Description

The present invention relates to a parting material provided at a joint (parting part) between a corner of a wall and a ceiling (floor) and a method for attaching the parting material in interior construction of a building structure such as finishing work of a wall, ceiling, or floor. .

In general, when finishing a wall or ceiling of a building structure with a cross or paint, as a finishing method for the seam (parting part) between the finished surface of the wall and the finished surface of the ceiling, it is mainly a marginal method, butting The method, parting material method, etc. are used.
The peripheral edge method is a method of attaching a long peripheral edge made of wood or the like to the parting part, and the thrusting method uses a member such as a peripheral edge by abutting the finished surface of the wall and the finished surface of the ceiling. It is a method to construct without. The parting material method is a method in which a parting material is attached and used in order to beautifully fit the seam between the finished surface of the wall and the finished surface of the ceiling or floor.
As a method for finishing the seam (parting part) between the finished surface of the wall and the finished surface of the floor, a method of using the baseboard, which is a long horizontal plate, in the parting part is mainly used.
However, when finishing the wall and ceiling parting, the edge method is not suitable for narrow spaces because the edge is conspicuous, and the bumping method is difficult to construct so that there is no gap in the parting part. For this reason, a parting material system that can simply finish the parting part and can be easily constructed has been increasingly used.
Also, in the finishing method for the wall and floor parting, attention is being paid to the parting material system that can be easily constructed in the same manner as the wall and ceiling parting.

Various kinds of parting materials have been proposed.
Patent Document 1 relates to a non-combustible base material and an interior decorative structure of a corner, and the non-combustible base material 30 includes a first sleeve plate portion 31 having a thickness corresponding to the thickness of a ceiling material, and a first sleeve. A second sleeve plate portion 32 that is thinner than the plate portion 31 is provided, and the second sleeve plate portion 32 is disposed at a parting portion of the ceiling material and is screwed to the edge.
Patent Documents 2 and 3 relate to a parting material for interior use, and are attached to a parting part having a long and rectangular shape in plan view.

Registered Design No. 1465044

However, when the wall and the ceiling (floor) are flat, the incombustible base material and interior parting material of Patent Documents 1, 2, and 3 can be used appropriately, but the corners of the arc-shaped wall If the finished surface of the wall or ceiling (floor), such as a wall, is curved, it is difficult to attach the above-mentioned incombustible base material or interior trim material to the curved surface, and the curved surface of the wall and incombustible base material or interior There is a gap 100 between the parting edge material and the appearance is poor, and the aesthetics of the parting part are greatly impaired (FIG. 10). Even if the method of using the peripheral edge method or the baseboard is used, it is very difficult to bend and attach the peripheral edge or the baseboard to the part of the curved surface of the wall, and the working efficiency is remarkably lowered.
Furthermore, when the wall is a curved surface, it is necessary to cut the ceiling board (floor board) into an R shape along the curved surface of the wall so that there is no gap as much as possible at the joint (parting part) between the wall and the ceiling (floor). However, the process of cutting the ceiling board (floor board) into an R shape is very cumbersome and requires a skillful technique, resulting in a significant loss of workability.

Therefore, the applicant of the present application has intensively studied, and as a result, has a protective portion having an arc-shaped inner surface and a thickness for covering and protecting the entire gap between the corner of the wall and the ceiling (floor). By using a parting material, no gap is formed between the curved surface of the wall and the parting material even if the finished surface of the wall is a curved surface, and the ceiling panel (floor board) is made into a curved surface of the wall. Focusing on the fact that it is possible to cover and hide the gap formed in the seam (parting part) between the wall and the ceiling (floor) without cutting into an R shape along the line, it has been invented.

The object of the present invention is that it is easy to attach to the corner of the wall at the joint between the corner of the arc-shaped wall and the ceiling (floor) (partition), and further, the processing of the ceiling (floor) is unnecessary. An object of the present invention is to provide a parting material excellent in aesthetic appearance and a method for attaching the parting material.

The present invention is a parting material provided on a corner of an arc-shaped wall and a ceiling or a corner of an arc-shaped wall and a floor, the corner of the wall and the corner of the ceiling or the wall of the floor A protective part having a thickness for covering and protecting the entire gap is provided, and both end parts of the protective part provided at both ends of the protective part.
According to the present invention, it is possible to cover the entire gap between the corner of the wall and the ceiling (floor) with the protective part by using a parting material having a protective part formed with a thickness. The gap between the corner of the wall and the ceiling (floor) is covered and protected by the parting material without cutting the floor board into an R shape along the curved surface of the wall. It is possible to maintain the aesthetics of the parting part and to reinforce the periphery of the gap with a parting material, thereby improving the work efficiency of the interior work.

