Claims (10)
- ケーシング(12)と、測定されるトルクを表す軸推力の効果の下で、ケーシング内で縦方向に並進的に移動できるように実装された部品(14)と、を備えるトルク計であって、
その末端のうちの少なくとも1つを介してケーシング(12)に接続され、縦方向に対して略直角な平面内に少なくとも部分的に延在する、軸受面(22)であって、接触端(24)と称される前記可動部品(14)の一方の縦方向端は、可動部品(14)の縦変位が軸受面(22)の変形を招くように前記軸受面(22)と接触するのに適している、軸受面(22)と、
軸受面(22)の変形を測定する手段(26、30)と、
を備えることを特徴とする、トルク計。 - 軸受面(22)の変形を測定する手段が、ケーシング(12)に接続され、軸受面(22)に向かって配向され、軸受面(22)の縦方向の変位を測定するように構成された、近接センサ(26)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のトルク計。
- 近接センサ(26)が誘導型近接センサであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のトルク計。
- 接触端(24)および軸受面(22)が締結具(28)によって互いに対して固定的に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のトルク計。
- 締結具(28)が金属で作られていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のトルク計。
- 軸受面(22)が、温度変化の結果として変形することのない材料から作られた支持体(38)を介してケーシング(12)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のトルク計。
- 軸受面(22)の変形を測定する手段が、軸受面(22)上に配置され、軸受面(22)の変形を表す値を測定するのに適した、少なくとも1つのひずみゲージ(30)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のトルク計。
- 軸受面(22)が、そのヤング率が温度に応じて変化しない材料から作られていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のトルク計。
- 温度測定手段を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のトルク計。
- 伝達要素を備えるターボシャフトエンジンであって、伝達要素に加えられるトルクを測定することが可能なように伝達要素に機械的に接続された、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のトルク計(10)を備えることを特徴とする、ターボシャフトエンジン。
