Claims (20)
- ポストと、
前記ポストに接触器の導体を電気的に装着するように構成された締め具と、
前記導体と熱的に連通するように位置決めされ、かつ構成された温度センサと、
を備えた、接触器装置。 - 前記センサが、エポキシ接合部により、前記ポストによって画定されたポスト軸に沿って前記締め具に接着される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記締め具が、その両端部に配置された、ヘッドと、ねじ山付き部分と、を有し、前記ねじ山付き部分は、前記ポストに取り付けられ、前記ヘッドは、前記ポストの一端から突出し、前記センサを据え付ける、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ヘッドが空洞を有し、前記センサが樹脂によって前記空洞の内部に埋め込まれる、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記締め具のヘッドと前記ポストの間に設置された波形座金をさらに備える、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記ヘッドが、前記締め具に予圧を加えるためにボルトの周りに円周方向に配置された複数の平面を含む、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記ポストによって画定されたポスト軸に沿って前記締め具と前記ポストの間に設置された、半径方向に延出するタブを有する座金をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記センサが、エポキシ接合部によって前記タブに接着される、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記締め具と前記ポストの一端の間に固定された導体と、前記ポストの前記導体と反対側の端部に固定されたバスバーと、を有する接触器をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記センサが、サーミスタ、サーモカップル及び半導体デバイスのうちの1つまたは複数を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 請求項1に記載の接触器装置と、
前記導体によって前記締め具と前記ポストの一端の間に固定された接触器と、
前記ポストの前記導体と反対側の端部に固定されたバスバーと、
前記接触器、前記温度センサ及び前記配電パネルと連通している制御モジュールと、
を備えた、配電パネル。 - 前記制御モジュールに温度情報を提供するために前記制御モジュールを前記センサに接続する接触器温度リード線をさらに備える、請求項11に記載の配電パネル。
- 前記バスバーに接続されるとともに、前記バスバーを通って流れる電流の大きさを示す信号を提供するように構成された負荷リード線をさらに備える、請求項11に記載の配電パネル。
- 前記配電パネルの周辺環境の温度を示す信号を提供するために前記制御モジュールに接続するパネル温度リード線をさらに備える、請求項11に記載の配電パネル。
- 前記制御モジュールが、メモリと連通するように配設されたバス電力制御ユニットであり、このメモリは、前記制御モジュールに対し、
接触器の健全性の信号を受信し、
接触器の温度を判定し、
前記接触器の温度を所定の値と比較し、
前記接触器が健全であると判定された場合、前記接触器の温度を監視し、前記接触器が健全ではないと判定された場合、前記接触器に点検のフラグを立てるようにさせる、記憶された命令を有する、請求項11に記載の配電パネル。 - 前記メモリが、警告限界と、前記警告限界より高い設計限界と、前記設計限界より高い規格限界と、を含む所定の値を記憶する、請求項14に記載の配電パネル。
- 接触器の周りの周辺温度を監視することと、
前記接触器を横切って通過する電流を監視することと、
電流が接触器を横切って通過する間、前記接触器の温度を監視することと、
周辺温度及び電流負荷の同様の状況の下で同様の接触器に対して集められた実験から得られたデータに基づいて、前記接触器の健全性の状態を判定することと、
を備えた、接触器の健全性を監視する方法。 - 前記健全性の状態を判定することが、前記接触器の前記温度を規格限界と比較することを含み、前記接触器の前記温度が前記規格限界を超えた場合、前記接触器に点検のフラグを立てることをさらに含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記健全性の状態を判定することが、前記接触器の前記温度を設計限界と比較することを含み、前記接触器の前記温度が前記設計限界を超えた場合、劣化したものとして前記接触器にフラグを立てることをさらに含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記健全性の状態を判定することが、前記接触器の前記温度を警告限界と比較することを含み、前記接触器の前記温度が前記警告限界を超えた場合、前記接触器に点検のフラグを立てることをさらに含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
