Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a shot peening processing apparatus and a shot peening processing method for performing shot peening processing on an inner surface of a pipe.
In the boiler, a heat exchanger for a high-temperature section such as a superheater or a reheater is installed in a region where high-temperature combustion gas generated in a furnace flows. High-temperature and high-pressure steam flows inside the heat transfer tube (pipe) constituting the high-temperature part heat exchanger. In general, an austenitic stainless steel pipe containing Cr (chromium) is used for the heat transfer pipe for the high temperature section so as to be excellent in high temperature strength and corrosion resistance.
By continuing the operation of the boiler, a steam oxidation scale is generated as a layer on the inner surface of the heat transfer tube for the high-temperature part by contact and reaction with high-temperature and high-pressure steam flowing inside the tube.
Austenitic stainless steel, which is a material for heat transfer tubes for high-temperature parts, generally has a large coefficient of linear expansion, so if there is a change in the temperature of the fluid flowing inside the tube when the boiler operation starts or stops and the load changes, the heat transfer tube And the steam oxidation scale formed as a layer on the inner surface of the heat transfer tube, peeling of the steam oxidation scale occurs. The peeled steam oxide scale may fall and accumulate on a bent portion (folded portion) or the like in the vertical lower region of the heat transfer tube, causing a tube blockage. When the tube is clogged, it may cause the heat transfer tube to blow out. For this reason, the heat transfer tube used in the high temperature part of the boiler is required to have excellent steam oxidation resistance in addition to the high temperature strength.
In order to improve the steam oxidation resistance of a heat transfer tube made of austenitic stainless steel, it is known to subject the inner surface of the tube to shot peening (
Since a considerable number of heat transfer tube panels are required for one boiler, enormous time and cost are required to perform shot peening on the inner surface of each heat transfer tube.
This invention is made in view of such a situation, Comprising: It aims at providing the shot peening processing apparatus and shot peening processing method which can perform shot peening processing with respect to several piping efficiently. To do.
In order to solve the above problems, the shot peening processing apparatus and the shot peening processing method of the present invention employ the following means.
That is, the shot peening apparatus according to the present invention is inserted from one end of each of a plurality of pipes to be processed among a plurality of pipes arranged with a predetermined interval, and each of the pipes to be processed A plurality of shot nozzles for performing shot peening on the inner surface, a plurality of exhaust pipes provided at the other end of each of the pipes to be processed for collecting shot grains, and adjacent to the pipes to be processed And another exhaust pipe connected to the other end of one or a plurality of pipes.
The plurality of pipes include a pipe to be processed at the current time and a pipe to be processed at the next and subsequent times. A shot nozzle is inserted from one end of each of the plurality of processing target pipes, and shot peening is performed on the inner surface of the processing target pipes. Shot particles after shot peening are collected from an exhaust pipe connected to the other end of the pipe to be processed. Furthermore, the other exhaust pipe connected to the 1 or several piping adjacent to process object piping is provided. That is, the number of exhaust pipes is increased by the number of other exhaust pipes than the number of shot nozzles connected to the processing target pipe. And if the pipe to which this other exhaust pipe is connected is the pipe to be processed next by the shot nozzle, the exhaust pipe is connected to each pipe to be processed without attaching the exhaust pipe to the pipe to be processed each time. Since the setup to be performed can be omitted and the shot peening process for the next pipe to be processed can be started, the production efficiency can be improved. In other words, a simple configuration in which a plurality of exhaust pipes are attached in advance to more pipes than the pipe to be processed, so that troublesome or automatic connection for attaching exhaust pipes every time the processing pipe changes according to the shot nozzle Since the equipment can be omitted, the cost can be reduced.
Furthermore, in the shot peening apparatus of the present invention, each exhaust pipe is opened when the shot nozzle is connected to the same processing target pipe, and the shot nozzle is connected to the same processing target pipe. If not, an on-off valve that is closed is provided.
