Description

The present invention relates to a method for constructing a piping through wall and a piping frame member used therefor.

Conventionally, as a construction method for penetrating a pipe through a wall such as a fire prevention section, there is a construction method in which a wall having a through-hole through which the pipe penetrates is first constructed and then the pipe is passed through the through-hole. In this type of construction method, a refractory material is filled between the through hole and the pipe to prevent the spread of fire in the event of a fire. However, if the space between the through hole and the tube is filled with a refractory material and closed, there is a problem that the operation becomes complicated. On the other hand, as a method corresponding to fire prevention without complicating work, there is a method in which a frame member is interposed between a through-hole in a wall and a pipe (for example, see Patent Document 1). With such a construction method, the tube can be exchanged together with the frame member, so that the operation can be easily performed.

However, in such a construction method, when the frame member is fitted after the wall is constructed, there is a problem that the construction is difficult because the frame member is difficult to fit into the wall if the weight of the frame member is large.

This invention is made | formed in view of the above, Comprising: It aims at providing the construction method of the piping through-wall which can arrange | position a frame member easily, and the frame member for piping used therewith.

In order to solve the above-described problems and achieve the object, the pipe through wall construction method according to the present invention applies a pipe frame member having a polygonal shape formed by using a refractory material. It is a method of construction, a step of passing through the opening of the piping frame member in advance and arranging a pipe having the piping frame member around the construction position, and the piping frame member And a step of arranging a plate-like wall material around the piping frame member with respect to each side.

Moreover, in the construction method of the piping penetration wall which concerns on this invention, it is good to have the process of arrange | positioning a lightweight steel frame along each side of the said frame member for piping before the process of arrange | positioning the said wall material.

A method for constructing a piping through wall according to the present invention includes a frame main body formed in a polygonal frame shape with a refractory material, a through hole through which a pipe passes, and is provided so as to cover the opening of the frame main body. The pipe through-wall is constructed using a pipe frame member formed integrally with the formed plate portion, and in advance so as to penetrate the through-hole of the pipe frame member. A step of arranging the pipe in which the pipe frame member is disposed at a construction position, and a wall material that forms a plate around the pipe frame member with respect to each side of the frame main body of the pipe frame member And a step of arranging.

Further, the pipe frame member according to the present invention has a frame main body formed in a polygonal frame shape by a refractory material, and a through-hole through which the pipe passes, and is provided so as to cover the opening of the frame main body. The formed plate portion is integrally formed.

According to these configurations, the piping frame member through which the pipe penetrates is installed at the construction position before the wall material, and then the wall material is arranged based on the piping frame member to make the piping through wall. The arrangement of the piping frame member is not complicated and can be easily performed.

Moreover, according to the above-mentioned structure, since the frame main-body part is carrying out polygonal shape, it is easy to install a wall material on the basis of a frame main-body part, and a wall material can be suitably arrange | positioned around a frame main-body part. . Moreover, since the plate part is provided so that the opening of a frame main-body part may be covered, the space between a wall material and a pipe | tube can be block | closed and fire spread at the time of a fire can be suppressed suitably.

Exemplary embodiments of a method for constructing a piping through wall according to the present invention and a piping frame member used therewith will be described below in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The construction method of the pipe penetration wall in the present embodiment is a construction method in the case where the two pipes 3a and 3b are installed so as to be juxtaposed in the hollow wall constituting the fire prevention compartment. In the construction method of the pipe penetration wall, two pipe frame members 1 having the same shape are used.

As shown in FIG. 1, the piping frame member 1 is made of steel (refractory material), and is provided so as to cover the frame main body portion 1 b formed in a rectangular frame shape and the opening of the frame main body portion 1 b. It is the shape which shape | molded the plate part 1a integrally. In the plate portion 1a, circular through holes 2a and 2b through which the tubes 3a and 3b pass are individually provided.

Next, a method for constructing a pipe through wall using the pipe frame member 1 will be described with reference to FIGS. First, the two pipe frame members 1 are disposed around the pipes 3a and 3b so that the pipes 3a and 3b penetrate the openings of the pipe frame member 1, that is, the through holes 2a and 2b, respectively. The two pipe frame members 1 pass through the pipes 3a and 3b with the frame main body portion 1b facing outward, and are temporarily attached to the pipes 3a and 3b with a tape for temporarily fixing the pipes 3a and 3b. Fix it. The space | interval of the two piping frame members 1 is a space | interval which does not have trouble in constructing the lightweight steel frame 11 (LGS) mentioned later.

