Claims (29)
- 少なくとも1つの薬剤を卵生水生動物の卵(複数可)内に送達する方法であって、前記卵(複数可)の絨毛膜の透過性を強化するのに有効であるグアニジン含有化合物の存在下で、前記卵(複数可)を前記少なくとも1つの薬剤と接触させることを含む、方法。
- 前記接触させることが、前記卵(複数可)の絨毛膜形質移入を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記卵(複数可)が、前記少なくとも1つの薬剤と前記グアニジン含有化合物とを含む浸漬媒体中で前記少なくとも1つの薬剤と接触される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記浸漬媒体中の前記グアニジン含有化合物の濃度が、1〜80,000μMの範囲である、請求項3に記載の方法。