An open / close valve is provided in the exhaust pipe, and when the shot nozzle is connected to the same pipe to be processed, it is opened, and when the shot nozzle is not connected, it is closed. Thereby, exhaust pipes more than the number of shot nozzles are connected to the processing target pipe and the pipe, and the exhaust pipe for collecting shot particles can be easily controlled only by opening and closing the on-off valve.
Furthermore, the shot peening apparatus according to the present invention is characterized by including an arrangement direction moving mechanism for moving each of the shot nozzles in an arrangement direction in which the plurality of pipes are arranged.
Since it has an arrangement direction moving mechanism that moves the shot nozzle in the pipe arrangement direction, the shot nozzle can be moved sequentially from the processed pipe to the next pipe to be processed, improving production efficiency. Can be made.
Furthermore, in the shot peening apparatus according to the present invention, the shot nozzle is located between the inner cylinder for injecting shot grains and the outer peripheral side of the inner cylinder, and the tip is sealed between the end of the pipe to be processed. An inner cylinder moving mechanism that moves the inner cylinder in the longitudinal direction of the processing target pipe, and an outer cylinder moving mechanism that moves the outer cylinder toward an end portion of the processing target pipe. It is characterized by having.
Shot peening is performed by ejecting shot grains from the inner cylinder of the shot nozzle. The outer cylinder is connected so that the tip of the outer cylinder seals against the end of the pipe to be processed so that the shot grain does not leak, and prevents the shot grain from leaking to the outside at the end of the pipe to be processed.
Since an inner cylinder moving mechanism for moving the inner cylinder in the longitudinal direction of the pipe to be processed and an outer cylinder moving mechanism for moving the outer cylinder toward the end of the pipe to be processed are provided, a predetermined inner surface of the pipe to be processed is provided. It is possible to automate the shot peening process in the processing area and improve the production efficiency.
Furthermore, in the shot peening processing apparatus according to the present invention, the inner cylinder moving mechanism includes a movement restriction detection unit that detects that the movement of the inner cylinder is restricted in the pipe to be processed. .
When the inner cylinder is inserted into the pipe and the movement is restricted, for example, when the inner cylinder contacts or hits somewhere on the inner surface of the pipe to be processed, a detection unit for detecting this movement restriction is provided. did. Thereby, damage to the shot nozzle and the inner cylinder can be prevented.
Furthermore, the shot peening apparatus according to the present invention is characterized by including a fixing jig for fixing the plurality of arranged pipes at predetermined positions.
Since the fixing jig for fixing each pipe at a predetermined position is provided, the shot nozzle can be accurately positioned on the pipe to be processed.
Furthermore, in the shot peening processing apparatus of the present invention, each of the plurality of pipes to be processed among the plurality of pipes arranged in a row with a predetermined interval is inserted from one end, A shot nozzle that performs shot peening on an inner surface, and an arrangement direction moving mechanism that moves each of the shot nozzles in an arrangement direction in which the pipes are arranged are provided.
Since the arrangement direction moving mechanism for moving the shot nozzle in the arrangement direction of the pipe is provided, the shot nozzle can be sequentially moved from the processed pipe to the unprocessed pipe, and the production efficiency can be improved.
Further, the shot peening processing method of the present invention includes a first shot nozzle insertion in which a shot nozzle is inserted from one end of each of a plurality of pipes to be processed among a plurality of pipes arranged side by side with a predetermined interval. A first exhaust pipe connecting step of connecting a plurality of exhaust pipes for collecting shot grains to each other end of the process target pipe, and one or a plurality of pipes adjacent to the process target pipe A second exhaust pipe connecting step of connecting another exhaust pipe to the other end of the above, a shot peening processing step of performing shot peening using each of the shot nozzles on the inner surface of each of the processing target pipes, After the shot peening process, the next nozzle to be processed is selected with respect to the pipe to which the other exhaust pipe is connected in the second exhaust pipe connection process, and the shot nozzle And having a second shot nozzle insertion step of inserting.
