Description

The present invention relates to a voucher attachment for attaching a voucher for tube identification to a tube end.

A pipe such as a steel pipe is formed by stacking a plurality of pipes of the same kind into a bundle consisting of a predetermined number (pipe bundle), and bundling with a binding device and shipped to a customer. At the time of shipment, by inserting the spring-type wire No. wire attached with the actual product slip (slip certificate for pipe identification) formed of paper etc. into the pipe end of one of the plurality of steel pipes at present. It is attached so that the steel pipe to be shipped can be identified.
For example, as shown in FIG. 4, the spring-type wire No. wire 1 includes a coil spring 2 at a central portion, and a pair of locking portions 2a and 2a formed by extending one end and the other end of the coil spring 2, respectively. The certificate S is attached to the coil spring 2 at the central portion. Further, in a state where the locking portions 2a and 2a are most opened by the coil spring 2, the distance L between the tip portions of the locking portions 2a and 2a is set longer than the inner diameter of the steel pipe K (see FIG. 5).
Then, as shown in FIG. 5, such a spring type wire No. wire 1 makes its locking portions 2a, 2a approach each other against the biasing force of the coil spring 2, and inserts its tip into the steel pipe K At the same time, it is attached to the steel pipe K by pressing it against the inner circumferential surface of the steel pipe K by the elastic return force of the coil spring 2.
Although Patent Document 1 describes a protective cap provided with an IC tag in which product information and the like are stored, the IC tag is embedded inside the protective cap, and the protective cap is formed of paper or the like. There is no disclosure about attaching a certified certificate.

By the way, in the method of attaching the certificate S to the steel pipe K by the conventional spring-type wire No. wire 1, the end portions of the locking portions 2a, 2a are 2 on the inner circumferential surface of the steel pipe K using elastic return force of the coil spring 2. Since only the pressure contact is made at the point, the certificate slip S is relatively easy to fall off together with the spring type wire No. 1.
Therefore, when the steel tube K is shipped from the factory or the like, or during transportation from the factory to the site, etc., the certificate S falls off together with the spring type wire No. 1 wire, or different materials are generated when shipping multiple types of steel tubes K. There was a risk of Here, the information dissimilar material means that the product (the steel pipe K) is marked with a product indication different from the actual one and then shipped. For example, when shipping plural kinds of steel pipes K, a certain type of steel pipe K to spring type This occurs when the wire slip wire 1 and the slip S drop off, the dropped slip slip S is mistaken and the spring wire wire 1 is attached to the steel pipe K of another type.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a slip attachment member capable of securely attaching a slip to an end portion of a pipe such as a steel pipe while suppressing its dropout.

In order to achieve the above object, the document attachment member of the present invention is a document attachment member for attaching a document for identification of a pipe to a pipe end,
A cylindrical cap attached to the end of the tube;
A tag pin attached to the cap portion and to which the certificate is attached.

Here, the cylindrical cap portion is preferably attached to the inner diameter side of the tube end, but may be attached to the outer diameter side.

In the present invention, since the cylindrical cap is attached to the end of the tube, the cap is less likely to come off from the end of the tube as compared with the conventional spring-type wire No. It can be firmly attached to the cap. Therefore, a slip can be attached to the end of a pipe such as a steel pipe with certainty while suppressing its falling off.

Further, in the above-mentioned configuration according to the present invention, the cap portion is provided at a tubular fitting portion fitted on the inner diameter side of the tube end portion and at an end portion of the fitting portion, and the end face of the tube end portion And buttocks that abut
The tag pin may be attached to the fitting portion.

According to such a configuration, since the fitting portion is fitted on the inner diameter side of the tube end, for example, when a plurality of tubes are stacked vertically and horizontally and shipped, the predetermined tube interferes with the surrounding tubes You can attach the cap without. In addition, since the flange portion abuts on the end face of the pipe end portion, positioning of the cap portion in the axial direction of the pipe can be easily performed, and the cap portion does not fit deep inside the pipe. It can be easily removed when removing from the end of the tube.

