Description

The present invention relates to a handcart with a sled that can travel on both a normal ground and a snowy ground, and a sled device used for the handcart.

When using a conventional wheeled cart with four-wheel casters to carry a load on the loading platform, the casters could not be used on snowy roads, and it was not possible to run. Therefore, many proposals have been made to use a sled mounted on the bottom side of the cargo bed without using a caster on a ground where there is no snow, and using a caster on a snowy ground. For example, a device for providing a narrow sled portion inside the caster (Patent Document 1) and a device for providing a narrow sled portion inside and outside the caster (Patent Document 2) have been proposed. In addition, a device for providing a wide sled portion between casters has been proposed (Patent Document 3). Also, a device for providing a caster on a conventional sled has been proposed (Patent Document 4).

Of the above-mentioned conventional techniques, when using a narrow sled (Patent Documents 1 and 2), it is assumed that a load of about 100 to 200 kg is usually placed on the platform of the handcart, and the solid ice surface In the case of snow with snow, the sled was buried in the snow and could not be run. In addition, when a wide sled is provided (Patent Document 3), the vehicle may be able to travel in the snow, but when a normal sled is additionally used, the caster remains exposed (patent Documents 1 to 3) When the vehicle travels in snow that has accumulated snow, the caster is buried in the snow, and the snow sticks around the caster, so that the vehicle cannot travel substantially. In addition, when a caster is simply attached to the lower surface of the sled (Patent Document 4), considering the assumed weight of the load (usually about 100 to 200 kg), the sled structure, the caster mounting structure to the sled, etc. However, it was not realistic, and the problem that casters were buried in the still-snowed snow could not be solved.

The present invention provides a sled apparatus that covers substantially the entire bottom surface side of the loading platform of the hand truck, has an opening through which a caster can be projected, and has a loading platform support section that supports the bottom surface of the loading platform, and further includes the hand cart equipped with this sled tool. A. First embodiment

A first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Here, the front side and the rear side of the traveling direction are set with respect to the traveling direction 80 (FIGS. 6, 1 and 2) of the hand cart 60. Further, in the sled body 1 (the sled device 50), the lower part 3 of the sled body 1 is used as a reference, and the portion protruding upward (on the opposite side of the grounding surface; the carriage 61 side of the carriage) is used as a recess or notch. The portion protruding to the (grounding surface side) is a convex portion or a protrusion.

6) 1. Configuration of the handcart 60 to be used (FIG. 6)

Normally, the user of the hand cart 60 holds the hand handle 66 and operates the hand cart 60 so as to push it. Therefore, the hand handle 66 side of the loading platform 61 is the rear end 61b in the traveling direction 80 and the opposite side. The front end 61a is provided. Further, the ends of the cargo bed 61 in the direction orthogonal to the traveling direction 80 are side edges 61c and 61c.
The loading platform 61 is made of resin and has a flat plate shape with a predetermined thickness, and the upper surface 62 is a substantially flat upper surface plate, and longitudinal and horizontal reinforcing ribs are formed on the lower surface of the upper surface plate (FIG. 6 (d)). The lower edge of the reinforcing rib, that is, the lower surface 63 of the loading platform 61 has substantially the same height. In addition, since the height (lower end) of the reinforcing rib is slightly different, the lower surface 63 is uneven.

(2) The casters 64 and 65 are free casters 64 and 64 whose front side is free to turn in the running direction, and fixed casters 65 and 65 which are not able to turn the rear side in the running direction. Further, a brake mechanism is attached to the lower surface 63 of the loading platform 61 on the rear side of the rear end portion 61b in the traveling direction, and if the brake pedal 68 is depressed, the traveling rotation is restricted to the wheels of the rear casters 65 and 65. Be able to.

(3) Further, the hand handle 66 is a portal type and is erected at a substantially right angle with respect to the loading platform. When not used, the stopper 67 at the base end is pushed down so that the base end shaft (not shown) of the hand handle 66 is shown. The hand handle 66 can be folded and placed along the upper surface 62 of the cargo bed 61.

(4) In addition, the hand cart 66 is usually configured with a loading platform 61, casters 64, 65, and the like so that a load of about 100 to 200 kg can be carried on the loading platform 61. Moreover, as long as the structure of the hand cart 60 has the casters 64 and 65 at the four corners of the lower surface 63 of the loading platform 61, any other configuration such as the loading platform 61 and the casters 64 and 65 may be applied. it can.

