Description

The present invention relates to a mount fixing method for an image pickup apparatus capable of exchanging lenses.

In an interchangeable lens video camera, it is required to suppress deformation due to an external force transmitted from the photographing lens to the imaging apparatus main body via the lens mount portion. Therefore, in the imaging apparatus, the strength is ensured by integrally forming the lens mount holding member.

For example, in Patent Document 1, a mount fixing member to which a lens mount portion is fixed and a plurality of constituent units including a battery holder unit and provided around the mount fixing member are integrally coupled. There has been proposed an imaging apparatus including a combined body and a front member fixed to the combined body and integrated with the combined body and to which the mount fixing member is fixed.

However, in the configuration of Patent Document 1, since the metal member that supports the lens mount portion is omitted for weight reduction, it is necessary to use a metal molding material such as magnesium die cast for the mount fixing member in order to ensure strength. is there. When magnesium die-casting is used for the mount fixing member, there is a problem that the cost of the member becomes expensive. An object of the present invention is to provide a mount fixing method that does not use expensive parts such as magnesium die-casting while ensuring the strength of the mount part with a metal member.

In order to solve the above-described problem, the imaging device according to the present invention has a lens mount portion,
A mount fixing member to which the lens mount portion and the image sensor are fixed;
An outer cover that forms the outer periphery of the lens mount, and a sheet metal member disposed on the inner surface of the outer cover,
The sheet metal member has a substantially cylindrical shape formed in a direction that is substantially perpendicular to the screw fastening surface and a direction that is separated from the lens mounting surface, and a screw fastening surface that is fastened and fixed to the mount fixing member and the lens mount by a screw. A fixing plane formed substantially parallel to the screw fastening surface on the opposite side of the screw fastening surface of the wall portion,
The exterior cover and the sheet metal cover are fixed by screws with the screw fastening surface and the fixing plane.

According to the present invention, it is possible to obtain a mount fixing method that does not use expensive parts such as magnesium die-casting while ensuring the strength of the mount portion with a metal member.

Detailed view of base member 201

<First Embodiment>
FIG. 1A is an external view of the digital video camera 101 in this embodiment. The front, rear, upper, lower, left, and right used in the following description conform to the coordinate system xyz 102 shown in the figure. The arrow direction in the x direction is front, the direction opposite to the arrow is rear, the arrow direction in the y direction is up, the direction opposite to the arrow is down, the arrow direction in the z direction is right, and the direction opposite to the arrow is left.

The digital video camera 101 is a lens-interchangeable video camera that is generally used for business purposes. The digital video camera 101 is provided with a mount 103 on the entire surface and is covered with an outer appearance cover 104 as shown in the figure. An image sensor 105 is provided in the mount 103 as in a general interchangeable lens video camera. Since the method for attaching the lens to the mount 103 and the method for exchanging the lens are the same as those for a general interchangeable lens video camera, the description thereof is omitted. Other substrate configurations, external cover configurations, and terminal configurations are the same as those of a general interchangeable lens video camera, and are not related to the main points of the present invention, so they are also omitted. In this embodiment, FIG. Only the front cover unit 106 shown in b) will be described.

The front cover unit 106 is a unit including the mount 103 and the external cover 104 to the image sensor substrate 107 on which the image sensor 105 is mounted. It is assumed that the main body of the digital video camera 101 is connected by fastening means such as wiring or screws (not shown).

FIG. 1C shows a schematic view of removing the outer cover 104 from the front cover unit 106. The outer cover 104 is fastened through a screw hole 110 provided in the front cover 109 with six screws 108 in the figure. Although the detailed shape of the single front cover 109 will be described later, the material is made of a resin material such as polycarbonate. The outer cover 104 is provided with an outer cover opening 111 having an outer diameter larger than that of the mount 103, and the mount 103 and the outer cover 104 are not in direct contact with each other.

FIG. 2 (a) shows a schematic view of removing the unit in a state where the front cover 109 and the mount base 202 are combined after the appearance cover 104 is removed from the front cover unit 106. FIG. The front cover 109 and the base member 201 are configured as a unit fastened so as to be handled integrally as will be described later. Seven mount bases 202 connected to this unit and the image sensor 105 and the image sensor substrate 107 are shown in the figure. The screw 108 is fastened as shown in the figure.

Although details of the shape of the base member 201 will be described later, the material is a member having a uniform thickness formed by drawing or bending a plate material such as stainless steel. The mount 103 is configured to be inserted through a mount opening 203 provided in the base member 201, and the fastening with the screw 108 described above is performed with respect to the planar mount base fastening surface 204 provided in the base member 201. Has been done.

The purpose of the fastening method of the mount base 202 and the base member 201 of this embodiment is the same as that of the mount holding method used in the conventional interchangeable lens video camera, and is added to the lens attached to the mount. This is so that the external force and the external force applied to the external cover do not impair the positional relationship between the image sensor 105 and the mount 103. Therefore, the mount base 202 including the mount 103 and the imaging element substrate 107 are configured not to be rigidly joined to other components except for fastening with the illustrated mount base fastening surface 204.

Next, the integration of the front cover 109 and the base member 201 will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. As shown in FIG. 2 (b), from the front side of the front cover 109, the screws are fastened to the screw holes 110 provided in the mount base fastening surface 204 of the base member 201 by the six screws 108.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2C, the base member 201 is fastened with eight screws 108 to a screw hole 110 provided in the front cover 109 from the rear surface side. As described in the background art, the mount 103 and the mount base 202 have been conventionally held by members made of a metal molding material such as magnesium die cast instead of the unit that can be handled integrally.

In order to ensure the same level of strength as that of the conventional metal forming material, the unit of this embodiment uses such many screws 108 and is joined from the front and rear. As described above, the front cover 109 is made of a resin material, and the strength of a single product does not reach that of a metal molding material. For this reason, the base member 201 is applied to the inside so that a strength equal to or higher than that of the metal forming material can be obtained. The front cover 109 has a design freedom specific to a resin material, similar to an exterior cover used for a general video camera, and is not available with a sheet metal member having a uniform thickness such as the base member 201 as shown in the figure. It is possible to configure the appearance of a curved surface.

Next, details of the shape of the base member 201 will be described with reference to FIG. As described above, the base member 201 is formed of a member having a uniform thickness obtained by processing a plate material such as stainless steel by drawing or bending, and a drawn wall configured as an outer ring of the mounting opening 203 orthogonal to the mount base fastening surface 204. 302.

The diaphragm wall 302 is formed on the rear side of the diaphragm wall 302 so that the mount base fastening surface 204 is drawn forward by drawing when the flange surface 303 is used as a reference. In general, a cylindrical member that has been subjected to such drawing processing has increased strength due to work hardening, and can also increase torsional strength with respect to the mount base fastening surface 204. In general, drawing a plate material can be produced at a lower cost than metal injection molding such as die-casting because of die costs and secondary processing costs.

Next, with reference to FIGS. 3B and 3C, details regarding fastening of the screw 108 of the unit in a state where the front cover 109 and the mount base 202 are combined will be described. FIG. 3B is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along the line AA in FIG. As shown in the figure, the front cover 109 is provided with steps corresponding to the mount base fastening surface 204 and the flange surface 303 of the base member 201 and fastened by screws 108 on the respective surfaces.