Further, in the above-mentioned configuration of the present invention, the fitting portion is formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape,
The tag pin may be attached to the bottom by a tip of the tag penetrating the bottom of the fitting and locking on the back surface.

According to such a configuration, since the tip of the tag pin is attached to the bottom of the fitting part, the tag gun into which the tag pin is driven can be easily disposed toward the bottom, and the tag pin can be easily attached to the bottom.

Further, in the above configuration of the present invention,
The tag pin may be attached to the side wall portion by the tip end portion penetrating the side wall portion of the insertion portion from the inner diameter side of the insertion portion and locking to the outer peripheral surface thereof.

According to such a configuration, the front end of the tag pin penetrates the side wall of the insertion part from the inner diameter side of the insertion part and locks to the outer peripheral surface thereof, so the front end of the tag pin is the side wall of the insertion part Sandwiched between the outer peripheral surface of the pipe and the inner peripheral surface of the tube end. For this reason, while being able to control modification of the tip part of a tag pin, when there is a crevice between the side wall part of a fitting part and the inner skin of a tube end, the side wall in which the tip part of a tag pin is not arranged The part is pressed against the inner circumferential surface of the tube end.
Therefore, it is possible to suppress the falling off of the tag pin due to the deformation of the tip end of the tag pin and the falling off of the cap portion due to the gap between the side wall portion of the fitting portion and the inner peripheral surface of the tube end.

According to the present invention, since the tubular cap portion attached to the end of the tube and the tag pin attached to the cap portion and to which the voucher is attached is attached to the end of the tube such as the tube Can be attached securely by suppressing its falling off.

The certificate attachment member which concerns on the 1st Embodiment of this invention is shown, (a) is a side sectional view which shows the state which attached the voucher to the pipe end part by the said certificate attachment member, (b) is a cap part. It is a side sectional view. It is a front view which shows the state which attached the voucher to the steel pipe of one of the piled pipe bundles by the voucher attachment member similarly. It is a side cross-sectional view which shows the voucher attached member which concerns on the 2nd Embodiment of this invention, and shows the state which attached the voucher to the pipe | tube end part by the said voucher attachment member. It is a side view showing an example of the conventional spring type wire No. wire. It is a sectional side view which shows the state which attached the voucher to the pipe | tube end part by the conventional spring type wire number wire.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of a document attachment member according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
First Embodiment
The voucher attachment member 10 of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, includes a cap portion 11 and a tag pin 12.
The cap part 11 is attached to the pipe end K1 of the steel pipe (pipe) K, and is formed in a cylindrical shape as a whole.
Further, the cap portion 11 is formed of an elastic material such as resin, and has a bottomed cylindrical fitting portion 11a fitted on the inner diameter side of the tube end portion K1, and a bottom portion 11b of the fitting portion 11a. It has an annular collar 11c provided at the opposite end and in contact with the end face of the tube end K1. The outer diameter of the fitting portion 11a is approximately equal to or slightly longer than the inner diameter of the pipe end K1. Therefore, in a state in which the fitting portion 11a is fitted to the inner diameter side of the tube end K1, the outer peripheral surface of the fitting portion 11a is in close contact with the inner circumferential surface of the tube end K1 with almost no gap.
Further, the outer diameter of the collar portion 11c is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the pipe end portion K1, whereby the entire back surface of the collar portion 11c is in close contact with the end surface of the pipe end portion K1.

The tag pin 12 is attached by being driven into an object to be attached by a tag pin attaching device called a tag gun, and is formed of a resin such as nylon.
The tag pin 12 includes a head 12a to which the voucher S is attached, a filament portion 12b extending from the head 12a, and a locking portion (tip portion) 12c provided at the tip of the filament portion 12b. ing.
Such a tag pin 12 is attached to the bottom portion 11 b by the tip (locking portion) 12 c passing through the bottom portion 11 b of the fitting portion 11 a and being locked to the back surface thereof. The filament portion 12b of the tag pin 12 extends to the outside of the tube end K1, and the voucher S is attached to the head 12a provided at the extended end.