2. Configuration of the sled device 50 (FIGS. 3 to 5)

(1) The sled device 50 includes a sled body 1 and a holder 40.
(2-1) The lower surface 3 of the sled body 1 is a surface in contact with snow (ground) and is a convex outer surface. On the outer periphery of the upper surface 2 of the sled body 1, an upper edge (horizontal rib) 2a having substantially the same height is formed. Further, as described above, the front end 1a and the rear end 1b are set in the traveling direction corresponding to the front side 61a and the rear side 61b in the traveling direction 80 of the loading platform 61 of the hand cart 60.
In the sled body 1, when the hand cart 60 is installed from above, the front openings 5 and 5 through which the casters 64 and 64 on the front side of the hand cart 60 can pass and the rear opening 7 through which the rear casters 65 and 65 can pass. , 7 are formed. Further, the front sliding surface 10 is formed on the front end 1a side of the front openings 5 and 5 including the front openings 5 and 5, and the rear sliding surfaces 15 and 15 are formed on the front end 1a side of the rear opening 7 including the rear openings 7 and 7. It is. An intermediate lateral recess 21 is formed between the front sliding surface 10 and the rear sliding surface 15 in the lateral direction toward the upper surface (the direction orthogonal to the traveling direction 80 of the handcart 60). Therefore, the front sliding surface 10 and the rear sliding surface 15 form a step at the boundary with the intermediate lateral recess 21 and are divided forward and backward by the intermediate lateral recess 21.
Further, the upper surfaces of both end portions in the lateral direction (direction orthogonal to the traveling direction 80) of the intermediate lateral recess 21 are at a height position near the upper edge 2a of the sled body 1, and when mounted on the handcart 60, The carrier support portions 22 and 22 are configured to contact and support the lower surface 63 of the carrier 61 of the hand cart 60.

(2-2) The front planing surface 10 has a structure in which the front end 1a side is close to the upper edge 2a and forms a substantially horizontal surface 10b before gradually lowering to the front opening 5. Therefore, the front side of the front running surface 10 forms a slope (a gentle convex downward) 10a, and the rear side forms a substantially horizontal surface 10b. Further, front notches 12 and 12 are formed at both ends in the lateral direction (direction orthogonal to the running direction 80) on the front end 1a side of the front running surface 10, and the front notches 12 and 12 The upper surface of the notch portion 12 reaches the vicinity of the upper edge 2a of the sled body 1 (slightly below the upper edge 2a), and constitutes a flat metal attachment surface 12a for attaching the latch receiving metal fitting 30 to the upper surface 2. The locking bracket 30 is provided with a rotating shaft 31 in the lateral direction (direction orthogonal to the traveling direction 80) (FIGS. 5A and 3A to 3C).
In addition, the rear side of the metal fitting mounting surface 12a abuts on the lower surface 63 of the loading platform 61 of the hand pushing cart 60, and also serves as a loading platform support portion that supports this.
Further, the rear end 1b side of the front opening 5 is at a step (wall surface) facing the intermediate lateral recess 21 and is substantially continuous with the substantially vertical opening 5a on the rear end 1b side of the front opening 5 and the substantially vertical opening 5a. A substantially horizontal opening 5b is formed. Further, three concave grooves 11 and 11 (recessed upward from the front sliding surface 10) are formed on the slope 10a of the front sliding surface 10 along the traveling direction. The concave grooves 11 and 11 can be convex grooves (not shown).

(2-3) Further, the rear sliding surface 15 is formed with a vertical concave portion 24 in the vertical direction (traveling direction 80 of the handcart) from the lateral concave portion 21 to the rear end 1b side. The front end 1a side is a vertical recess 24 and is divided in the horizontal direction. Further, the vicinity of the center in the plan view of the vertical recess 24 is at a height position near the upper edge 2 a, and when mounted on the handcart 60, it is placed against and supported by the lower surface 63 of the loading platform 61 of the handcart 60. The loading platform support portion 25 is configured. The loading platform support 25 and the loading platform support 22 are at the same height position.
A front end 1 a side of the rear sliding surfaces 15, 15 faces the intermediate lateral recess 21, and an inclined surface 15 a that gradually falls downward from the intermediate lateral recess 21 is formed on the front side. On the rear end 1 b side of the rear sliding surface 15, a substantially horizontal surface 15 b having substantially the same height as the substantially horizontal surface 10 b of the front sliding surface 10 is formed. Further, in the rear sliding surfaces 15 and 15, the vertical concave portion 24 is raised upward on the rear end 1b side, and the rear side 1b of the vertical concave portion 24 is substantially the height position of the substantially horizontal surfaces 15b and 15b. It is the same height.
Further, a rear lateral cutout portion 26 is formed on the rear end 1b side of the rear sliding surface 15, and a step (wall surface) is formed on the rear end 1b side of the rear sliding surface 15. Further, the upper surface of the rear lateral cutout 26 is located in the vicinity of the upper edge 2 a of the sled body 1.
The rear opening 7 faces the rear lateral cutout 26, and the rear opening 7 is formed with a substantially vertical opening 7a continuous to the rear end 1b side. In addition, on the slopes 15a, 15a on the front end 1a side of the rear sliding surfaces 15, 15, one ridge (projecting downward from the rear sliding surface 15) 16, 16 along the traveling direction is formed. The ridges 16 and 16 may be concave grooves (not shown).