Next, as shown in FIG. 2, the pipes 3a and 3b on which the pipe frame member 1 is installed are arranged at the construction position of the wall. At this time, the pipes 3 a and 3 b are arranged at a height position where the pipes 3 a and 3 b are actually piped by being suspended from the ceiling 5. As a method of suspending, for example, the support members 7 may be disposed on the pipes 3a and 3b, respectively, and the support members 7 may be suspended from the ceiling 5 with all screw bolts 8. Next, a fireproof coating 4 is applied around the portion of the pipes 3a and 3b that penetrates the wall. For example, a rock wool insulation cylinder is used as the fireproof covering material 4. The fireproof coating is performed for a predetermined length so as to be longer than the wall thickness of the wall to be constructed. Further, portions other than the portion subjected to fireproof coating with rock wool are covered with a glass wool heat insulating cylinder 27. At this point, the fireproof coating 9 may be applied to the beam 12.

Next, the lightweight steel frame 11 is erected along each side of the frame main body portion 1b of the piping frame member 1 at a site around the piping frame member 1 at the wall construction position. That is, the lightweight steel frame 11 is disposed along the vertical direction as a vertical member from the floor 6 to the ceiling 5 on both side portions of the piping frame member 1 at positions that become walls. Furthermore, light steel frames 11a are disposed along the left-right direction at the upper and lower portions of the piping frame member 1 so as to span between the light steel frames 11 on both sides. In this state, the glass wool 13 is disposed between the lightweight steel frame 11 and the lightweight steel frame 11.

Next, as shown in FIG. 3, the two pipe frame members 1 that have been arranged with a space therebetween are moved so as to be close to each other, and the lightweight steel frame 11 is sandwiched between them. From this state, as shown in FIG. 4, the portion between the four corners of the piping frame member 1 and the lightweight steel frames 11 and 11a are fixed with screws 14d.

Finally, as shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, the plaster board 21 (wall material) that forms a plurality of plates so as to surround each periphery on the basis of each side of the frame main body portion 1 b of each pipe frame member 1. ), A hollow wall 40 (pipe penetration wall) can be formed. The gypsum board 21 is fixed to the lightweight steel frame 11 with screws. The support member 7 and the full screw bolt 8 may be arranged as they are. Then, you may arrange | position rock wool in the frame main-body part 1b of the frame member 1 for piping.

As described above, since the pipe frame member 1 having the frame-shaped frame main body 1b is used, the pipes 3a and 3b can be exchanged together with the pipe frame member 1, and the pipes 3a and 3b can be exchanged. And expansion work is easy. Further, since the gypsum board 21 serving as a wall is provided with the piping frame member 1 as a reference, no gap is generated between the piping frame member 1 and the gypsum board 21. For this reason, it is not necessary to prepare a plurality of piping frame members 1 having various dimensions. Therefore, when constructing a wall such as a fire prevention section through which the pipes 3a and 3b penetrate, the number of parts can be reduced and the cost can be reduced.

In the above-described embodiment, the case where the wall penetrates the two tubes 3a and 3b is illustrated, but one may be used. Moreover, although the case where circular pipe | tube 3a, 3b is arrange | positioned was demonstrated, it is not limited to this. For example, the present invention can also be applied to a case where one pipe 3c having a rectangular cross section is piped as in Modification 1 described below. In the first modification, not only the shape of the pipe is different from the above-described embodiment, but also the point that the rock wool is disposed on the pipe frame member.

(Modification 1)
In this modification, description of the same parts as those in the above-described embodiment will be omitted. The pipe frame member 14 of the present modification is made of steel, and integrally includes a frame main body portion 14b formed in a rectangular frame shape and a plate portion 14a provided so as to cover the opening of the frame main body portion 14b. It is the shape molded into. The plate portion 14a has a rectangular through hole 14c through which the tube 3c passes.

As shown in FIG. 7, a rock wool heat insulating plate 15 (fireproof material) is fixed to the plate portion 14a so that the plate surfaces are joined to each other. The rock wool heat insulating plate 15 is formed in a substantially rectangular plate shape, and has a through-hole 16 opened in a rectangular shape. The pipe frame member 14 is disposed in advance in the pipe 3c so that the pipe 3c passes through the through holes 14c and 16.

The lightweight steel frames 11 and 11a are disposed along each side of the piping frame member 14, and the piping frame member 14 is fixed to the lightweight steel frames 11 and 11a with screws 14d. After the gypsum board 21 is disposed on the piping frame member 14 with reference to each side of the frame body 14b, an ALK tape 26 (aluminum craft tape) is applied to the surface of the rock wool heat insulating plate 15 over the pipe 3c. In this way, the piping through wall 41 is formed. In addition, the code | symbol 3d in a figure is the rectangular duct 3d coat | covered with the glass wool heat insulating board 17, and connected to the both ends of the pipe | tube 3c. The rock wool heat retaining plate 15 and the ALK tape 26 can be applied to the above-described embodiment. In addition, in the modification 1, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected about the structure same as embodiment.

