Abstract
Description
1.透過における血液組織を通る光路長は反射よりも大きく、そうして、心拍の最中における測定された血液変動の信号対雑音比は透過率におけるよりも大きいこと
2.透過率測定のためには、より長い波長がたいてい使用され、皮膚のより深くまで通過し、かつ、組織内の散乱粒子との相互作用がより少ないこと、である。
1.エポキシ8における全内部反射損失が、エポキシ8−光学インターフェイス層9の接触によって防止され、もしくは、少なくとも低減されること、
2.皮膚におけるフレネル反射(図1と図2もまた参照のこと)が、光学インターフェイス層9−皮膚の接触によって防止され、もしくは、少なくとも低減こと、である。
1.皮膚における全内部反射損失が、皮膚−光学インターフェイス層9の接触によって防止され、もしくは、少なくとも低減されること、
2.ダイオード(カバープレート)におけるフレネル反射が、光学インターフェイス層9−ダイオード5/6の接触によって防止され、もしくは、少なくとも低減されること、である。
Claims (7)
- 少なくとも一つの光源、少なくとも一つの光センサ、及び、インターフェイス層、を含む、反射型のフォトプレチスモグラフィ装置であって、
前記インターフェイス層は、測定の際に患者の皮膚に接触するように構成されており、
前記インターフェイス層は、前記光源と前記光センサとの間に凹部を含み、
前記凹部は、前記インターフェイス層の中で前記光源と前記光センサとの間の光路を妨げている、
フォトプレチスモグラフィ装置。 - 前記インターフェイス層は、前記光源と前記光センサに対する反対面において、前記凹部に隣接する少なくとも一つの突出部を伴って、備えられている、
請求項1に記載のフォトプレチスモグラフィ装置。 - 前記凹部は、細長い開口またはスリットである、
請求項1に記載のフォトプレチスモグラフィ装置。 - 前記インターフェイス層は、フォトプレチスモグラフィのために使用される光に対して透明な熱可塑性のプレートを含む、
請求項1に記載のフォトプレチスモグラフィ装置。 - 前記インターフェイス層は、前記患者の皮膚に接触するように構成されたシリコーンまたはゴムを含み、又はシリコーンまたはゴムからなる、
請求項1に記載のフォトプレチスモグラフィ装置。 - 前記光源及び/又は前記光センサは、カプセル化されて備えられており、
前記光源のカプセル、及び/又は、前記光センサのカプセルは、前記インターフェイス層に接触している、
請求項1に記載のフォトプレチスモグラフィ装置。 - 前記フォトプレチスモグラフィ装置は、さらに、
前記光源と前記光センサとの間に配置されたバリア壁を含み、
前記光源、前記光センサ、及び、前記インターフェイス層の間において、
前記光源と前記光センサとの間の光路を妨げている、
請求項1に記載のフォトプレチスモグラフィ装置。
