Description

The present invention relates to a heat insulating container, and more particularly to a cup-shaped heat insulating container having a cylindrical side wall that is slightly enlarged in diameter toward the upper end side, and having an opening on the upper end side and a bottom on the lower end side.

Insulated containers used for foods in containers such as cup noodles are widely known. Among such heat insulating containers, a cup container having a cylindrical side wall or the like that is slightly enlarged toward the upper end side and having an opening at the upper end side and a bottom at the lower end side is also widely known. In such a cup container, food is stored in a storage recess that extends inward from the opening on the upper end side, and the sealed state is maintained by closing the opening on the upper end side with a lid. In order to maintain the strength of the cup container, a flange portion protruding in a ring shape is provided around the outside of the opening in the radial direction. The food stored in the storage recess is hygienically protected.

Patent No. 4958326

In Patent Document 1, in such a cup container, when the plastic cup container is thinned, the drop impact resistance is lowered, and the flange part is swelled, and the sealing performance of the flange part is deteriorated. The problem of doing is described. In Patent Document 1, as a method for solving this problem, an invention in which the thickness of the flange portion is made thicker than a predetermined value and one or a plurality of grooves is provided in the flange portion is described.

However, Patent Document 1 discloses a problem that powder soup or the like may remain in the gap between the sealing surface of the lid around the housing recess and the upper surface of the flange when filling the powder soup or the like in bulk. There is no description.

In addition, since such a cup container requires heat insulation, it is generally performed by injection molding using plastic or the like having heat insulation, but depending on the shape of the cup container, resin may be used. There is a risk of short molding without pressing.

In addition, when storing hot foods such as cup ramen, cup soup, cup miso soup, and cups, and cold foods such as ice cream in the storage recess, a plurality of vertical heat insulation ribs are provided on the side wall of the cup container. A structure that is provided and prevents heat from being transferred when the user holds it by hand is also generally known. However, the shrink film covering the cup container may be broken depending on the shape of the heat insulating rib.

In addition, in order to increase the strength of the cup container, it is also known to provide a thick portion on the outer peripheral surface of the side wall of the cup container, but the conventional shape may cause the cup container to bend during eating. There is also.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a novel heat insulating container capable of solving the above-described conventional problems in a heat insulating container having a cup shape used for foods in containers such as cup noodles.

In order to solve the above problems, the heat insulating container of the present invention is made of plastic by injection molding, has a side wall that is slightly enlarged in diameter toward the upper end side, an opening on the upper end side, and a bottom on the lower end side. A cup-shaped heat insulating container to be formed, and a plurality of heat insulating ribs extending in the vertical direction on the outer peripheral surface of the cup-shaped side wall and arranged at a predetermined interval, and the opening A flange portion that protrudes in a ring shape around the entire outer periphery in the radial direction, the flange portion extending from the distal end of the laterally extending portion and the laterally extending portion that extends outwardly in the radial direction. A seal projection that is a ring-shaped projection at a position in contact with the end of the opening at the top of the lateral extension Is formed.

Further, a chamfered portion may be formed on the inner periphery of the tip of the lower extending portion.

The plurality of heat insulation ribs extend from the upper end side of the cup shape to a predetermined position from the lower end of the cup shape, and the lower end side of the plurality of heat insulation ribs has a height of 0 toward the lower end side. It is good also as what forms the taper part which becomes low gradually until it becomes.

In addition, a thick portion having a shape in which the thickness gradually increases from the upper end side toward the lower end side and further decreases in thickness is formed in the middle portion of the outer peripheral surface of the cup-shaped side wall. Also good.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the novel heat insulation container which has the cup shape used for cup noodles etc. which can solve the above-mentioned conventional problem can be provided.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view of a heat insulation container 100 of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a bottom view of the heat insulation container 100 of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a portion showing a state in which the heat insulation containers 100 of the present invention are stacked. It is sectional drawing.

1 to 3, the heat insulating container 100 of the present invention is a container used for food containing containers such as cup noodles, and has a cylindrical side wall 101 that is slightly enlarged toward the upper end side. It has a cup shape in which an opening 101a is formed on the side and a bottom 102 is formed on the lower end side. Here, the cup shape of the side wall 101 is a cylindrical shape, but is not limited to this, and may be a polygonal column shape such as a quadrangular prism, and the opening 101a is circular and the bottom 102 is a square shape. The shapes of the opening 101a and the bottom 102 may be different, such as a square shape.

In the cup-shaped heat insulating container 100, food is stored in a storage recess 103 that extends inward from the opening 101 a on the upper end side, and the sealed state is maintained by closing the opening 101 a on the upper end side with a lid (not shown). The Since it is necessary to accommodate hot food such as cup ramen, cup soup, cup miso soup, and cups and cold food such as ice cream in the housing recess 103, the cup-shaped heat insulating container 100 has heat insulation properties. It is formed by injection molding using a material such as plastic.

As shown in FIG. 1, a flange portion 104 protruding in a ring shape is provided on the entire outer periphery in the radial direction of the opening 101 a of the heat insulating container 100 in order to maintain the strength of the cup container. The above-mentioned lid body is heat-sealed on the flange portion 104, whereby the housing recess 103 is sealed with the lid body, and the food stored in the housing recess 103 is hygienically protected. As shown in FIG. 4B, which will be described later, the flange portion 104 is roughly extended in a radially extending portion 104a extending outward in the radial direction, and extending downward from the front end of the horizontally extending portion 104a. And the lower extended portion 104b. The detailed shape of the flange portion 104 will be described in detail below with reference to FIGS. 4 (a) and 4 (b).