(2-4) Further, the accommodating cylinder portion 28 is formed with a substantially vertical surface formed on the outer surface of the protruding portion on which the rear sliding surfaces 15 and 15 are formed, and the guide protrusion 46 of the holder 40 is inserted on the substantially vertical surface. A fixed receiving bracket 29 capable of engaging and disengaging the fixing projection 47 of the holder 40 is attached.

(2-5) Also, in the sled body 1, the lateral width D1 of the front sliding surface 10 in the vicinity of the front opening 5 into which the front caster 64 is inserted is set behind the rear opening 7 in which the rear caster 65 is inserted. When the lateral width D2 of the sliding surfaces 15, 15 is set,
D2 <D1
(FIG. 3A). This is because if the front caster is a free caster 64 and the turning range is taken into consideration, the front opening 5 needs to have a larger area than the rear opening 7, and if the front running surface 10 is made larger, it is easy to run. It depends. However, as long as the openings 5 and 7 having a structure that does not hinder the operation of the caster can be formed, the widths D1 and D2 can be arbitrarily set (not shown).

7)。 (2-6) In the sled body 1, in other words, the front openings 5 and 5 are formed in the substantially horizontal planes 10 b and 10 b of the front sliding surface 10, and the rear openings 7 and 7 are formed in the substantially horizontal planes 15 b and 15 b of the rear sliding surface 15. Is formed (FIGS. 1B, 2D, 3D, and 7).

(3-1) The holder 40 has a rectangular frame shape in plan view arranged along the outer periphery on the upper surface 62 of the loading platform 61 of the handcart 60, and is mainly made of a front frame 41, a rear frame 42, and a metal frame. It is comprised from the side frame 43 (FIG. 4). The front frame 41 is disposed along the outer periphery (front end 61a side) of the loading platform 1 of the hand cart 60, and the side frames 43 and 43 are disposed along the outer periphery (side end 61 side c side) of the loading platform 1 of the hand cart 60. The In addition, the rear frame 42 is arranged on the loading platform 61 of the handcart 60 slightly on the front end 61a side of the handwheel handle 66 mounting position (not along the outer periphery (rear end 61b) of the loading platform 61 of the handcart 60, It is arranged on the front end 61a side from the end 61b). Further, the front frame 41, the rear frame 42, and the side frames 43, 43 are formed in an L-shaped cross section, and the side frame 43 is disposed on the upper surface 62 of the loading platform 61 of the handcart 60 and a surface perpendicular to the upper surface, One piece of the front frame 41 and the rear frame 42 is in contact with a surface perpendicular to the upper surface 62 of the loading platform 61.

