Description

The present invention relates to a rice cooker that prevents condensed water from dripping into an inner pot when an outer lid is opened.

In the pressure rice cooker disclosed in Patent Document 1, when the outer lid is opened after rice cooking, in order to prevent the dew on the inner lid from dripping into the main body or the inner pot, the second of the pot packing is used. A bag-shaped dew receiver is provided at the lower end of the lower part of the lip, and this dew receiving part has a bag-like wall height of 5 mm at the lowest end of the pot packing, and this wall height is the lowest point and is larger than the inner diameter of the pot packing. The side surface of the pot packing is connected to an arc at a width of 85 mm with R, and a gap of 1 to 2 mm is provided between the inner lid and the dew receiving part.

However, the pressure rice cooker disclosed in Patent Document 1 includes a dish surface of an inner lid that faces the pan when the outer lid is closed, and a bag-like wall of a dew tray that faces the pan when the outer lid is closed. Have a positional relationship that coincides with each other on substantially the same plane, and is exposed to a position where a gap of 1 to 2 mm is provided from a corner portion where the dish surface of the inner lid and the side surface of the inner lid are connected by R having a specific diameter. A receiving part is provided.

For this reason, when the opening angle of the outer lid is large, the dew adhering to the surface of the inner lid flows through the corners from the surface of the dish and enters the bag portion from the gap, and when the opening angle of the outer lid is small, It is conceivable that the dew adhering to the dish surface accumulates at the corner boundary connected to the dish surface, that is, the front side of the gap between the inner lid and the dew receiving part, and the dew drops in the worst pot.

The present invention is for solving the above problems, a main body, an inner hook that is detachably accommodated in the main body, an outer lid that is provided above the main body and that opens and closes with a hinge shaft as a fulcrum, An inner lid guide that is detachably attached to the outer lid and covers the upper surface opening of the inner hook, and is attached to the inner lid guide, and a rising wall is provided on the plate portion and the outer periphery thereof. A condensate tray that forms a space therebetween, and a packing that is provided on the lower peripheral edge of the inner lid guide and that has an outer peripheral edge that contacts the inner peripheral edge of the inner hook. A dew receptacle provided on the side with a hanging portion extending downward from the outer peripheral edge portion, an extending portion extending in a substantially horizontal direction from the hanging portion, and a standing wall protruding upward at a tip portion of the extending portion Is.

According to the present invention, the condensed water adhering to the dish surface can be reliably received by the dew receiver regardless of the opening / closing angle of the outer lid.

FIG. 8A is an enlarged view of a portion E in FIG. 6, and FIG. 8B is an enlarged view of the portion F in FIG. FIG. 9 is an inclined view of the inner surface side of the dew condensation tray of the rice cooker. FIG. 10 is an explanatory view illustrating a dew tray provided on the packing of the rice cooker.

In FIG. 3, main heating means 14 is provided on the lower surface of the inner pot 4, and these are constituted by a heating coil, and thereby the inner pot 4 is induction-heated. A lid heating means 16 is provided on the lower surface of the outer lid 2 so as to uniformly heat the inner lid guide 3 made of a stainless steel plate attached to the outer lid 2. The inner lid guide 3 covers the upper opening of the inner lid 4, and is provided so as to be kept airtight by contact between the packing 34 provided around the inner lid guide 3 and the inner peripheral edge 4 a of the inner lid 4.

3 and 6, the inner lid guide 3 has a pressure adjusting table 13 b having an inner lid steam passage 11 for discharging steam from the inner pot 4 to the outside, and a regulation for closing the inner lid steam passage 11. Pressure adjusting means 13 comprising a pressure ball 13 a is provided, and the steam passing through the pressure adjusting means 13 is discharged from the exhaust port 8 to the outside through the outer lid steam passage 12 connected to the exhaust port 8 from the pressure adjusting unit 13. .

When the vapor pressure inside the inner pot 4 rises above a predetermined pressure, the pressure adjusting ball 13a is lifted and the pressure is released, and is discharged from the outer lid vapor passage 12 to the outside of the main body 1 through the exhaust port 8. When the pressure becomes lower than the predetermined pressure, the pressure adjusting ball 13a again closes the inner lid steam passage 11 and the steam pressure increases. By repeating this, the pressure in the inner hook 4 and the inner lid guide 3 is adjusted to a predetermined pressure.

Further, the pressure adjusting ball 13a is arbitrarily moved by an opening means 17 comprising a solenoid that operates in response to a signal from the control unit 20, and the pressure of the inner hook 4 can be freely adjusted.