As shown in FIG. 2, the steel pipes K to be shipped are transported by a crane and aligned so that the axes are parallel, and further aligned so that the end faces of the plurality of steel pipes K are flush. The plurality of steel pipes K are stacked on the support frame W, for example, so that the external shape becomes a regular hexagonal shape in a cross sectional view, and are then bundled by a binding band (not shown) to form a pipe bundle.
Then, at the time of shipment, the security certificate S is attached to the end K1 of the pipe end of one of the pipe bundles K by means of the above-described voucher attachment member 10, so that the steel pipe K to be shipped can be identified. In this case, the cap 11 of the vote attachment member 10 is mounted on the inner diameter side of the pipe end K1 of the steel pipe K to which the certificate S is to be attached, and then the tag pin 12 is set in a tag gun (not shown). The tag pin 12 is attached to the bottom portion 11b, and then the tag pin 12 is attached to the cap portion 11 by driving the tag pin 12 into the bottom portion 11b and locking the tip portion 12c of the tag pin 12 to the back surface of the bottom portion 11b. Thereafter, the voucher S is attached to the head 12 a of the tag pin 12.

According to the present embodiment, since the cap portion 11 of the voucher attachment member 10 is attached to the pipe end portion K1, the cap portion 11 falls off from the pipe end portion K1 as compared with the conventional spring type wire No. wire. While being difficult to do, the voucher S can be firmly attached to the cap 11 by the tag pin 12. Therefore, the slip S can be securely attached to the pipe end K1 of the steel pipe K while suppressing its dropout.
Further, since the fitting portion 11a is fitted on the inner diameter side of the pipe end portion K1, when a plurality of steel pipes K are stacked vertically and horizontally and shipped, the predetermined steel pipe K does not interfere with the steel pipes K around it. Cap 11 can be attached. At that time, since the flange portion 11c abuts on the end face of the pipe end portion K1, positioning of the cap portion 11 in the axial direction of the steel pipe K can be easily performed, and the cap portion 11 fits deep into the steel pipe K When the cap 11 is removed from the pipe end K1, it can be easily removed.
Furthermore, since the tip end 12c of the tag pin 12 is attached to the bottom 11b of the insertion portion 11, the tag gun for driving the tag pin 12 can be easily disposed toward the bottom 11b, and the tag pin 12 can be easily attached to the bottom 11b. .

Second Embodiment
FIG. 3 shows a second embodiment. The second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in the locking position of the front end 12c of the tag pin 12. Therefore, the second embodiment will be described in the following, and has the same configuration as the first embodiment. Are given the same reference numerals to omit or simplify the description.

In the above-described first embodiment, compared with the method of attaching the voucher S to the steel pipe K by the conventional spring-type wire No. wire 1 (refer to FIGS. 4 and 5) Increased about twice.
However, also in the first embodiment, when there is a gap between the inner diameter (inner peripheral surface) of the pipe end K1 of the steel pipe K and the outer diameter (outer peripheral surface) of the fitting portion 11a of the cap portion 11. In a very rare case, the cap portion 11 itself falls off (cap removal). In addition, there is also a case where the tip 12c of the tag pin 12 is deformed and the certificate slips off (tag omission). In particular, when the adhesion between the cap 11 and the tube end K1 is good (when the difference between the inner diameter of the tube end K1 and the outer diameter of the fitting portion 11a of the cap 11 is small), the tag pin 12 is deformed first. And, it tends to occur that the voucher slips out before the cap comes off. The deformation of the tag pin 12 is likely to occur at its tip 12c. That is, when the tag pin 12 is pulled, since the tip end 12c is orthogonal to the filament portion 12b, the central portion of the tip end 12c is pulled and the tip end 12c is easily deformed into a substantially V shape.