(3-2) The front frame 41 is composed of a vertical piece 41a and a horizontal piece 41b, and at the corners on both sides of the vertical piece 41 in the length direction of the front frame 41 of the holder 40 (direction perpendicular to the traveling direction 80), The band-shaped locking metal fittings 44 and 44 are projected toward the front in the traveling direction. The locking bracket 44 is formed with a bent portion 45 that is bent with its tip end upward and further bent toward the rear side by approximately 180 ° (opening is slightly smaller than 180 ° and wider) (FIG. 5). (A) (b) The bent portion 45 is engaged with the rotary shaft 31 of the latch receiving bracket 30 of the sled body 1, and the holder 44 is rotated around the rotary shaft 31 to The holding tool 40 can be raised and lowered, and ribs are formed on the edges of the locking bracket 44 in the running direction 80. The locking brackets 44 and 44 (the rotary shaft 31 of the locking bracket 30). ) Is provided as close to the front frame as possible on the front side of the front frame 41 (FIGS. 5A and 5B).
Both side frames 43 of the holder 40 are composed of vertical pieces 43a and horizontal pieces 43b, and guide protrusions projecting downward on the side surfaces of the side frames 43, 43 on the rear frame 42 side (that is, on the vertical pieces 43a). 46 is fixed, and a fixing protrusion 47 protruding downward is fixed to the rear frame 42 side of the guide protrusion 46. Further, a protective plate 48 is provided in a substantially horizontal direction on the upper surfaces of the guide protrusion 46 and the fixed protrusion 47. The guide protrusion 46 and the fixed protrusion 47 are disposed so as to be accommodated in the protective plate 48 in plan view (FIGS. 4A and 4D).

(3-3) In addition, the U-shaped metal fitting 49 protrudes forward (in the direction of the traveling direction 80) in the approximate center of the horizontal piece 41b in the length direction of the front frame 41 (the direction orthogonal to the traveling direction 80). Let it fix.

3. Configuration of handcart 70 with sled

(1) When there is no snow accumulation, the hand cart 60 can be used as the hand cart 60 as usual (FIG. 6).

(2) When carrying a load through snow, the sled body 1 is placed on the ground (substantially flat surface) 85 with the lower surface 3 facing downward, and the hand cart 60 is placed above the sled body 1. The casters 54 and 55 are combined with the front openings 5 and 5 and the rear openings 7 and 7. At this time, since the casters 64 and 65 are in contact with the ground (flat surface), the hand cart 60 is stable.
Subsequently, in a state where the holding tool 40 is stood obliquely or nearly vertically with respect to the horizontal, the bent portion 45 of the locking metal fitting 44 of the holding tool 40 is connected to the rotary shaft 31 of the locking metal fitting 30 of the sled body 1. The holder 40 is rotated about the rotary shaft 31 as the axis, and the holder 40 is lowered from the raised state to the loading platform 61 side. At this time, the guide protrusions 46, 46 of the holder 40 are inserted into the housing cylinder portions 28, 28 of the sled body 1, and are guided by this movement, so that the fixing protrusions 47, 47 of the holder 40 are fixed to the sled body 1. The tools 29 and 29 face each other. Further, the holder 40 is rotated, and the holder 40 is stacked on the upper surface 62 of the loading platform 61. In this state, the sled body 1 (bottom surface) that has been in contact with the ground (flat surface) 85 gradually floats, and the fixed protrusions 29 and 29 are operated to lock and hold the fixed protrusions 47 and 47. To maintain.
In this state, the sled body 1 is lifted from the ground (flat surface) 85 by a predetermined distance H (FIG. 2C), and the loading platform 61 of the handcart 60 is formed by the holding tool 40 and the sled body 1. It is sandwiched and constitutes an integrated handcart 70 with a sled (FIGS. 1 and 2). In this state, on the upper surface 2 of the sled body 1, the cargo bed support portions 22 and 25 and a part of the metal mounting surface 12 a are in contact with and support the lower surface 63 of the cargo bed 61 of the hand cart 60.
In this state, each caster 54, 55 has a predetermined length of wheels from the lower surface 3 of the sled body 1 (the substantially horizontal surface 10b of the front sliding surface 10 and the substantially horizontal surface 15b of the rear sliding surface 15 located at the lowermost position). H (when the diameter of the casters 64 and 65 is 100 mm, usually 2 to 30 mm, preferably 17 mm) protrudes downward (FIG. 2C). In this case, H is preferably as small as possible when used as a sled, and is preferably as large as possible when traveling on casters 64 and 65, taking into account steps such as mats and curbs in the assumed traveling environment. The above values were used.

(3) Therefore, the hand cart 70 with the sledge can be transported by placing a load on the cargo bed 61 in the same manner as the normal hand cart 60 when traveling on the ground without snow accumulation after removing snow.
In addition, when entering the snow side from the snow-free surface near the boundary with the snow-covered place, the slope 10a of the front running surface 10 can smoothly move into the snow, and the front and rear running surfaces 10 can be moved on the snow. , 15.
In this case, when the snow is soft, the casters 64 and 65 protrude downward from the sliding surfaces 10 and 15, so that snow enters the sled body 1 from the front openings 5 and 5 and the rear openings 7 and 7. Snow that has entered through the openings 5 and 5 does not accumulate in the vicinity of the front opening 5 but can escape from the vertical openings 5a and 5b on the rear end 1b side of the front opening 5. Similarly, the snow that has entered the rear opening 7 also escapes from the vertical opening 7 a on the rear end 1 b side of the rear opening 7. In addition, since the snow collected in the vicinity of the front openings 5 and 5 and the rear openings 7 and 7 passes through the front openings 5 and 5 and the rear openings 7 and 7 while driving on a snow-free road, It can reduce or prevent snow from being brought into the house.

