Claims (25)
- 妊娠後期の女性によって着用されるように構成され、且つ、着用者の目を覆い、周囲の光から隠すように構成されている、可撓性アイカバー、
前記可撓性アイカバーによって支えられ、眠っているときに着用者の瞼の上に450nmから570nmの波長を有する光を放射し、閉じているときに瞼を貫通させるように配置されている、少なくとも一つの光源、及び
前記少なくとも一つの光源に接続され、内因性メラトニンレベルを低下させて妊娠後期の女性における子宮収縮を抑制することを助けるために、前記少なくとも一つの光源を作動させるように構成されている、制御部、
を有する、スリープマスク。 - 前記少なくとも一つの光源から放射される光の波長は、約450nmから500nmの間である、請求項1に記載のスリープマスク。
- 前記少なくとも一つの光源から放射される光照射量は、約0.1W/m2から0.5W/m2の間である、請求項1に記載のスリープマスク。
- 前記制御部は、前記少なくとも一つの光源から放射される光の照度を、所定の期間にわたって増大させるように構成されている、請求項1に記載のスリープマスク。
- 照度は、約5秒から30秒の間の期間にわたって増大させられる、請求項4に記載のスリープマスク。
- 前記制御部は、前記少なくとも一つの光源から放射される光を、不連続のオン及びオフのサイクルで脈動させるように構成されている、請求項1に記載のスリープマスク。
- 光は、約30分から約60分の間、毎分約1秒から3秒の間、脈動させられる、請求項6に記載のスリープマスク。
- 前記光源は発光ダイオード(LED)を有し、前記LEDは、前記可撓性アイカバーによって支えられ、眠っているときに着用者の瞼の上にLEDが光を放射することができる場所に配置されている、請求項1に記載のスリープマスク。
- 前記制御部は、人間の女性の生物学的時計をシフトさせるために、ある波長で、ある期間にわたって断続的に目の中に光を向けるように、前記少なくとも一つの光源を制御するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のスリープマスク。
- 妊娠後期の女性によって着用されるように構成され、且つ、着用者の目を覆い、周囲の光から隠すように構成されている、可撓性アイカバー、

前記可撓性アイカバーによって支えられ、着用者の皮膚に会合し、EMG(筋電図)、EEG(脳波)、及び温度のうちの少なくとも一つを測定するように配置されている、少なくとも一つのセンサ、並びに
前記少なくとも一つの光源及び前記少なくとも一つのセンサに接続され、内因性メラトニンレベルを低下させて妊娠後期の女性における子宮収縮を抑制することを助けるために、前記少なくとも一つの光源を作動させ、且つ、感知されたEMG、EEG、及び温度のうちの少なくとも一つに基づいて前記光源から放射される光の持続時間、波長、及び照射量のうちの少なくとも一つを制御するように構成されている、制御部、
を有する、スリープマスク。 - 前記少なくとも一つの光源から放射される光の波長は、約450nmから500nmの間である、請求項10に記載のスリープマスク。
- 前記少なくとも一つのセンサは、EEGセンサ、EMGセンサ及び温度センサを含むセンサアレイを含む、請求項10に記載のスリープマスク。
- 前記センサアレイは、EOG(眼電図)センサ及びパルスオキシメトリセンサのうちの少なくとも一つを更に含む、請求項12に記載のスリープマスク。
- 前記少なくとも一つの光源から放射される光照射量は、約0.1W/m2から0.5W/m2の間である、請求項10に記載のスリープマスク。
- 前記制御部は、前記少なくとも一つの光源から放射される光の照度を、所定の期間にわたって増大させるように構成されている、請求項10に記載のスリープマスク。
- 照度は、約5秒から30秒の間の期間にわたって増大させられる、請求項15に記載のスリープマスク。
- 前記制御部は、前記少なくとも一つの光源から放射される光を、不連続のオン及びオフのサイクルで脈動させる、請求項10に記載のスリープマスク。
- 光は、約30分から約60分の間、毎分約1秒から3秒の間、脈動させられる、請求項17に記載のスリープマスク。

前記可撓性アイカバーによって支えられている少なくとも一つの光源から、眠っているときに妊娠後期の女性の瞼の上に450nmから570nmの波長を有する光を放射し、閉じているときに瞼を貫通させるステップ、及び
内因性メラトニンレベルを低下させて妊娠中の女性における子宮収縮を抑制することを助けるために、前記少なくとも一つの光源を作動させるステップ、
を含む、方法。 - 約450nmから500nmの間の波長の光を放射するステップを含む、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記光源を発光ダイオード(LED)として形成するステップを含む、請求項21に記載の方法。
- EMG、EEG、及び温度のうちの少なくとも一つを測定するステップ、及び