In FIG. 3, a temperature sensor 19 is provided at the lower part of the main body 1 so as to contact the bottom of the outer side of the inner hook 4, and temperature information of the bottom of the inner hook 4 detected by the temperature sensor 19 is input to the control unit 20. .

The control unit 20 controls the main heating unit 14 and the lid heating unit 16 which are heating units based on the setting by the operation unit 31 and the temperature information of the inner pot 4 from the temperature sensor 19.

3, 4, and 6, a dew receiving tray 21 is detachably attached to the lower surface of the inner lid guide 3 so as to cover almost the entire lower surface of the inner lid guide 3. A space 24 surrounded by the condensation tray 21 is formed. Further, the dish surface 21 g (the surface on the inner hook 4 side) of the dew receiving tray 21 is buried below (inside) the upper end face 4 b of the inner hook 4.

In FIG. 3, the lid heating means 16 provided on the outer lid 2 heats the inner lid guide 3 close to the outer lid 2 and also heats the dew condensation tray 21 via the inner lid guide 3. Yes.

In FIG. 9, the dew receiving tray 21 is composed of a tray portion 21a, a rising wall 21b provided on the outer periphery of the tray portion 21a, and a seal packing 21c fitted on the inner peripheral wall surface of the rising wall 21b. The seal packing 21c has its tip protruding from the inner peripheral wall surface of the rising wall 21b curved in the central direction of the dish 21a so as to be in close contact with the inner lid surface 3a (FIG. 6) which is the lower surface of the inner lid guide 3. Yes. The curved portion of the seal packing 21c has a tank for receiving dew condensation water dripping from the inner lid guide 3 and the dish portion 21a when the outer lid 2 is opened.

The dew receiving tray 21 is provided with an upper hanger 21 u and a lower hanger 21 s that are biased upward by a spring (not shown). After fitting into the receiver 38a from the direction of arrow K, the dew receiving tray 21 is pushed in the direction of arrow P and the upper hook 21u is pushed down against the spring to fit into the upper receiver 38b of the inner lid guide 3, When the spring returns upward, the upper hook 21u is fixed to the upper support 38b. In this way, the dew receiving tray 21 can be detachably attached to the inner lid guide 3.

Further, in FIG. 9, the plate portion 21a of the dew condensation tray 21 is provided with a plurality of bulged portions 21f that are substantially hemispherical and protrude toward the inner lid guide 3, and the inner portion of the inner pot 4 is located at the apex of the bulged portion 21f. A steam hole 21e through which steam from the inside can be introduced, and the hole position of the steam hole 21e is the same as that of the inner lid steam passage 11 provided in the pressure adjusting table 13b shown in FIG. Provided at a position that does not oppose. This is configured such that the vapor flowing from the vapor hole 21 e is applied to the inner lid surface 3 a of the space 24, and dew condensation occurs on the inner lid surface 3 a of the inner lid guide 3.

In addition, an inclined surface 22 a that is inclined toward the inner side of the space 24 toward the recovery port 22 is provided so that the condensed water adhering to the dish surface 21 g on the inner pot 4 side can be easily guided into the space 24.

Further, a rising wall 21 b that is raised toward the space 24 is provided around the collection port 22 so that condensed water accumulated in the space 24 does not spill into the inner pot 4. Similar to the steam hole 21e, the recovery port 22 is also provided at a position that does not face the inner lid steam passage 11.

When the outer lid 2 is closed, the condensed water accumulated in the water reservoir 21 d flows on both sides of the recovery port 22, spreads thinly over the entire dish portion 21 a, and is efficiently heated by the lid heating means 16.

The packing 34 will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 2 to 5 and 8. The packing 34 includes a flange portion 34 s that contacts the upper end surface 4 b of the inner hook 4, and an outer peripheral edge portion 34 a that contacts the entire circumference of the inner peripheral edge portion 4 a below the upper end surface 4 b of the inner hook 4.

The flange 34s is provided with a plurality of (for example, three) ribs 34r on the outer peripheral portion 34t at the outer peripheral tip, and a gap is formed by the rib 34r between the outer peripheral portion 34t and the upper end surface 4b of the inner hook 4. Thus, when the outer lid 2 is opened, the inner hook 4 and the packing 34 are stuck and prevented from being opened.