(4) Also, when moving from the snow side to the snow-free surface near the boundary with the snow-covered place, the caster 64, 65 You can drive in.

(5) Also, when it is not possible to push the handcart 70 with a sled using the hand handle 66 in snow, it is necessary to connect a wire or a rod to the U-shaped bracket 49 of the holder 40 to Alternatively, the handcart 70 with a sledge can be pulled by power. In addition, for safety reasons, without using the push handle 66, a wire or a rod is connected to the U-shaped metal fitting 49 of the holder 40, and the person who operates the push cart 70 (the push cart 60) It is also possible to operate the vehicle by pulling the trolley-equipped handcart 70 (handcart 60).

(6) In addition, the handcart 70 with a sled is not limited to a place where there is snow, but there are places where it is difficult to travel on the casters 64 and 65, such as the coast, gravel roads, sand and grassland, and steps that are difficult for the casters 64 and 65 to get over. Even on a rough road, it is possible to transport the luggage using the sliding surfaces 10 and 15 together.

(7) Even when the hand cart 60 and the sled device 50 (the sled body 1 and the holding tool 40) are subjected to an impact, the guide protrusion 46 is inserted into the accommodating tube portion 28. Therefore, it is possible to maintain the integrity of the handcart 60 and the sled device 50 (the sled body 1, the holding tool 40).

(8) Further, since the locking metal fitting 44 is locked to the locking metal fitting 30 and the guide protrusion 46 is inserted into the accommodating cylinder portion 28 to fix the fixed protrusion 47 and the fixed metal fitting 29, the sled The main body 1 and the holding tool 40 can be easily engaged and disengaged, that is, the operation of attaching and detaching the sled device 50 (the sled main body 1 and the holding tool 40) to the handcart 60 can be easily performed. Therefore, it is extremely effective especially when the work of attaching / detaching the sled device 50 (the sled body 1, the holding tool 40) to / from the hand cart 60 is performed in a narrow place such as a truck bed.

4). Other embodiments

(1) In the above embodiment, the sled body 1 is formed with a total of three loading platform support portions 22 and 25 that support the lower surface 63 of the loading platform 61 of the handcart 60 (further two locations on the metal mounting surface 12a). It suffices if the portions are formed. For example, the loading platform support portions 22 and 22 can be omitted (not shown). Further, when a plurality of cargo bed support portions are provided, it is desirable to provide them with a good balance.

(2) Moreover, in the said embodiment, since the holder 40 used the metal object of the L-shaped cross section as a frame shape, it hold | maintained the outer peripheral side surface and the upper surface 3 of the loading platform 1 reliably, and received the impact. Even in this case, this structure is preferable because the sled body 1 can be prevented from coming off from the handcart 70 with the sled. However, if it is a structure that presses against the upper surface 62 of the cargo bed 61, it is plate-shaped, belt-shaped, or wire-shaped. (Not shown). Furthermore, as long as the sled body 1 can be fixed to the loading platform 61, other arbitrary structures can be used (not shown).

(3) Moreover, in the said embodiment, since the rotating shaft 31 of the latching metal fittings 44 and 44 and the latching receiving metal fitting 30 was provided in the front side of the front frame 41 and the vicinity of the front frame 41 as much as possible, the holding frame 40 The load carrier 61 of the hand cart 60 can be pressed against the sled body 1 with a relatively uniform pressure, and the length H of the wheels 64 and 65 can be reliably secured from the lower surface 3 of the sled body 1. However, when such an effect is not desired, the locking fittings 44, 44 are formed long in the traveling direction 80 side, and the rotary shaft 31 of the receiving fitting 30 is slightly separated on the front side of the front frame 41. It can also be placed in a position (not shown).