For this reason, in the second embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, between the inner diameter (inner peripheral surface) of the pipe end K1 of the steel pipe K and the outer diameter (outer peripheral surface) of the fitting portion 11a of the cap portion 11. When there is a gap C, the tip portion 12c of the tag pin 12 is inserted (embedded) in the gap C.
That is, in the second embodiment, the tag pin 12 passes through the side wall portion 11d of the fitting portion 11a from the inner diameter side of the fitting portion 11a and engages with the outer peripheral surface thereof. It is attached to the part 11d. In this state, the front end 12c of the tag pin 12 is inserted into the gap C, and is fixed by being sandwiched between the outer peripheral surface of the side wall 11d of the fitting portion 11a and the inner peripheral surface of the tube end K1.

According to such a configuration, the tip end 12c of the tag pin 12 is sandwiched and fixed between the outer peripheral surface of the side wall 11d of the fitting portion 11a and the inner peripheral surface of the tube end K1. Therefore, even if the tag pin 12 is pulled, deformation of the tip 12c can be suppressed, and the side wall 12d on the side where the tip 12c of the tag pin 12 is not disposed is pressed against the inner circumferential surface of the tube end K1.
Therefore, the fitting portion 11a (cap portion 11) resulting from the drop-off of the tag pin 12 due to the deformation of the tip portion 12c of the tag pin 12 and the gap between the side wall portion 11d of the fitting portion 11a and the inner peripheral surface of the tube end portion K1. You can control the dropout of
Further, even if there is almost no gap between the inner diameter (inner peripheral surface) of the pipe end K1 of the steel pipe K and the outer diameter (outer peripheral surface) of the fitting portion 11a of the cap 11, the cap 11 is made of resin or the like Since it is formed of an elastic material, the distance between the tip end 12c of the tag pin 12 and the inner diameter (inner peripheral surface) of the tube end K1 and the outer diameter (outer peripheral surface) of the fitting portion 11a of the cap 11 is It can be easily inserted into a slight gap.

(Experimental example)
Next, the tip 12c of the tag pin 12 of the voucher attachment member 10 according to the first embodiment is locked to the bottom 12b of the cap 11, and the conventional spring-type wire No. 1 is locked to the steel pipe K It experimented about the pulling out load with.

As shown in FIG. 1B, the outer diameter of the cap portion 11 is D (mm), the height is h (mm), the width of the collar portion 11c is w (mm), and the thickness of the cap portion 11 is t (t mm), and for steel pipes K of various diameters, the outer diameter (cap diameter) D of the cap portion 11 is the nominal inside diameter +0.4 to 2.3 mm of the steel pipe K, and the height h is 15.0 to 29.5 mm, A cap 11 made of resin (polyethylene) having a width w of 2.0 to 3.5 mm for the collar 11 c and a thickness t of the cap 11 of about 1.0 mm is prepared, and is attached to the cap 11 via the tag pin 12. Certificate S was attached.
The tag pin 12 is attached to the bottom 11 b of the cap 11, and the cap 11 is fitted to the pipe end K 1 of the steel pipe K. On the other hand, the certificate S was attached to the same steel pipe K by the conventional spring-type wire No. wire 1 as comparison object.
For each of such steel pipes K, the electronic spring was attached to the certificate S and the electronic spring itself was pulled, and the pullout load was measured when the certificate S was detached (cap missing, tag missing, number missing).
The results are shown in Table 1.

Figure 2018177320
Figure 2018177320

As shown in Table 1, since the pullout load when the voucher attachment member 10 of this embodiment is used is more than twice as large as when the conventional spring-type wire No. wire 1 is used, the voucher card is It can be understood that if the mounting member 10 is used, it is difficult for the voucher S to be easily removed and the trouble in shipping hardly occurs.