The outer peripheral edge 34a bulges from the inside to the outside when pressure is applied during rice cooking, and closes the upper opening of the inner pot 4 by sealing closely with the inner peripheral edge 4a (FIGS. 2 and 3) of the inner pot 4. doing. Further, a dew receiver 36 is formed on the hinge shaft 35 side of the main body 1.

And the packing 34 is provided with the rotation stop structure so that a position may not move to the fixing | fixed part of the inner cover guide 3 in the circumferential direction. For example, the inner lid guide 3 is provided with a protrusion, and the packing 34 is provided with a hole or notch that fits into the protrusion.

Next, with reference to FIGS. 6 to 8 and 10, the dew receiving portion 36 provided in the packing 34 will be described in detail. The description will be made on the assumption that the outer lid 2 is closed.

The dew receptacle 36 has a hanging part 36m extending downward from the peripheral surface part 34w of the outer peripheral edge 34a of the packing 34 below the dish surface 21g of the dew condensation receiving dish 21, and a substantially horizontal direction from the hanging part 36m toward the center of the inner lid guide 3. An extending portion 36a extending in the direction and a standing wall 37 protruding upward from the tip portion 36b of the extending portion 36a are provided.

延出部36aは、外蓋2を開けた時に、結露受け皿21の皿表面21gを流れて溜まる最下部22b(結露受け皿21の皿表面21gと立ち上げ壁21bを結ぶ角部の皿表面21gと前記角部の境界部)を超えた皿表面21gを覆う面積を最低限備えるものである。   When the outer lid 2 is opened, the extending part 36a flows through the dish surface 21g of the condensation tray 21 and accumulates at the bottom 22b (the dish surface 21g at the corner connecting the dish surface 21g of the condensation tray 21 and the rising wall 21b). The area covering the dish surface 21g exceeding the boundary portion of the corner is provided at a minimum.

Although it is sufficient for the extending portion 36a to have a minimum area that covers the dish surface 21g, the distal end portion 36b of the extending portion 36a is substantially parallel to the hinge shaft 35 in order to stabilize the shape of the dew tray 36. A surface is provided and is spread and connected to the outer peripheral edge 34 a of the packing 34. In FIG. 4, the distal end portion 36 b of the extending portion 36 a has a surface that draws an arc larger than the diameter of the packing 34. However, the arc shape may be a straight line, or an arc opposite to the figure may be drawn.

A present Example becomes the above structure, Next, the operation | movement is demonstrated about a rice cooking process.

First, when the user puts an appropriate amount of rice and water into the inner pot 4 and closes the outer lid 2, the inner lid guide 3 closes the upper portion of the inner pot 4, and a space sealed by the packing 34 is formed. At this time, this space also includes a space 24 constituted by the inner lid guide 3 and the dew receiving tray 21.

When the user sets rice cooking with the operation unit 31, the control unit 20 starts rice cooking.

The controller 20 controls the energization of the main heating means 14 to heat the inner pot 4 so that rice cooking proceeds. At this time, the lid heating means 16 is not energized.

The control unit 20 operates the opening means 17, and the pressure adjusting ball 13a closes the pressure adjusting valve 13b. The pressure regulating valve 13b opens to adjust the pressure when the inside of the inner pot 4 boils and the steam pressure increases.

Steam (low temperature steam) is generated from the time when the inside of the inner pot 4 exceeds 60 ° C., and condensation occurs due to the temperature difference by touching the inner peripheral surface of the inner pot 4. Due to condensation, the surface of the dew receiving tray 21 facing the inner pot 4 receives heat, so the temperature of the dew receiving tray 21 rises in a state close to the temperature of hot water inside the inner pot 4.

At this time, the inner lid guide 3 is almost entirely covered with the dew condensation tray 21, and steam (low temperature steam) is not touched. For this reason, the heat of the dew condensation tray 21 is not transmitted to the inner lid guide 3, and a temperature difference is generated.

Eventually, when the inside of the inner pot 4 boils, steam (about 100 ° C.) is generated to increase the pressure, and the space constituted by the inner lid guide 3 and the dew receiving tray 21 from the steam hole 21e and the recovery port 22 of the dew receiving tray 21. When the steam flows into 24, the steam is condensed on the inner lid surface 3 a side of the inner lid guide 3, and the condensed water droplets are dripped and accumulated on the tray portion 21 g on the upper surface of the condensation tray 21.