(4) Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the outer periphery of the sled main body 1 was formed more largely in planar view than the outer periphery of the loading platform 61, if it has the front-rear openings 5 and 7 which insert the casters 64 and 65, the sled main body 1 All or a part of the outer periphery of the cargo bed 61 can be made smaller than the outer circumference of the cargo bed 61 and can be positioned inside the outer circumference of the cargo bed 61 (not shown).

(5) Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the intermediate | middle lateral direction recessed part 21 was formed in consideration of the intensity | strength of the sled body 1, etc., the intermediate | middle lateral direction recessed part 21 was abbreviate | omitted and the front sliding surface 10 and the back sliding surface 15 were omitted. , 15 can be continued (not shown). Further, if the loading platform support portion 25 can be formed at another position, the longitudinal recess 24 can be omitted (not shown). In this case, the front end 1a side of the rear sliding surfaces 15, 15 is also formed integrally. (Not shown).

(6) Moreover, in the said embodiment, the sled main body 1 can also be made into another shape with the same structure (FIG. 9). In this case, similarly to the above-described embodiment, the sled body 1 is configured by attaching the latch receiving metal fitting 30, the fixed metal fitting 29, the accommodating cylinder portion 28, and the like. In the structure (FIG. 9), the rear end 1b side of the longitudinal recess 24 is omitted, and the rear end 1b side is connected at the same height by the substantially horizontal surfaces 15b, 15b of the rear running surfaces 15, 15. is there. Moreover, the protruding item | line 16 of the back planing surface 15 is made into the recessed item | line 16 (FIG. 9 (a)).

(7) In the above embodiment, the sled body 50 and the holding tool 40 are used to detach the sled device 50 from the hand cart 60. However, the sled body 1 can be attached to the hand cart 60 using other metal fittings. Can be fixed in a non-detachable manner (not shown).

(8) Moreover, in the said embodiment, the sled apparatus 50 larger than the outer periphery of the holder 40 by planar view is used using the holder 40 along the outer periphery of the loading platform 61 of the handcart 60 (except the rear end 61b). In use, the sled device 50 covered the entire bottom surface of the loading platform 61 (FIGS. 1A and 2A), but if the sliding surfaces 10 and 15 can be disposed below the loading platform 61, the bottom surface of the loading platform 61 is used. It is also possible to have a structure in which a part of is exposed (not shown).

(9) Moreover, in the said embodiment, the sliding surfaces 10 and 15 of the sled apparatus 50 (sled body 1) are made into the following.
(A) Appropriate place (part) of “the outer peripheral portion of the lower surface of the cargo bed 61 and the inner side (inner side) of the outer peripheral portion of the lower surface” including “the front side in the traveling direction of the wheels 64 and 65” Or
(B) Appropriate places (parts) of “the outer periphery of the lower surface of the cargo bed 61 and the inner side of the outer periphery of the lower surface (inside)” including “the periphery of the wheels 64 and 65”
Since the load on the loading platform can be efficiently transmitted to the sliding surfaces 10 and 15, the positions of the sliding surfaces 10 and 15 are arbitrary (not shown). For example, if the loading platform support portions 22 and 25 can be secured at any position, the position where the sliding surfaces 10 and 15 are provided is
(A) The appropriate place (part) of “only the outer peripheral portion of the lower surface of the cargo bed 61”, or
(B) The appropriate place (part) of “only the inside (inside) from the outer peripheral portion of the lower surface of the cargo bed 61”,
(C) The appropriate place (part) of “the entire bottom surface of the cargo bed 61”;
(Not shown). In addition to these, a sled (sliding surface) can also be separately arranged on the front and rear in the traveling direction of the loading platform 61 of the hand cart 60 and on both the left and right sides (not shown).

B. Second embodiment

A second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Here, as in the first embodiment, the front side and the rear side of the traveling direction are set with respect to the traveling direction 80 (FIGS. 10, 11, 12, etc.) of the handcart 60.
In the second embodiment, compared to the first embodiment, the front side of the traveling direction 80 (the length from the front end 1a) to the front openings 5 and 5 is shortened, and the rear openings 7 and 7 are behind the traveling direction 80. The side (length to the rear end 1b) is shortened.

6) 1. Configuration of the handcart 60 to be used (FIG. 6)

This is the same as the hand cart 60 of the first embodiment (FIG. 6).