The parting material according to the present invention is characterized by having an arc-shaped inner surface for mounting along the corner of the wall.
According to the present invention, since the parting material has an arc-shaped inner surface for mounting along the corner of the wall, the radius of curvature of the inner surface of the parting material is substantially the same as the curvature radius of the wall. It is possible to attach a parting material without forming a gap in the curved surface, and it is possible to maintain the aesthetics of the parting part.

The parting material of the present invention is characterized by having an arc-shaped outer surface.
The shape of the outer surface of the parting material is an important part that is easily noticeable by humans and affects the aesthetics of the room. When the corners of the walls are arcuate, the outside surface of the parting material is also arcuately formed, so that the room can have a warm atmosphere.
According to the present invention, even if a parting material having an arc-shaped outer surface is used, it is possible to cover the entire gap between the corner M of the wall and the ceiling (floor), and to maintain the aesthetics of the parting part. It becomes possible.

The parting material of the present invention is characterized by having a right-angled outer surface.
If the gap W formed at the parting part is formed by cutting the ceiling board (floor board) in a straight line along the flat walls at both ends of the corner part M of the wall (FIG. 6), the parting line will be closed. The entire gap W between the corner M of the arc-shaped wall and the ceiling (floor) can be easily covered only by making the outer surface of the material right-angled.
When the outer surface of the parting material is right-angled, manufacturing can be simplified in addition to the advantage that the entire gap W can be covered.

The present invention is characterized in that the radius of curvature of the outer surface of the parting material is different from the radius of curvature of the inner surface.
Further, the present invention is characterized in that the radius of curvature of the outer surface of the parting material is within three times the thickness of both ends of the protective part.
The curvature radius of the inner surface of the parting material can be closely attached to the curved surface of the wall by making it substantially the same as the curvature radius of the wall, and the curvature radius of the outer side surface of the parting material is It is necessary to determine in consideration of providing a thickness sufficient to cover the entire gap between the corner of the arc-shaped wall and the ceiling (floor). In this way, the radius of curvature of the inner surface and the radius of curvature of the outer surface are determined by designing from different viewpoints, and the curvature radii of the outer surface and the inner surface are made different. A parting material can be attached without forming it. (2) Covers the gap W between the corner of the wall and the ceiling (floor) without cutting the ceiling board (floor board) into an R shape along the curved surface of the wall. It is possible to achieve the effects (1) and (2).
In addition, when the outer surface of the parting material is arcuate, the radius of curvature of the outer side surface that can cover the entire gap between the corner of the arcuate wall and the ceiling (floor) is the thickness of both ends of the protective part of the parting material If the radius of curvature of the outer surface is within 3 times the thickness of both ends of the protective part, the entire gap W can be covered. Further, when considering a practical size considering the durability, strength, etc. of the parting material, the curvature radius of the outer surface becomes 2 mm or more.

The curvature radius of the inner surface of the parting material of the present invention is 10 mm to 15 mm.
In a building structure, when the corner of the wall has a circular arc shape (when the corner of the wall has a curved surface), the radius of curvature of the corner of the wall is in the range of 10 mm to 15 mm. The curvature radius is also in the range of 10 mm to 15 mm. Depending on the difference in the radius of curvature of the corners of the wall, several types of parting materials having different curvature radii on the inner surface may be used.
Moreover, the thickness of the both ends of the protection part of the parting material of this invention is 2 mm-5 mm, It is characterized by the above-mentioned.
The thickness of both ends of the protective part is set to be approximately the same as the width of the other parting material and as inconspicuous as possible in order to attach another parting material to both ends when the parting material is used (FIG. 7). Preferably, the thickness is 2 mm to 5 mm.

In the present invention, an airtight member for complementing a gap between the corner of the wall and the corner of the ceiling or the wall and the floor is provided on the upper surface of the protection portion on the side attached to the ceiling or the floor. It is characterized by.
Further, the present invention is characterized in that a fireproof member is provided on the upper surface of the parting material on the side attached to the ceiling or the floor.
According to the present invention, a fireproof member is provided on a part of or the entire top surface of the parting material body, or at a position corresponding to the gap between the corner of the arc-shaped wall on the top surface of the parting material body and the ceiling (floor). By providing an airtight member for filling the gap and improving the airtightness, it becomes possible to improve the fire resistance and the airtightness.

