Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の実施形態の溶接機1の基本構成を示す全体図である。溶接機1は、直流電流によりTIG溶接と抵抗溶接の両方が行える溶接機である。ただし、本発明は、TIG溶接の電流制御に関するので、TIG溶接の場合(TIG溶接モード)を中心に説明する。

Claims (2)
- アルミニウム合金材をTIG溶接により溶接する溶接機であって、
前記アルミニウム合金材を溶解する溶接用トーチと、
前記溶接用トーチの電極に流す直流溶接電流の電流値を制御する電流制御部と、を備え、
前記電流制御部は、
第1期間に、予め定めた電流値である前記直流溶接電流の第1電流が流れるように制御し、
前記第1期間の経過後の第2期間に、前記第1電流の半分以下の電流値である第2電流が流れるように制御することを特徴とする溶接機。 - 請求項1に記載の溶接機において、
前記電流制御部は、溶接位置、溶接に用いる線材の直径、前記第1期間の長さ、前記第1電流の電流値のうちの少なくとも1つに基づいて、前記第2期間の長さを制御することを特徴とする溶接機。
