Abstract
Description
This specification discloses a vision testing device. In particular, the present invention discloses a visual acuity inspection apparatus provided with a display device which displays correct / incorrect time-series change of the response of the subject to record and correct the process of determining the visual acuity value.
The visual acuity inspection apparatus is provided with an objective presenting means for presenting an objective (for example, Landolt's ring) and an input means for inputting a response of the subject to the presented objective (for example, a response that the break is right or left). It is done. Depending on whether the response is correct or incorrect, a vision test apparatus is also known which selects a new target to be presented next, presents a new index by the target presenting means, and repeatedly operates the input means and the selecting means. There is. In this type of visual acuity test apparatus, if the response is correct, an index corresponding to a high visual acuity value is selected and presented, and if the response is incorrect, a target for a low visual acuity value is selected and presented.
In addition, in order to support the process of determining the visual acuity value, a display device has been developed which displays a list of the results of the error. For example, in Patent Document 1, correctness results are displayed in a list on a graph in which visual acuity values are used as one axis and visual target groups belonging to the same visual acuity value are arranged along the other axis.
Further,
The display device of Patent Document 1 lists correctness / incorrectness for each visual acuity value of the visual targets presented to the subject. For this reason, the examiner can grasp the correctness / incorrectness of each presented visual acuity value of the visual target, but can not grasp the presenting order of a plurality of visual targets. For example, in the case where a target belonging to the same visual acuity value is presented a plurality of times and the response result includes correct and incorrect answers, it may be correct before the end of the test whether it was correct immediately after the start of the test It is not possible to grasp the progress of measurement of For this reason, it is not possible to sufficiently acquire information necessary for accurately grasping the visual acuity value of the subject's eye and other conditions of the subject's eye. Further, the display device of
The present specification discloses a visual acuity inspection apparatus which displays correct / incorrect time-series change of a subject's response to record and correct the process of determining the visual acuity value.
The visual acuity inspection device disclosed in the present specification is based on target presenting means for presenting a target, input means for inputting a subject's response to the target presented by the target presenting means, and correctness of the response. Selecting means for selecting new targets having different visual acuity values, repeating means for repeatedly operating the target presenting means, the input means, and the selecting means using the new targets, and the correctness result of each of the plurality of responses A display means for displaying a list is provided. The display means displays the correctness result according to the presentation order for each visual acuity value of the visual targets presented by the visual target presenting means.
The visual acuity inspection apparatus described above displays the correctness result of each of the responses to the visual targets presented to the subject, in the order of presentation for each visual acuity value of the visual targets. Therefore, it is easy to visually grasp the number of times the target is presented for each visual acuity value, and the proportion of correctness or wrongness for each visual acuity value. Furthermore, the correctness result of the response for each visual acuity value is displayed according to the presenting order of the visual targets. For this reason, it is possible to visually and easily grasp the order of correctness / incorrectness of the response for each visual acuity value, and it is possible to easily and accurately evaluate the visual acuity value and the state of the subject eye.
The main features of the embodiment described below are listed. The technical elements described below are technical elements that are independent of each other and exhibit technical usefulness by themselves or various combinations, and are not limited to the combinations described in the claims at the time of filing. Absent.
(Feature 1) In the visual acuity inspection apparatus disclosed in the present specification, the display means may list the plurality of correctness results on a graph in which the visual acuity value is one axis and the presentation order is the other axis. Good. According to such a configuration, it is possible to easily grasp the correctness result for each visual acuity value more visually.
(Feature 2) In the visual acuity inspection apparatus disclosed in this specification, a connection line connecting the correctness result at the previous presentation and the correctness result at the present presentation may be superimposed and displayed on the graph. According to such a configuration, it is possible to easily grasp not only the order of presenting the visual targets for each visual acuity value but also the order of presenting visual targets for the entire plurality of correctness / incorrectness results. Therefore, the progress of the visual acuity test can be grasped more easily. Note that the presentation order corresponding to each correctness result may be superimposed and displayed with a number instead of the connection line connecting the correctness result at the previous presentation and the correctness result at the present presentation. In addition, by selecting one of the displayed true / false results, it may be displayed so that the true / false results answered before and after the true / false result can be grasped.
(Feature 3) In the visual acuity inspection apparatus disclosed in the present specification, targets corresponding to the respective correctness results may be superimposed and displayed on the graph. According to such a configuration, it is possible to visually grasp the relationship between each true / false result and the type of target. Therefore, for example, it is possible to grasp the direction in which the eye to be examined is difficult to see, and it is possible to evaluate other states other than the visual acuity value for the eye to be examined. In addition, each correctness result may be displayed on a graph by square frame for every test | inspection frequency, and a visual target may be displayed overlappingly in the square frame.
Hereinafter, the
The
The
In the presented visual
When the
The start visual acuity
In the response
In the
In addition, although the vision test |
The
In addition, the
With reference to FIGS. 2-8, the process in which the vision test |
When the target is presented to the
Next, the
Next, the
Next, the
When a new target is presented to the
Next, the
Next, the
With reference to FIGS. 6-8, the process which repeats step S20-step S30 is demonstrated concretely. Here, the test termination condition is "when four or more responses are made to the same visual acuity value, and the false answer rate is 60% or more".
If the response to the target presented the second time (i.e., the target presented next based on the response to the first target) is a correct answer, in step S30, the
If the subject responds to the target presented for the third time and the response is an incorrect answer, the
FIG. 9 is an example of a display screen in a state where the examination is completed. In FIG. 9, the response results for five times are displayed in “0.05” of the
In the present embodiment, although the correctness / incorrectness of the response to the presented target and the connection line indicating the presentation order are displayed on the
In the visual