The present invention is a method for mounting a parting material provided on a corner of an arcuate wall and a corner or a floor of an arcuate wall and a floor, wherein the parting material includes a protective part formed with a thickness, It comprises protective part both ends provided at both ends of the protective part, and the parting material is attached so as to cover the entire gap between the corner of the wall and the ceiling or the corner of the wall and the floor. .
Further, in the method for attaching a parting material according to the present invention, the parting material has an arc-shaped inner surface, the inner surface is set along a corner of the wall, and the upper surface of the parting material is set at a corner of the wall. And the ceiling or the corner of the wall and the entire space between the floor and the floor are covered.
Conventionally, if there is a gap between the corner of the arcuate wall and the ceiling (floor) seam (cutting part), problems such as aesthetics and airtightness occur. It was necessary to cut into arcs along the corners. However, the work of cutting the ceiling board (floor board) into an arc shape is very complicated and requires a skillful technique, so that workability is significantly impaired.
In the present invention, the ceiling plate (floor plate) is not cut in an arc shape at the joining portion of the ceiling plate (floor plate) and the corner of the wall, but linearly along the planar walls at both ends of the corner of the wall. And a gap is formed between the ceiling board (floor board) and the corner of the wall. Then, by using a parting material having a thickness capable of covering the entire gap, the entire gap is covered, so that the ceiling board (floor board) does not have to be cut into an R shape along the curved surface of the wall. Since the gap between the corner and ceiling (floor) is covered and protected by the parting material, it is possible to maintain the aesthetics of the parting part and reinforce the area around the gap with the parting material, improving the work efficiency of interior work It becomes possible.
By devising the shape of the parting material in this way, it is possible to provide a parting material that is easy to attach to the corners of the wall and that does not require processing of the ceiling board (floor board), and that has an excellent aesthetic appearance. Become.

According to the present invention, it is possible to cover the entire gap between the corner of the wall and the ceiling (floor) with the protective part by using a parting material having a protective part having a thickness. Even if the (floor board) is not cut into an R shape along the curved surface of the wall, the gap between the corner of the wall and the ceiling (floor) is covered and protected with a parting material, keeping the aesthetics of the parting part, and parting around the gap It can be reinforced by the material, and the work efficiency of the interior work can be improved.

(First embodiment)
FIG. 1 is a schematic view when the parting material according to the first embodiment of the present invention is applied to a joint (parting part) between a corner of a wall and a ceiling, and FIG. 2 is a diagram of the first embodiment. It is a perspective view which shows a parting material. FIG. 3 is a plan view of the parting material of the first embodiment, and FIG. 4 is a side view of the parting material of the first embodiment.

A parting material 10 according to the present embodiment is attached to a joint (parting part) between a corner of a wall and a ceiling (floor) in an interior construction work of a building structure such as a wall, ceiling, or floor finishing work, and has an arc shape. Is a member that can cover the gap between the corner of the wall and the ceiling (floor) and reinforce the periphery of the gap, and is attached to both ends of the protective part 1 and the protective part 1 attached to the corner M of the wall. A parting material main body 5 provided with a pair of protective part both ends 2, 2 provided continuously and attached to the wall, and a pair of attachment parts 3, 3 provided at both ends of the parting material main body 5 ( 2, FIG. 3, FIG. 4).