Further, the steam hole 21 e provided in the dish portion 21 a of the dew receiving tray 21 is in a position not facing the inner lid steam passage 11, and the steam stays in the space 24 for a long time. In addition, since it has a substantially hemispherical shape and is located at the apex of the bulging portion 21 f that protrudes toward the inner lid guide 3, water droplets do not fall into the inner pot 4, but accumulate in the tray portion 21 e of the dew condensation tray 21.

When rice cooking further proceeds and the water in the inner pot 4 runs out, the process proceeds to the steaming process. Sufficient steam is needed to steam well in the steaming process.

The controller 20 energizes the lid heating means 16 to heat the inner lid guide 3 facing the inner hook 4. Due to the heat of the inner lid guide 3, the condensed water that spreads and accumulates on the tray portion 21 e of the condensation tray 21 is efficiently heated and vaporized, and discharged from the steam hole 21 e and the recovery port 22 to the inside of the inner pot 4. Then steam the rice with enough steam.

When the steaming process is finished, rice cooking is finished and the control unit 20 starts control of heat retention. The pressure regulating valve 13b is opened by the opening means 17, and the rice is kept at about 74 ° C. by energizing the main heating means 14 and the lid heating means 16 intermittently. Even during the heat insulation, the condensed water accumulated in the dew receiving tray 21 is heated and steam is slowly generated. When the outer lid 2 is opened to eat rice during the heat insulation, the air inside the inner pot 4 is replaced with dry outside air, but when the outer lid 2 is closed, it is humidified by the gently generated steam. It is possible to prevent moisture from being removed from the rice.

Next, the flow of the condensed water adhering to the dew receiving tray 21 when the outer lid 2 is opened will be described.

First, the condensed water generated between the collection port 22 on the surface 21g of the dew receiving tray 21 and the upper hook 21u flows through the inclined surface 22a, is collected in the collection port 22 and is guided to the water reservoir 21d, and steam during the heat retention. Used to generate

Condensed water generated between the recovery port 22 and the lower hooking tool 21s flows to the lowermost part 22b (the lower hooking tool 21s side) of the dish surface 21g and drops or flows into the dew catcher 36 and accumulates.

露受け36は、結露受け皿21の皿表面21gの最下部22b(結露受け皿21の皿表面21gと立ち上げ壁21bを結ぶ角部の皿表面21gと前記角部の境界部)を超えた皿表面21gを覆う面積を有している。 The dew tray 36 is a dish surface exceeding the lowermost part 22b of the dish surface 21g of the dew tray 21 (the dish surface 21g at the corner connecting the dish surface 21g of the condensation tray 21 and the rising wall 21b and the boundary between the corners). It has an area covering 21 g. Therefore, even when the outer lid 2 is opened widely or when the outer lid 2 is opened small, the condensed water generated on the dish surface 21 g of the condensation tray 21 flows to the vicinity of the lowermost part 22 b of the dish surface 21 g of the condensation tray 21. In order to drop or flow into the dew receiver 36 covering the vicinity of the lowermost part 22b, the dew condensation water generated on the surface 21g of the dew condensate tray 21 will remain on the main body 1 It is possible to capture with the dew tray 36 without dripping into the pot 4.

Further, the condensed water adhering between the packing 34 and the condensation tray 21 also flows toward the hinge shaft 35 along the inner peripheral edge 34z (FIGS. 8 and 10) of the packing 34, and the hinge 34 side of the packing 34 And a hanging part 36m extending downward from the peripheral surface part 34w of the outer peripheral edge part 34a of the packing 34 from the dish surface 21g of the dew receiving tray 21, and a substantially horizontal direction from the hanging part 36m toward the center of the inner lid guide 3. And a dew receiving portion 36 provided with a standing wall 37 projecting upward from a distal end portion 36b of the extending portion 36a.

As described above, the steam generated at the time of rice cooking is dewed, and the configuration in which the dew tray 36 is provided in the rice cooker having a mechanism for generating water vapor using this condensed water has been described. You may use the dew tray 36 for the rice cooker which does not use the mechanism which produces | generates water vapor | steam using this dew condensation water. The structure of the rice cooker in this case is such that the inner lid and the inner lid guide 3 that are not provided with the bulging portion 21f, the recovery port 22, the upper hook 21u, the lower hook 21s, etc. are integrated or replaced with the dew condensation tray 21. It may be provided with a separate inner lid.

As described above, according to this embodiment, when the outer lid 2 is opened, the condensed water generated on the surface 21g of the dew receiving tray 21 drops into the main body 1 or the inner pot 4 regardless of the angle at which the outer lid 2 stops. Can be prevented.