By such a method, even if it is the pipe | tube 3c which has a rectangular cross section, the penetration process of a fire prevention compartment can be performed suitably. Moreover, since the rock wool heat insulation board 15 is joined to the plate part 14a of the piping frame member 14, the through hole 14c can be closed with the rock wool, and the fire resistance is further improved. Moreover, since the gypsum board 21 used as the wall is arrange | positioned on the basis of the frame member 14 for piping similarly to the above-mentioned embodiment, a clearance gap does not arise between the frame member 14 for piping and the gypsum board 21. . For this reason, it is not necessary to prepare a plurality of pipe frame members 14 having various dimensions. Therefore, when constructing a wall such as a fire prevention section through which the pipe 3c penetrates, the number of parts can be reduced, and the cost can be reduced.

(Modification 2)
FIG. 9 shows a second modification of the embodiment of the present invention. This modification mainly differs from the above-described embodiment in that the rock wool 25 is filled in and between the two pipe frame members 22. In the second modification, the piping frame member 22 shown in FIG. 8 is used. The piping frame member 22 is a rectangular frame. At the four corners of the piping frame member 22, plate-like fixing portions 23 are formed so as to project from the inner periphery. The pipe frame member 22 is disposed in the pipe 3 such that the pipe 3 penetrates the opening 22 a of the pipe frame member 22. The lightweight steel frames 11 and 11a are disposed along each side of the piping frame member 22, and the screw frame 24 is screwed through the fixing portion 23 to fix the piping frame member 22 to the lightweight steel frames 11 and 11a.

The gypsum board 21 is disposed in the piping frame member 22 with reference to each side of the piping frame member 22. Moreover, after installing the gypsum board 21, as shown in FIG. 9, the rock wool 25 is filled in the piping frame member 22 and between the two piping frame members 22 by spraying. Thereafter, the ALK tape 26 is applied to the exposed surface of the rock wool 25 over the tube 3. In this way, the piping through wall 42 is formed. Moreover, in this modification, the glass wool heat retaining cylinder 27 is fitted to the outer peripheral portion of the tube 3 and other than the fireproof covering material 4. In this modification, the glass wool 13 is not disposed between the lightweight steel frame 11 and the lightweight steel frame 11. In the second modification, the same components as those in the embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals and detailed description thereof is omitted.

In this way, since the two wool frame members 22 are filled with rock wool 25 in a spraying manner in and between the two pipe frame members 22, they are also locked between the two pipe frame members 22. Wool 25 can be filled, fire resistance can be improved, and fire spread during a fire can be prevented. Moreover, since the gypsum board 21 used as a wall is arrange | positioned on the basis of the frame member 22 for piping like the above-mentioned embodiment, a clearance gap does not arise between the frame member 22 for piping and the gypsum board 21. . For this reason, it is not necessary to prepare a plurality of piping frame members 22 having various dimensions. Therefore, when constructing a wall such as a fire prevention section through which the pipe 3 penetrates, the number of parts can be reduced, and the cost can be reduced.

In the second modification, two pipe frame members 22 are used. However, the number is not necessarily two, and one can be configured as in the third modification described below.

(Modification 3)
FIG. 10 shows a third modification of the above-described embodiment. This modification differs from Modification 2 in that one pipe frame member 22 shown in FIG. 8 is used.

In the piping frame member 22, as shown in FIG. 10, a rectangular rock wool heat retention zone 31 is disposed so as to fit into the piping frame member 22. A through hole 32 is formed in the rock wool heat retaining zone 31. In this state, the pipe 3 is passed through the through hole 32, and the pipe frame member 22 is disposed in the pipe 3. When the pipe frame member 22 is provided in the pipe 3, another rock wool heat insulation band 31 other than the rock wool heat insulation band 31 provided in the pipe frame member 22 is fitted into the pipe 3.

Light steel frames 11 and 11 a are arranged along each side of the piping frame member 22, and the piping frame member 22 is fixed to the lightweight steel frames 11 and 11 a with screws 24 through fixing portions 23. The gypsum board 21 is disposed in the piping frame member 22 with reference to each side of the piping frame member 22. After the gypsum board 21 is installed, the ALK tape 26 is pasted on the surface of the rock wool insulation zone 31 over the tube 3. In this way, the piping through wall 43 is formed. Moreover, in this modification, the glass wool heat retaining cylinder 27 is fitted to the outer peripheral portion of the tube 3 and other than the fireproof covering material 4. In addition, in the modification 3, the same code | symbol was attached | subjected about the structure same as embodiment, and detailed description was abbreviate | omitted.

Thus, since only one pipe frame member 22 is used, material costs can be reduced.

In addition, although the rectangular-shaped thing is illustrated as a piping frame member, it does not necessarily need to be a rectangular shape and what is necessary is just polygonal shapes other than a rectangle. In addition, the pipe is arranged at the installation position by being hung from the ceiling. However, for example, it is possible to arrange the pipe at the installation position by raising the column and supporting the pipe on the column.
