Abstract
Description

Claims (15)
- 収縮フィルムの力を測定するための方法であって、
収縮フィルム処理ユニット及び前記収縮フィルム処理ユニット内で移動可能な試験媒体を提供することであって、前記試験媒体は、長さ、幅、及び高さ寸法を含む3次元フレーム構造、ならびに前記3次元フレーム構造の外側表面に近接した複数の別々のセンサ位置に位置付けられた複数の力センサを備え、前記複数の力センサは、前記3次元フレーム構造の前記長さ、前記幅、及び前記高さ寸法の方向の力を測定するために複数の別々のセンサ位置に配置される、提供することと、
前記試験媒体の周囲に収縮フィルムを位置付けることであって、前記試験媒体は、非収縮状態で前記収縮フィルムによって少なくとも部分的に包まれる、位置付けることと、
前記試験媒体が前記収縮フィルム処理ユニットを通じて移動するときに、前記試験媒体の周囲で前記収縮フィルムを収縮させることによって、前記包まれた試験媒体を処理することと、
処理中、処理後、または両方において、前記複数の別々のセンサ位置における前記力センサを用いて、前記収縮フィルムによって前記試験媒体に印加された前記力を測定することと、を含む、方法。 - 力センサは、前記3次元フレーム構造の前記外側表面の外側の面、外側の角部、及び外側の縁部に位置付けられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記収縮フィルム処理ユニットは、収縮トンネルである、請求項1〜2のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記収縮フィルムは、ポリオレフィン材料を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記3次元フレーム構造は、サイズ調節可能である、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記収縮フィルムを処理することは、前記収縮フィルムを少なくとも約110℃の温度まで加熱し、前記加熱後、前記収縮フィルムを約50℃以下の温度まで冷却することを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- プロセッサ及びメモリを備える制御装置をさらに含み、前記制御装置は、前記力センサからの力データを受信及び記憶する、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記試験媒体は、1つ以上の温度測定デバイスをさらに備える、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 収縮フィルムの力を測定するためのシステムであって、
加熱ゾーン及び前記加熱ゾーンの下流の冷却ゾーンを備える、収縮フィルム処理ユニットと、
前記収縮フィルム処理ユニット内で移動可能な試験媒体であって、前記試験媒体は、長さ、幅、及び高さ寸法を含む3次元フレーム構造、ならびに前記3次元フレーム構造の外側表面に近接した複数の別々のセンサ位置に位置付けられた複数の力センサを備え、前記複数の力センサは、前記3次元フレーム構造の前記長さ、前記幅、及び前記高さ寸法の方向の力を測定するために複数の別々のセンサ位置に配置される、試験媒体と、を備える、システム。 - 力センサは、前記3次元フレーム構造の前記外側表面の外側の面、外側の角部、及び外側の縁部に位置付けられる、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記収縮フィルム処理ユニットは、収縮トンネルである、請求項9または10に記載のシステム。
- 前記3次元フレーム構造は、略長方形の角柱形状を備える、請求項9〜11のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記加熱ゾーンは、少なくとも約110℃の温度で動作するように構成され、前記冷却ゾーンは、ほぼ室温以下の温度で動作するように構成される、請求項9〜12のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- プロセッサ及びメモリを備える制御装置をさらに備え、前記制御装置は、前記力センサからの力データを受信及び記憶するように構成される、請求項9〜13のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記収縮フィルム処理ユニットの上流に位置付けられた自動フィルムアプリケータをさらに備える、請求項14に記載のシステム。
