Claims (15)
- 締結要素(1)を穴(19)にねじ止めするために、穴(19)に雌ねじをタッピングするねじ引き込み部と、長手方向軸(11)に沿って前記ねじ引き込み部に接続される雄ねじ(8)とを有するセルフタッピングねじ部(3)を有し、前記長手方向軸(11)に沿って締結対象部材(18)の前記穴(19)に挿入する挿入部(2)であって、前記雄ねじ(8)は一定の外径(dga)、一定のコア径(dgk)、及び前記長手方向軸(11)沿いに一定のねじピッチ(p)を有し、前記ねじ引き込み部は、前記ねじ引き込み部の利用可能領域において前記雄ねじ(8)の前記コア径(dgk)よりも大きく、前記長手方向軸(11)沿いに徐々に増加する外径を有することを特徴とする前記挿入部(2)と、
前記穴(19)の外側に配置され、前記締結要素(1)にトルクを加えるためのインターフェイス構造(12)を有する装着部(5)と、
を備えた前記締結要素(1)において、
前記ねじ引き込み部の前記利用可能領域の前記長手方向軸(11)沿いの長さは、前記雄ねじ(8)の前記ねじピッチ(p)の最大1.3倍である、
ことを特徴とする前記締結要素(1)。 - 前記ねじ引き込み部の前記利用可能領域の前記長手方向軸(11)沿いの前記長さが前記雄ねじ(8)の前記ねじピッチ(p)の最大1.2倍、特に最大1.15倍である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の締結要素。
- 前記ねじ引き込み部の前記利用可能領域の前記長手方向軸(11)沿いの前記長さが前記雄ねじ(8)の前記ねじピッチ(p)の少なくとも0.4倍、特に少なくとも0.5倍である、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の締結要素。
- 前記雄ねじ(8)のねじ高(h)が0.2mmから1.5mm、特に0.4mmから1.0mmである、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1つに記載の締結要素。
- 前記ねじピッチ(p)が0.5mmから2mm、特に0.6mmから1.3mmであ、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか1つに記載の締結要素。
- 前記雄ねじ(8)のフランク角が45°から75°、特に55°から65°である、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れか1つに記載の締結要素。
- 前記ねじ部(3)の外径(dga)が2mmから20mm、特に3mmから12mm、特に4mmから10mm、及び/又は前記ねじ部(3)、特に前記雄ねじ(8)が軸方向の範囲を有し、前記締結要素(1)の長手方向軸(11)の方向のねじ長(gl)が3mmから10mm、特に3mmから8mmである、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の何れか1つに記載の締結要素。
- 前記ねじ引き込み部(22)の材料の硬度が少なくとも800MPa、特に少なくとも1000MPaである、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7の何れか1つに記載の締結要素。
- 前記雄ねじ(8)、特に前記締結要素が焼入鋼でできていること、特に焼入鋼からなる、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8の何れか1つに記載の締結要素。
- 固定装置(9)が付属の雄ねじ若しくは雌ねじ(10)又はクリップ要素若しくはキャッチ要素として作製される、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至9の何れか1つに記載の締結要素。
- 締結要素(1)、特に請求項1乃至10の何れか1つに記載の締結要素(1)を製造するための方法であって、
a)長手方向軸(11)を有する半製品を作製する工程と、
b)前記半製品上の前記締結要素(1)にトルクを加えるためにインターフェイス構造(12)を装着する工程と、
c)ねじを当てて前記半製品にセルフタッピングねじ部(3)を作製し、前記半製品の一つの端面まで前記長手方向軸(11)沿いに前記セルフタッピングねじを伸ばす工程と、
d)工程c)とは別の工程であって、前記半製品の前記端面に斜面を形成する工程とを備え、
セルフタッピングねじと、穴に雌ねじをタッピングするためのねじ引き込み部と前記ねじ引き込み部に前記長手方向軸(11)沿いに接続されて前記穴にねじをタッピングするための雄ねじ(8)を形成するための前記斜面が、少なくとも部分的に長手方向軸(11)に沿って重なり合う、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 工程d)が工程c)の後に実行される、ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 工程c)が工程d)の後に実行される、ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 締結要素(1)、特に請求項1乃至10の何れか1つに記載の締結要素(1)を締結対象部材(18)に留め付けるための方法であって、
ねじ無しの穴(19)を前記締結対象部材(18)に作製する工程と、
前記穴(19)に前記締結要素(1)をねじ止めする工程であって、前記穴(19)で前記締結要素(1)の雄ねじ(8)によって雌ねじが前記締結対象部材(18)に切削されることによって、特に形状同士の噛合により前記締結要素(1)が前記締結対象部材(18)に留め付けられる工程とを備え、
前記締結対象部材(18)の前記雌ねじと前記締結要素(1)の前記雄ねじ(8)は、0.2mmから2mm、好ましくは0.3mmから1mm、特に0.4mmから0.7mmの径方向の溝(d)でお互いに噛合することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記穴(19)は穴長(bl)が3mmから12mm、特に3mmから9mmの貫通していないめくら穴として形成され、及び/又はねじ没入長(gel)が2mmから8mm、特に3mmから6mmの前記締結要素(1)の前記雄ねじ(8)が、前記締結対象部材(18)にねじ止めされる、ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