The parting material body 5 is a member that covers and protects the gap between the corner M of the arc-shaped wall and the ceiling (floor) and complements the gap, and is entirely L-shaped. It is attached to the parting part so that the upper surface is closely attached to the ceiling (floor) across the corner part M.
The parting material body 5 is formed in a protective part 1 having a sufficient thickness 1d for covering the gap, and is continuously provided at both ends of the protective part 1 so as to be smaller than the thickness 1d of the protective part 1 (thickness 2d). A pair of both ends 2 and 2 of the protection part is formed, and a pair of attachment parts 3 and 3 for attaching other parting materials are provided at the other ends of the both ends 2 and 2 of the protection part.
Since the parting material main body 5 is attached in close contact with the corner portion M of the arc-shaped wall, the central position of the inner side surface 10a on the side attached to the corner portion M of the wall is formed in an arc shape.
The radius of curvature at the center position of the inner surface 10a is formed in the range of 10 mm to 15 mm. In the building structure, when the corner M of the wall has a circular arc shape (when the corner M of the wall has a curved surface), the radius of curvature of the corner M of the wall is in the range of 10 mm to 15 mm. caused by. Depending on the difference in the radius of curvature of the corner M of the wall, several types of parting materials having different radii of curvature of the inner surface 10a may be used.
The outer surface 10b of the parting material main body 5 is a side surface provided to protrude from the corner portion M of the wall, and the cross section is formed in a substantially right angle (L shape). The reason why the outer surface 10b of the parting material body 5 is right-angled is that the part having the maximum thickness (thickness 1d) in the parting material body 5 is formed as thick as possible so that the corner of the arc-shaped wall is formed by the parting material body 5. This is because the entire gap between the part M and the ceiling (floor) C can be covered. When the outer side surface 10b has a right-angled shape, in addition to the advantage that the entire gap can be covered, the manufacturing can be simplified.
Here, although the cross section of the outer surface 10b of the parting material body 5 is substantially right-angled (L-shaped), a slight arc shape (curvature radius of 1 mm or less) is formed at the right-angled apex due to errors in manufacturing. May contain.
The parting material body 5 is made of a material such as resin, metal, or non-combustible material. If the parting material body 5 is a resin having flexibility, even if the curvature radius of the curved surface of the corner portion M of the wall and the curvature radius of the inner surface of the parting material body 5 are not the same, the parting material body 5 It becomes possible to absorb the difference in the radius of curvature by the deformation, and the parting material 1 can be closely attached and attached to the corner M of the wall.
Moreover, when materials, such as a noncombustible material, are used for the parting material main body 5, it becomes possible to improve the fire resistance inside a building structure.

The protective part 1 refers to a region around the center of the parting material body 5, is attached to the apex of the corner M of the wall, and has a thickness sufficient to cover the entire gap between the corner M of the wall and the ceiling (floor). It is formed with 1d.
Since the inner surface of the protective part 1 has an arc shape in cross section and the outer surface of the protective part 1 has a right angle in cross section, the center position of the protective part 1 (the position of the vertex of the right outer surface) is the thickest (thickness). 1d), the thickness gradually decreases toward both ends.
At both ends of the protection unit 1, a pair of protection unit end portions 2 and 2 are provided continuously from both ends of the protection unit 1.
The protection part both end parts 2 and 2 indicate regions around both ends of the parting material body 5 and are attached with the apex of the corner part M of the wall sandwiched between them. A pair of attachment portions 3 and 3 for attaching the parting material 4 is provided.
Since the inner side surfaces of both ends 2 and 2 of the protection part are linear in cross section and the outer side surface of the protection part 1 is also linear in cross section, both ends 2 and 2 of the protection part are formed with substantially the same thickness 2d. The thickness 2d is smaller than the thickness 1d. The thickness 2d of the protection part both ends 2 and 2 is substantially the same as the width of the other parting material 4 and is preferably as much as possible in order to attach the other parting material 4 to the end when using the parting material 10 (FIG. 7). The size is inconspicuous. Preferably, the thickness is 2 mm to 5 mm.

FIG. 6 is a schematic view showing a state before the parting material of the present invention is applied to the joint (parting part) between the corner of the wall and the ceiling.
Conventionally, if there is a gap W between the corner portion M of the arc-shaped wall and the joint (cutting portion) between the ceiling (floor), problems such as aesthetics and airtightness occur. It was necessary to cut in a circular arc shape along the corner M of the wall. However, the work of cutting the ceiling board (floor board) into an arc shape is very complicated and requires a skillful technique, so that workability is significantly impaired.
In the present invention, the ceiling plate (floor plate) is not cut into a circular arc shape at the junction between the ceiling plate (floor plate) and the corner portion M of the wall, but along the planar walls at both ends of the corner portion M of the wall. Cut in a straight line and form a gap W between the ceiling board (floor board) and the corner M of the wall. Then, by using the parting material 10 having a thickness 1d that can cover the entire gap W, the gap W is made invisible from the outside by covering the entire gap W. In order to cover the entire gap W, the protective portion 1 needs to be formed with a sufficient thickness 1d, but the radius of curvature of the inner surface of the protective portion 1 is substantially the same as the radius of curvature of the corner portion M of the wall, If the gap W is a gap formed by cutting the ceiling board (floor board) linearly along the flat walls at both ends of the corner M of the wall, the outer surface of the protection part 1 is planar. Since the shape is formed by two straight lines parallel to the wall, a thickness 1d that can cover the entire gap W can be formed.
By devising the shape of the parting material 10 in this way, it is easy to attach to the corner of the wall, and further, it is not necessary to process the ceiling board (floor board), and it is possible to provide a parting material excellent in aesthetics. It becomes.

