記アイピース(13)に配置された少なくとも1つの活性電極(14)及び参照電極(15)を前記ハンドピースの軸端(11a)に対応して備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記電極(14、15)が、患者の顔の眼窩回りに接触するように適合された、前記アイピースのリング(13)に同心円状に配置される、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記電極は、前記処理手段(2)によって処理されるように適合された検出信号を出力する差動増幅器(16)に回路接続されている、請求項2又は3に記載の装置。
- 前記ハンドピース(11)が、医療施術者によって把持される人間工学的形状を有するフレームを備える、請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ハンドピース(11)に搭載された前記処理手段(2)を備える、請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ハンドピース(11)に対して遠隔位置に、ワイヤ手段(18、18’、18’’)又は無線システムを介して前記ハンドピース(11)と通信する前記処理手段(2)を備える、請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記アイピース(13)が、前記発光手段(17)が発した光を拡散する光拡散手段(12)を備える、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 視覚刺激に応えた患者の眼のERG及びVEPの生体電気応答の関数である信号を記録する方法において、
光刺激の放出及び前記刺激に応えた前記生体電気応答の検出を提供する方法であって、
前記視覚刺激は、眼瞼が閉じられた目にもたらされ、また、前記生体電気応答の前記検出は、センサ手段(14、15)を閉じられた眼瞼に接触して配置することによって実行され、前記刺激は、前記刺激が前記閉じられた眼瞼を通して感知されると、前記センサ手段によって前記生体電気応答が検出可能であるようなものであることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記刺激及び前記検出が、前記閉じられた眼瞼を、少なくとも前記発光手段(17)及び前記センサ手段(14、15)を格納するハンドピース(11)と接触させることによって実行される、請求項9に記載の方法。
