Abstract

A cap (20) for a bottle having a positive internal pressure is provided with an internal thread (21) that engages with an external thread provided on the outer peripheral surface of a bottle mouth, the internal thread (21) is provided with a peripheral protrusion (22) that protrudes from the inner peripheral surface (25A) of a cap side wall (25) and extends continuously and spirally for at least 360 degrees, and at least one position of the peripheral protrusion (22) is provided with a notch (23) in which a radial portion is cut off.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to a cap for a bottle having a positive internal pressure, and a bottle having the cap attached thereto.
Background
In japanese patent application laid-open publication No. 2015-9853 (patent document 1) and the like, a cap 100 attached to a bottle generally includes a female screw 101 that engages with a male screw provided on an outer peripheral surface of a bottle mouth as shown in fig. 5, and the female screw 101 is configured such that a plurality of protrusions 102 are intermittently connected in a circumferential direction.
For example, in a bottle having a positive internal pressure such as a bottle filled with carbonated beverage, when the internal pressure of the bottle rises due to storage in a high-temperature environment or the like, as shown in fig. 6, the top surface 103 of the cap 100 is pushed up, and the side wall 104 is also pushed up so as to be pulled by the top surface 103. In such a state, the sealing state of the cap with respect to the bottle mouth portion is released, and the content may leak.

Technical problem to be solved by the invention
The reason why the side wall 104 is pushed up upward is that the lid side wall 104 expands in the circumferential direction and deforms in a direction bulging outward, but in the conventional lid 100 having the female screw portion 101 in which the plurality of protrusions 102 are intermittently connected in the circumferential direction, the lid side wall 104 cannot be sufficiently suppressed from expanding in the circumferential direction, and leakage of the contents cannot be effectively suppressed.
Disclosure of Invention
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a cap capable of effectively suppressing leakage of contents.
Means for solving the technical problem
The cap according to the present invention is a cap for a bottle having a positive internal pressure,

According to this configuration, since the male screw portion includes the circumferential protruding portion that extends spirally continuously 360 degrees, the lid side wall can be effectively suppressed from extending in the circumferential direction, and the lid side wall is less likely to bulge outward, and as a result, the lid side wall can be effectively suppressed from being pushed upward. This can effectively suppress leakage of the contents. Further, since the peripheral projection is provided with the notch portion in which a part in the radial direction is cut off, the notch portion serves as a gas escape passage, and gas can be released at the time of opening the plug, so that the plug can be safely opened.
In one aspect, the peripheral projection is preferably provided with a plurality of the notches at predetermined intervals.
According to this configuration, since the cover has the plurality of notches, the cover can be reduced in weight, and since the cover is provided at the predetermined intervals, the strength of the cover is made uniform, and the deformation of the cover side wall can be suppressed more effectively.
In one aspect, the edge of the cutout portion is preferably formed in a gentle arc shape.
If the edge of the notch portion is formed in a step shape, when the cap is attached to the bottle mouth portion, the male thread portion of the bottle mouth portion and the notch portion interfere with each other, and there is a possibility that the attachment of the cap to the bottle is hindered.
In one aspect, it is preferable that an outer seal portion that seals an outer peripheral surface of the bottle mouth portion is provided, and a rib that connects the outer seal portion and an inner peripheral surface of the cap sidewall is provided between the outer seal portion and the inner peripheral surface.
According to these configurations, deformation of the sealing portion, the lid top surface, and the side wall can be effectively suppressed, and leakage of the contents can be effectively suppressed.
In one aspect, the cap is preferably used for a bottle for carbonated beverages.
The cap according to the present invention can effectively suppress leakage of contents due to an increase in internal pressure, and is therefore effective for carbonated beverage bottles in which the internal pressure is likely to increase.
In one aspect, the cap is preferably used for a bottle having a bottle mouth portion with an outer diameter of 25mm or more.
Even if the deformation ratio is the same, the larger the diameter of the cap, the larger the deformation amount, and therefore the higher the risk of content leakage due to an increase in internal pressure, but even if the diameter of the cap becomes larger as the outer diameter of the bottle mouth portion becomes 25mm or more, according to the cap of the present invention, leakage of content can be effectively suppressed.
The bottle according to the present invention is provided with the cap according to any one of the above aspects of the present invention.