FIG. 5 is an A enlarged view of the parting material according to the first embodiment, and FIG. 7 is a schematic diagram illustrating a state in which the parting material according to the first embodiment is joined to another parting material.
The pair of attachment portions 3 and 3 are attachment members for attaching the other parting material 4 and are inserted into the attachment holes of the other parting material 4 (FIG. 7), and the parting material 10 and the other parting material 4 are detached. Protrusions 3a are provided for joining so as not to exist.
Although it is the material of the attachment parts 3 and 3, in order to join firmly with the other parting material 4, it forms with hard resin, a metal, etc.
By using the parting material 10 of the present invention for the corner part M of the arc-shaped wall and using the other parting material 4 for the parting part other than the corner part M of the wall, the parting part inside the building structure is obtained. The entire part can be constructed with the parting materials 10 and 4, and the parting part can be made with good aesthetics.

FIG. 11 is a perspective view when a fireproof member is provided on the upper surface of the parting material of the first embodiment, and FIG. 12 is a case where an airtight member is provided on the upper surface of the parting material of the first embodiment. FIG.
The upper surface 10c of the parting material body 5 is a surface on the side to be attached so as to be in close contact with the ceiling (floor). However, the fireproof member 6 may be provided on a part or the whole of the upper surface 10c of the parting material body 5 (FIG. 11). In the upper surface 10c, an airtight member 7 (FIG. 12) for improving the airtightness by filling the gap is provided at a position corresponding to the gap between the corner M of the arc-shaped wall and the ceiling (floor). Is possible. The airtight member 7 may have the same cross-sectional shape as the gap, or may be polygonal or circular. By providing the fireproof member 6 and the airtight member 7 in this way, it becomes possible to improve fire resistance and airtightness.

(Attaching method of the parting material 10 of the present invention)
FIG. 8 is a schematic view showing a state in which the parting material according to the first embodiment is attached to a joint (parting part) between the corner of the wall and the ceiling, and FIG. 9 is a diagram showing the first embodiment. It is a photograph at the time of applying this parting material to the joint (parting part) of the corner | angular part of a wall and a ceiling.
When the parting material 10 of the present invention is attached to the joint (parting part) between the corner of the wall and the ceiling (FIG. 8), first, at the joint portion of the ceiling panel and the corner M of the wall, at both ends of the corner M of the wall. A ceiling board is cut | disconnected in a straight line along the provided planar wall. When using the edge part of a ceiling board as it is, it is not necessary to cut | disconnect and the edge part of a ceiling board should just be attached along a planar wall. If it does so, the clearance gap W will be formed in the corner | angular part M of a ceiling board and a wall (FIG. 6) (step 1).
Next, the parting portions 3 and 3 of the parting material 10 are inserted into the mounting holes of the other parting material 4 to join the parting material 10 and the other parting material 4 (FIG. 7) (step 2).
Thereafter, the inner surface 10a of the parting material 10 is attached along the corner M of the arcuate wall so that the upper surface 10c of the parting material 10 is in contact with the ceiling (FIG. 8). When the parting material 10 is attached in this way, the entire gap W can be covered with the parting material 10 (step 3). Similarly, the other parting material 4 is attached to the parting part.
Then, finishing such as cloth pasting or painting on the wall and ceiling (step 4).
Here, in the state where the parting material 10 and the other parting material 4 are joined, the parting material 10 and the other parting material 4 are attached to the parting part. However, in the state where the parting material 10 is attached to the parting part, the parting material 10 is attached. And other parting materials 4 may be joined.

Thus, according to the present invention, even when the corner portion M of the wall is arcuate (curved surface), the inner side surface 10a of the parting material 10 has an arc shape corresponding to the corner portion M of the wall. It is possible to attach the parting material 10 in close contact without forming a gap between the corner M of the wall and the parting material 10.
In addition, according to the present invention, the protection part 1 of the parting material 10 is formed with a sufficient thickness 1d so as to cover the entire gap W between the corner M of the wall and the ceiling (floor). It is possible to cover and hide the gap W with the cutout material 10 without cutting the floorboard into a circular arc shape along the curved surface of the wall, and it is not necessary to process the ceiling board (floorboard), and has an excellent aesthetic appearance. It becomes possible to provide the attachment method of a material and a parting material.