As shown in FIG. 3, a plurality of heat insulating ribs 105 are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the side wall 101 of the heat insulating container 100 so as to extend in the vertical direction and be arranged with a predetermined interval. The heat insulation rib 105 is a structure for preventing heat from being transmitted when a user holds it by hand when food at a high temperature or low temperature is accommodated in the accommodation recess 103. The shape of the heat insulating rib 105 will be described in detail below with reference to FIGS. 5A and 5B.

Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the middle portion of the outer peripheral surface of the side wall 101 of the heat insulating container 100 has a thick wall shape that gradually increases in thickness from the upper end side toward the lower end side and further decreases in thickness. A portion 106 is formed. The thick portion 106 is provided to prevent the cup-shaped heat insulating container 100 from being bent when the user eats. The shape of the thick portion 106 will be described in detail below with reference to FIGS. 6 (a) and 6 (b).

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, since the heat insulating container 100 is transported in a stacked state in a state where no food is contained, the position of the insulating container 100 is slightly closer to the opening 101 a side than the bottom 102 of the inner peripheral surface of the side wall 101. In addition, a stepped portion 107 is formed. By forming the stepped portion 107, when the heat insulating containers 100 are stacked, the lower end surface of the upper cup-shaped heat insulating container 100 ′ contacts the stepped portion 107 of the lower cup-shaped heat insulating container 100, It can be stably fixed in a state where they are parallel to each other.

4A is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a conventional flange portion 404, and FIG. 4B is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the flange portion 104 of the present invention.

In FIG. 4 (a), the conventional flange portion 404, like the flange portion 104 of the present invention, is roughly extended in the radially outward direction and the distal end of the laterally extended portion 404a. It is comprised from the downward extension part 404b extended toward the downward direction from. Further, two annular projections 404c are formed on the upper surface of the laterally extending portion 404a of the flange portion 404 in order to maintain the strength of the container. However, in such a conventional flange portion 404, since the position of the projection portion 404c is separated from the end portion of the opening portion 401, when the powder soup or the like is filled in a bulk, the lid seal around the opening portion 401 is sealed. There was a problem that powder soup and the like may remain in the gap between the surface and the upper surface of the flange portion 404.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 4 (b), the flange portion 104 of the present invention is an annular projection at a position in contact with the end of the opening 101a at the top of the laterally extending portion 104a. A seal protrusion 104c is formed. Since the seal protrusion 104c is provided at a position in contact with the end of the opening 101a, there is no gap between the seal surface of the lid and the upper surface of the flange portion 104, and there is no possibility of powder soup remaining. Further, by providing the seal protrusion 104c, the strength of the flange portion 104 can be maintained, and heat sealing with the lid can be performed stably.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4B, the flange portion 104 of the present invention is further provided with a chamfered portion 104d on the inner periphery of the tip of the lower extending portion 104b. Since the conventional extending portion 404b of the flange portion 404 shown in FIG. 4 (a) is not provided with such a chamfered portion, the resin is not completely pressed when it is molded by injection molding with plastic. There was a risk of becoming. In the flange portion 104 of the present invention, since the chamfered portion 104d is provided, such a short mold can be avoided.

FIG. 5A is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a lower end portion of a conventional heat insulation rib 505, and FIG. 5B is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a lower end portion of the heat insulation rib 105 of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 5A, the conventional heat insulation rib 505 is formed in a shape extending to the lower end of the cup container, and the lower end portion of the conventional heat insulation rib 505 is not subjected to taper processing or the like. For this reason, in the shape of the conventional heat insulation rib 505, there exists a possibility that the shrink film which covers a cup container may be torn.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 5 (b), the heat insulation rib 105 of the present invention is formed in a shape extending from the upper end side of the cup shape to a predetermined position from the lower end of the cup shape. On the lower end side of 105, a tapered portion 105a that gradually decreases toward the lower end side until the height becomes zero is formed. By making the heat insulating rib 105 into such a shape, the possibility that the shrink film covering the cup-shaped heat insulating container 100 is torn can be reduced.

FIG. 6A is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a conventional thick portion 606, and FIG. 6B is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the thick portion 106 of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 6A, the conventional thick portion 606 is formed in a stepped shape and increases the strength of the cup container. However, in such a shape, when food is stored in the cup container and the user eats, when the cup container is held by hand, further strength is required, and the cup container may be bent. .

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 6 (b), in the heat insulating container 100 of the present invention, the thickness of the middle portion of the outer peripheral surface of the side wall 101 of the cup-shaped heat insulating container 100 increases from the upper end side to the lower end side. A thick portion 106 having a shape that gradually increases in thickness and gradually decreases in thickness is formed. By forming the thick portion 106 in such a shape, compared to the conventional staircase-shaped thick portion 606, the top of the staircase shape is connected straight, the wall thickness is further increased, and the cup-shaped heat insulation The strength of the side wall 101 of the container 100 can be increased, and bending of the cup container at the time of eating can be suppressed.

As described above, according to the heat insulating container of the present invention, the shape of the heat insulating rib, in which powder soup or the like remains in the gap between the sealing surface of the lid and the upper surface of the flange, the resin cannot be pressed and a short mold occurs. A novel film having a cup shape used for cup noodles and the like that can solve the conventional problems such as the shrinkage of the shrink film covering the cup container and the occurrence of bending of the cup container at the time of eating by the user. An insulated container can be provided.