Next, a cap 11 similar to the case described above was prepared, and the voucher S was attached to the cap 11 via the tag pin 12. After bundling a plurality of steel pipes K, the cap portion 11 is fitted to the pipe end K1 of one of the steel pipe bundles of the steel pipe bundle, and a defect in cap removal / tag omission occurs until the steel tube bundle is shipped from the factory. It was investigated whether there was any.
The tag pin 12 was driven into the bottom 11 b or the side wall 11 d of the cap 11 by a tag gun. In the following, the case where the tag pin 12 is attached to the bottom 11 b of the cap 11 is referred to as “before improvement” and the case where the tag pin 12 is attached to the sidewall 11 d is “after improvement”.
The survey results before improvement are shown in Table 2.

Figure 2018177320

In Table 2, the number of shipped steel pipes is also shown together. With the exception of the 90A steel pipe K, which had a small number of shipped steel pipes and no defects, until the shipment of each steel pipe K, a defect of tag omission or cap omission occurred at least once. Since the cap removal occurs when the difference between the cap diameter and the nominal inner diameter is 0.4 to 0.9 mm and the tag removal is 0.7 to 2.3 mm, the cap removal occurs when the difference is small, If the difference is large, tag omission tends to occur easily. From this result, it is also considered that if a cap having an optimum cap diameter for steel pipe specifications is used, no cap removal / tag removal will occur. Therefore, the inner diameter of the steel pipe K was actually measured in order to grasp the cause of the failure in more detail.

Table 3 shows the actual inner diameter of each steel pipe K except 90A together with the nominal inner diameter. Here, the actual inner diameter is obtained by randomly extracting 100 steel pipes K having the same nominal inner diameter and taking their average value. As shown in Table 3, the actual inner diameter was 0.2 to 0.5 mm larger than the nominal inner diameter. In addition, even in the case of a steel pipe K having the same nominal inner diameter, the actual inner diameter had some variations.
According to the results in Table 3, when the difference between the cap diameter and the actual inner diameter is small, the same tendency occurs that the tag removal is large. However, when the inner diameter is large (100 A), the cap diameter and the actual diameter are the same. It can be seen that, even in the case where the difference in inner diameter is almost the same as 0.3 mm and cap removal can occur, the defect in tag removal occurs with priority. This is presumed to be due to the fact that the 100A steel pipe K has low roundness and is less likely to come off the cap than the other small diameter steel pipe K, and instead the tag omission occurs before the cap comes off.
From the above results, although optimization of the cap diameter is one means that does not cause a problem, even if the cap diameter is simply optimized, the occurrence of a defect due to manufacturing variations or the influence of the steel pipe diameter is completely eliminated. It is considered difficult to prevent.

Figure 2018177320

From the result before the above-mentioned improvement, the cap diameter was improved about some things, and the tag pin 12 was attached to the bottom part 11b of the cap part 11. FIG.
Table 4 shows the specifications of the steel pipe, the difference between the cap diameter and the nominal inner diameter, the defects, and the number of shipped steel pipes. As shown in Table 4, the investigation was carried out using the same number of shipped steel pipes as the investigation result before improvement shown in Table 1. However, no defect of cap removal / tag removal occurred in any case.

Figure 2018177320
Figure 2018177320

Therefore, in order to investigate the cause of the failure, the cap 11 having one tag pin 12 attached to the bottom 11b or the side wall 11d of each steel pipe K was attached, and the withdrawal load was measured using only the electronic spring. Here, the cap portion 11 used has a cap diameter shown in Table 4.
Table 5 shows the drawing load of each steel pipe K. The measured values of the withdrawal load when the tag pin 12 is attached to the bottom 11 b are the same as those shown in Table 1.
In any case, when the tag pin 12 is attached to the side wall 11 d, the extraction load is increased. It is considered that this is because the gap between the steel pipe K and the cap portion 11 becomes smaller by attaching the tag pin 12 to the side wall portion 11 d. It is considered from the results in Table 5 that if the pullout load is approximately 3.0 kgf or more, it is possible to prevent the failure of the cap from being broken. In addition, it is considered that the tag detachment can be prevented by the tip portion 12c of the tag pin 12 being sandwiched between the steel pipe K and the side wall portion 11d of the cap portion 11.
