Claims (15)
- 非脊椎骨骨折の予防もしくは低減および/または骨密度(BMD)および/または海綿骨スコア(TBS)の向上を必要とする被験体においての該予防もしくは該低減および/または該向上における使用のための配列番号:1のポリペプチド。
- 被験体が高い皮質骨多孔率を有する、請求項1記載のポリペプチド。
- 非脊椎骨が、手首骨および寛骨からなる群より選択される、請求項1または2記載のポリペプチド。
- 該使用が、該被験体に骨吸収抑制剤の治療有効量を投与する工程をさらに含む、請求項1〜3いずれか一項記載のポリペプチド。
- 配列番号:1のポリペプチドが皮下注射により投与され、任意に、80μgの配列番号:1のポリペプチドが、被験体に投与される、請求項1〜4いずれか一項記載のポリペプチド。
- (a)被験体が女性である、または
(b)被験体が骨粗鬆症を有する、
請求項1〜5いずれか一項記載のポリペプチド。 - 被験体が糖尿病を有し、任意に、被験体が二型糖尿病を有する、請求項1〜5いずれか一項記載のポリペプチド。
- 被験体が閉経後の女性である、請求項6または7記載のポリペプチド。
- 該使用が、高い皮質骨多孔率を有する被験体において非脊椎骨骨折を予防または低減するためのものである、請求項1〜8いずれか一項記載のポリペプチド。
- (a)被験体が正常BMDを有する、または
(b)被験体が、少なくとも約-1の骨密度Tスコアを有する、
請求項9記載のポリペプチド。 - 被験体が糖尿病を有し、任意に、被験体が二型糖尿病を有する、請求項9または10記載のポリペプチド。
- 80μgの配列番号:1のポリペプチドが、被験体に投与される、請求項9〜11いずれか一項記載のポリペプチド。
- 配列番号:1のポリペプチドが、皮下注射または経皮送達により投与される、請求項1〜12いずれか一項記載のポリペプチド。
- 配列番号:1のポリペプチドが皮下注射により投与される、請求項12記載のポリペプチド。
- 該使用が、脊椎、股関節部および手首からなる群より選択される1つ以上の部位で少なくとも約3%のBMD増加を生じる、請求項1または9記載のポリペプチド。