A shot nozzle is inserted from one end of each of the plurality of processing target pipes, and shot peening is performed on the inner surfaces of the plurality of processing target pipes. Shot particles after shot peening are collected from a plurality of exhaust pipes connected to the other end of the pipe to be processed. Furthermore, the other exhaust pipe connected to the 1 or several piping adjacent to process object piping is provided. That is, the number of exhaust pipes is increased by the number of other exhaust pipes than the number of shot nozzles connected to the processing target pipe. Then, the pipe to which the other exhaust pipe is connected is set as a processing target pipe to be processed next by the shot nozzle. As a result, the next machining target pipe can be selected continuously, and the setup for connecting the exhaust pipe to the next machining target pipe every time can be omitted, so that the production efficiency can be improved.
Since the configuration is such that the number of exhaust pipes is larger than the number of shot nozzles connected to the pipe, the setup for connecting the exhaust pipe to the pipe can be omitted, and the production efficiency can be improved.
Embodiments according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[Overall configuration of boiler]
FIG. 1 shows a boiler to which a heat transfer tube according to this embodiment is applied.
In this embodiment, the
The
The
Each

[Configuration of heat transfer tube panel]
FIG. 2 shows a heat
The heat
FIG. 3 is a view showing one
The
When high-temperature and high-pressure steam continues to flow in the
Austenitic stainless steel has a linear expansion coefficient of about 16 to 17 × 10 −6, which is larger than that of a general steel pipe (about 11 to 12 × 10 −6 ). The difference from (about 10 to 12 × 10 −6 ) is further increased. For this reason, when the temperature change of the fluid which flows through the inside of a pipe | tube at the time of the operation | movement start / stop of the
FIG. 4 shows the steam oxidation scales Sc1 'and Sc2' deposited on the folded
Shot peening for reducing the growth rate of the steam oxidation scales Sc1 and Sc2 is performed on the inner surface of the
By performing shot peening, a shot processing layer having a predetermined thickness or more is formed on the inner surface of the
噴射量:5〜25kg/min
ショット材:SUS304(略球形で、滑らかな表面を有する粒)
The processing conditions for shot peening in the present embodiment are as follows.
Injection amount: 5-25kg / min
Injection pressure: 0.8-0.95 MPa
Feeding speed: 400-800mm / min
Average particle diameter of shot grains: 0.4 to 1.0 mm
Shot material: SUS304 (substantially spherical grain with smooth surface)
The exit side shot peening processing region L2 is made larger than the entrance side shot peening processing region L1, and effectively suppresses the generation amount of the steam oxidation scale (L2> L1). As described with reference to FIG. 3, the
The inlet-side shot peening region L1 and the outlet-side shot peening region L2 are determined so that the in-tube blockage rate after a predetermined continuous operation time has become a predetermined value or less. As the predetermined continuous operation time, for example, a period until a regular inspection is used.
As shown in the following equation, the in-tube blocking rate is the ratio of the accumulated steam oxidation scales Sc1 ′ and Sc2 ′ to the cross-sectional area of the heat transfer tube 63 (see FIG. 4).
Intravascular occlusion rate [%]
= Cross-sectional area of deposited steam oxidation scale / Cross-sectional area of heat transfer tube × 100
The cross-sectional area of the deposited steam oxidation scale is determined based on the amount of steam oxidation scale falling. The amount of steam oxidation scale drop can be obtained from tests and simulations using the tube temperature during operation, scale growth rate, heat transfer tube material components, etc. as parameters.
For example, by setting an appropriate value of 60% to 80% for the in-pipe blocking rate after a predetermined continuous operation time has elapsed, a minimum required shot peening region is derived, and the inlet side shot peening region L1 and the outlet side shot The peening process area L2 is determined. Thus, shot peening is performed at least in a region where the steam oxidation resistance needs to be improved with respect to the steam temperature heated by heat exchange with the combustion gas in the heat
[Manufacturing process of heat transfer tube panel]
Next, the manufacturing method of the heat
First, a straight austenitic stainless steel pipe is received from an iron manufacturer or the like (step S11: material insertion). At this time, some steel makers have given a predetermined heat treatment to the straight pipe, but in this embodiment, the pipe inner surface may not be shot peened.