Detailed Description
Embodiments of a cap and a bottle according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The lid 20 according to the present embodiment is a lid as follows: this is intended for a bottle having a positive internal pressure, particularly a bottle for carbonated beverages according to the present embodiment, in which the sealed state of the cap 20 with respect to the bottle mouth portion 10 is prevented from being released to avoid leakage of the contents when the internal pressure of the bottle is increased. The cap 20 according to the present embodiment will be described below.
The cap 20 according to the present embodiment is attached to the mouth 10 of the bottle shown in fig. 1. An external thread portion 11 is provided on an outer peripheral surface 10A of the bottle mouth portion 10. Specifically, the male screw portion 11 is formed by intermittently connecting a plurality of projections 12 projecting from the outer peripheral surface 10A of the mouth portion 10 in a spiral shape, and the gap 13 between the projections 12 serves as a passage for gas escaping from the liquid in the bottle 1. In the present embodiment, the outer diameter of the bottle mouth portion 10 is set to 35 mm. The outer diameter of the bottle mouth portion 10 is not particularly limited, but is preferably 25mm or more, and particularly preferably 28mm or more. This is because, in general, the larger the diameter of the cap 10, the higher the risk of content leakage due to an increase in internal pressure, and therefore the cap 20 according to the present embodiment, which can effectively suppress the leakage of content, is particularly effective.
The bottle may be any bottle generally distributed in the market, and for example, it may be integrally molded by a stretch molding method such as biaxial stretch blow molding using a thermoplastic resin such as polyethylene, polypropylene, or polyethylene terephthalate as a main material. The capacity of the bottle is not particularly limited, and may be about 200 ml to 2 l which is generally circulated. The liquid filled in the bottle is a carbonated beverage in the present embodiment, but is not particularly limited as long as it is a substance filled in a state in which the internal pressure becomes a positive pressure after filling or the internal pressure becomes a positive pressure by enclosing nitrogen or the like, and examples thereof include: drinks such as drinking water, tea, fruit juice, coffee, cocoa tea, refreshing drinking water, alcoholic beverages, milk beverages, soup, etc.; liquid seasonings such as sauce and soy sauce.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the cap 20 according to the present embodiment includes a female screw portion 21 that engages with the male screw portion 11. The female screw portion 21 is formed of a circumferential protrusion 22 that protrudes from the inner circumferential surface 25A of the cover side wall 25 and extends continuously and spirally for at least 360 degrees (680 degrees in the present embodiment). That is, the male screw portion 11 of the bottle mouth portion 10 is configured such that the plurality of protrusions 12 are connected with the gap 13 therebetween, but the one circumferential protrusion 22 of the female screw portion 21 is continuous for at least 360 degrees for one circumference, whereby leakage of the contents can be effectively suppressed. That is, the leakage of the contents occurs because the top surface 24 of the cap 20 is pushed up and the side wall 25 is pushed up in a manner of being pulled by the top surface due to the increase of the internal pressure, and in such a state, the sealing state of the cap 20 to the finish portion 10 is released, and since the male screw portion 21 is formed of the circumferential protruding portion 22 which extends spirally continuously for at least 360 degrees, the cap side wall 25 can be effectively suppressed from being elongated in the circumferential direction, the cap side wall 25 is less likely to be bulged to the outside, and as a result, the upward pushing up of the cap side wall 25 can be effectively suppressed.
In addition, in order to form a gas escape passage, the peripheral protrusion 22 is provided with a notch 23 in which at least a part in the radial direction is cut away (i.e., does not reach the inner peripheral surface 25A of the bottle side wall 25). More specifically, a plurality of the spacers are provided at predetermined intervals (in the present embodiment). Since the plurality of notches 23 are provided, the weight can be reduced, and since the notches are provided at predetermined intervals, the strength of the lid 20 is made uniform, and the deformation of the lid side wall 25 can be more effectively suppressed. Further, when attaching bottle mouth portion 10 to lid 20, each notch 23 is disposed at a position corresponding to the position of gap 13 of male screw portion 11. The edge 23a of each notch 23 is formed in a gentle arc shape. Accordingly, when cap 20 is attached to bottle mouth portion 10, interference between male thread portion 11 of bottle mouth portion 10 and notch portion 23 can be effectively suppressed, and attachment of cap 20 to the bottle can be easily and smoothly performed. The depth of the notch 23 is not particularly limited as long as it does not reach the inner peripheral surface 25A of the bottle side wall 25, but is preferably 20 to 80% of the protruding height of the peripheral protrusion 22. This is because, if less than 20%, it is difficult to prevent the lid side wall 25 from bulging; if the amount exceeds 80%, it becomes difficult to secure a gas escape passage, and weight reduction cannot be achieved.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, an inner seal 26 for sealing a tip portion of an inner peripheral surface of the mouth 10 and an outer seal 27 for sealing a tip portion of an outer peripheral surface 10A of the mouth 10 are provided on an inner surface 24A of the top surface 24 of the cap 20. The mouth portion 10 is sealed by sandwiching the tip end portion of the mouth portion 10 between the inner seal portion 26 and the outer seal portion 27. A plurality of (14 in the present embodiment) ribs 28 connecting the outer seal portion 27 and the inner peripheral surface 25A of the cap side wall 25 are provided at equal intervals in the circumferential direction between the two portions, and a plurality of (14 in the present embodiment) ribs 29 connecting the inner seal portion 26 and the outer seal portion 27 are provided at equal intervals in the circumferential direction between the two portions. Specifically, each rib 28 extends between the outer seal portion 27 and the inner peripheral surface 25A of the lid side wall 25 in a state inclined with respect to the radial direction, and each rib 29 extends between the inner seal portion 26 and the outer seal portion 27 in a state along the radial direction. Further, in the present embodiment, the rib 29 is located at the intermediate position in the circumferential direction between the adjacent ribs 28, and the rib 29 is located at the intermediate position in the circumferential direction between the adjacent ribs 29, so that the deformation of the lid top surface can be effectively suppressed, and the leakage of the contents can be effectively suppressed.

For example, the female screw portion 21 may be configured such that a plurality of protruding portions are connected with gaps therebetween in the same manner as the male screw portion 11, and at least one of the protruding portions may be a circumferential protruding portion 22 that continues for 360 degrees or more.
(2) In the above-described embodiment, a configuration in which a plurality of ribs 28 connecting the outer seal portion 27 and the inner peripheral surface 25A of the lid side wall 25 are provided at equal intervals therebetween and a plurality of ribs 29 connecting the inner seal portion 26 and the outer seal portion 27 are provided at equal intervals therebetween has been described as an example. However, the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to this, and the number of ribs 28 and 29 may be appropriately changed, and the ribs 28 and 29 may be provided at unequal intervals. Further, neither or one of the ribs 28 and 29 may be provided.

comprises an internal thread part engaged with an external thread part arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the bottle mouth part,