(Second Embodiment)
FIG. 13 is a perspective view showing a parting material according to the second embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 14 is a plan view of the parting material according to the second embodiment.
The parting material 10 of the first embodiment has a cross section of the outer side surface 10b formed in a right angle (L shape), whereas the parting material 20 of the second embodiment of the present invention has an outer side surface 10d. Is different in that it is formed in an arc shape. Since the other configurations are the same, the same components as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description is omitted.

The parting material 20 according to the present embodiment is a member that is attached to a joint (parting part) between a corner of a wall and a ceiling (floor) in an interior construction work of a building structure such as a wall, ceiling, or floor finishing work. A parting material body 5 provided with a protective part 1 attached to a corner M of the wall and a pair of protective part both ends 2, 2 provided continuously at both ends of the protective part 1 and attached to the wall; A pair of attachment portions 3 and 3 provided at both ends of the parting material body 5 are provided (FIGS. 13 and 14).
The outer surface 10d of the parting material body 5 is a side surface provided to protrude from the corner portion M of the wall, and the cross section is formed in an arc shape.

FIG. 15 is an explanatory view showing the relationship between the radius of curvature of the protector both ends and the inner surface of the parting material of the second embodiment, and (a) is a case where the thickness 2d of both ends of the protector is 5 mm. FIG. 16B shows the case where the thickness 2d of both ends of the protective portion is 3.5 mm, FIG. 16C shows the case where the thickness 2d of both ends of the protective portion is 2 mm, and FIG. 16 shows the protection of the parting material according to the second embodiment. It is explanatory drawing 2 which shows the relationship between the curvature radius of a both-ends part and an inner surface.
In order for the parting material 20 to cover the entire gap W between the corner M of the wall and the ceiling (floor), the radius of curvature r of the outer surface 10d of the parting material body 5 and the thickness 2d of the both ends 2 and 2 of the protection part Relationships are important.
If the gap W is formed by cutting the ceiling plate in a straight line along the planar walls provided at both ends of the corner M of the wall, the coordinates of the apex of the gap W are (0, 0). The inner side surfaces 10a of the protective part both ends 2 and 2 are on the X axis and the Y axis, and the outer side surfaces of the protective part both end parts 2 and 2 have thicknesses 2d = D and x = D and y = D. Assume that it is on a straight line (FIG. 16).
Assuming as described above, the outer surface 10d of the parting material body 5 passes through the coordinates (0, 0) of the apex of the gap W, and is a part of a circle tangent to x = D and y = D. It allows covering the entire gap W, when the curvature radius of the case and r (0,0), as a threshold a r (0,0), gap is large radius of curvature r than r (0,0) If the entire W cannot be covered and the radius of curvature r is smaller than r (0, 0) , the entire gap W can be covered.
Substituting the above conditions, r (0, 0) becomes the following ( Equation 1), and the radius of curvature r is equal to the thickness 2d (D) of the protection portion both ends 2 and 2 as shown in the following ( Equation 2). If it is within about 3 times, the entire gap W can be covered.

When the thickness of both ends 2 of the protection part is 5 mm (FIG. 15A), the entire gap W can be covered with the parting material 20 if the radius of curvature R of the outer surface 10d of the parting material 20 is within 15 mm. When the thickness of both ends 2 of the protective part is 3.5 mm (FIG. 15 (b)), if the radius of curvature R of the outer surface 10d of the parting material 20 is within 10.5 mm, the entire gap W is parted. It is possible to coat with 20. In addition, when the thickness of both ends 2 of the protective part is 2 mm (FIG. 15C), the entire gap W is covered with the parting material 20 if the curvature radius R of the outer surface 10d of the parting material 20 is within 6 mm. Is possible.

Thus, even when the outer side surface of the parting material is arcuate, the radius of curvature of the outer side surface that can cover the entire gap W between the corner M of the wall and the ceiling (floor) is the thickness of both ends of the protective part of the parting material. By designing in consideration of the relationship with 2d (D), it is possible to cover the entire gap between the corner M of the wall and the ceiling (floor), keeping the aesthetics of the parting part and giving up the part around the gap. It can be reinforced by the material, and the work efficiency of the interior work can be improved.