Next, the straight pipe is cut into a predetermined length, a groove is processed at the end (step S12), and the straight pipes are continuously connected by automatic TIG welding to obtain a straight pipe having a required length. (Step S13).
Thereafter, the straight pipes continuously connected are bent by a bending apparatus (step S14). Thereby, the U-shaped heat
Next, a plurality of
Then, as shown in FIG. 7, the heat
Up to this point (step S11 to step S17) is a formation procedure conventionally used for the heat
Thereafter, shot peening is performed on regions (inlet side shot peening region L1 and outlet side shot peening region L2) that require shot peening on the inner surface of each heat transfer tube 63 (step S18).
Then, after correcting the distortion within the predetermined value (step S19), the product is shipped (step S20).

FIG. 14 shows a side view of the heat

FIG. 18 shows a specific configuration of the vacuum

ショットピーニング加工装置の制御部は、ショットピーニング加工装置の各種制御を行うものであり、例えば、CPU(Central Processing Unit)、RAM(Random Access Memory)、ROM(Read Only Memory)、及びコンピュータ読み取り可能な記憶媒体等から構成されている。 The control unit of the shot peening processing device performs various controls of the shot peening processing device, for example, a CPU (Central Processing Unit), a RAM (Random Access Memory), a ROM (Read Only Memory), and a computer readable It consists of a storage medium or the like.
[Shot peening process]
Next, a processing step using the shot peening processing apparatus having the above configuration will be described with reference to FIG.
First, as shown in FIG.13 and FIG.14, it installs so that each
Then, as shown in FIGS. 18 and 19, the
Thereafter, a Y-direction feed motor (not shown) is driven, the
In the present embodiment, in the state shown in FIG. 22, one
Next, as shown in FIG. 23, from the state where the
At this time, as shown in FIG. 25, an
In place of the
In addition, as described in step S24, when the surface pressure can be applied to obtain an appropriate sealing property between the
Next, an X2-direction feed motor (not shown) is driven to move the
In step S27, an X2 direction feed motor (not shown) is driven in the reverse direction to displace the
After that, in step S28, the shot particles staying in the
As described above, in this embodiment, shot peening is simultaneously performed at four locations on the upper two
And step S22-S28 mentioned above is performed repeatedly and the

[Properties of inner surface of heat transfer tube]
FIG. 30 shows the result of measuring the Vickers hardness (Hv) of the inner surface of the
The horizontal axis in FIG. 30 indicates the distance (μm) from the inner surface of the
As can be seen from the figure, the decrease rate of the Vickers hardness from the inner surface of the
“(1) Surface hardness gradient” is influenced by the relationship between the injection amount and the injection pressure with respect to the processing conditions for shot peening, but the pass speed is set to 400 to 800 mm / min. This is presumably due to the fact that the number of times was 2 (one round trip). In other words, by increasing the feed speed, the shot peening processing time for the shot peened portion is shortened, but by increasing the injection pressure, the energy applied to the shot peened portion by shot peening is deeper. It reaches. Further, it is presumed that the number of passes was set to 2 times (1 round trip) instead of 1 to compensate for the shortened shot peening processing time. Thereby, it is considered that a predetermined depth (about 60 μm in this embodiment) from the inner surface of the
In addition, by setting the number of passes twice (one reciprocation), the hardness distribution of the inner surface of the
Further, the Vickers hardness at 40 μm from the surface is higher by 100 Hv or more than the hardness of the base material (for example, the hardness at a position deeper than 250 μm), and the hardness for ensuring the steam oxidation resistance is obtained.
As described above, by reducing the “(1) surface hardness gradient”, it is possible to ensure a cured layer having a desired thickness on the surface. Thereby, a large amount of Cr can be diffused from the deep layer of the hardened layer to the vicinity of the surface layer to the inner surface of the