17) 2. Configuration of the sled device 50 (FIGS. 12 to 17)

(1) The sled device 50 includes a sled body 1 and a holder 40. The sled body 1 is mainly made of resin, and the upper surface 2 covers the lower surface 63 side of the loading platform 61 of the handcart 60 and the sliding surface 10, 15 is provided on the lower surface 3 of the sled body 1. The holder 40 is detachable from the sled body 1, the holder 40 is arranged on the upper surface 62 side of the loading platform 61 of the handcart 60, and the loading platform 61 is sandwiched between the sled body 1 and the holding tool 40, The sled body 1 can be fixed to the hand cart 60 (loading platform 61).

The locking metal fitting 30 is provided with a rotating shaft 31 in the lateral direction (a direction perpendicular to the traveling direction 80) (FIGS. 14A and 12A to 12C). Further, the latch receiving metal fitting 30 is configured such that ribs are formed by raising both sides of a flat plate, and a gate-type hardware provided with a rotating shaft 31 is fixed to the rib (FIG. 14A). ◎

In the first embodiment, the rear lateral cutout 26 is formed (FIGS. 1 to 3, 7, and 8). In the second embodiment, similar to the embodiment of FIG. 9. Instead of the rear lateral cutout 26, rear end cutouts 26A and 26A are formed at both ends of the rear lateral cutout 26 (the direction perpendicular to the traveling direction 80). That is, rear end notch portions 26A and 26A are formed at both ends on the rear end 1b side of the rear sliding surface 15, and a step (wall surface) is formed on the rear end 1b side of the rear sliding surface 15. The Further, the upper surface of the rear end cutout portion 26A is located in the vicinity of the upper edge 2a of the sled body 1.
Further, the rear opening 7 faces the rear end cutout portion 26A, and the rear opening 7 is formed with a substantially vertical opening 7a continuous to the rear end 1b side.
Further, a central substantially horizontal surface 15c is formed between the rear openings 7 and 7 between the rear end cutout portions 26A and 26A and is continuous with the substantially horizontal surface 15b of the rear sliding surface 15, and the central substantially horizontal surface 15c and the substantially horizontal surface 15b. The bottom surface (grounding surface side) is formed at the same height, and a wider sliding surface is secured than in the first embodiment (including the embodiment of FIG. 9) (FIGS. 10B and 11). (D), FIG. 12 (d), etc.). Therefore, by securing a wide running surface, it becomes difficult to sink into the snow when running on snow, and the running performance is further improved. Moreover, the back planing surface 15 is comprised from the inclined surface 15a, the substantially horizontal surface 15b, and the center substantially horizontal surface 15c (FIG.10 (b), FIG.11 (d)).

(2-4) Further, at the edge of the front openings 5 and 5, the standing walls 7 c and 7 c that protrude upward (opposite the grounding surface; on the loading platform 61 side) are formed at the edge of the inclined surface 10 a of the front sliding surface 10. It is. Further, at the edge of the rear openings 7 and 7, standing walls 15c and 15c projecting upward (opposite the grounding surface; loading platform 61 side) are formed at the edge of the substantially horizontal surface 15b of the rear sliding surface 15 ( FIG.11 (d), FIG.12 (a) (d), FIGS. 15-17. The standing walls 5c, 7c can reduce the amount of snow entering the front openings 5, 5 and the rear openings 7, 7 when traveling on the snow (in the snow), and the snow entering the openings 5, 7 can be reduced. It is also possible to keep (dissolved water) around the openings 5 and 7.

(2-5) Further, the accommodating cylinder portion 28 that forms a substantially vertical surface on the outer side surface of the protrusion that forms the rear sliding surfaces 15, 15 and inserts the guide protrusion 46 of the holder 40 on the substantially vertical surface; A fixed receiving bracket 29 capable of engaging and disengaging the fixing projection 47 of the holder 40 is attached.

(2-6) Further, in the sled body 1, the lateral width D1 of the front running surface 10 in the vicinity of the front opening 5 into which the front caster 64 is inserted, and the rear in the vicinity of the rear opening 7 in which the rear caster 65 is inserted. When the lateral width D2 of the sliding surfaces 15, 15 is set,
D2 <D1
(FIG. 12A).

15)。 (2-7) In the sled body 1, in other words, the front openings 5 and 5 are formed in the substantially horizontal planes 10 b and 10 b of the front sliding surface 10, and the rear openings 7 and 7 are formed in the substantially horizontal planes 15 b and 15 b of the rear sliding surface 15. Is formed (FIG. 10B, FIG. 11D, FIG. 12D, and FIG. 15).

(2-8) Moreover, in the sled body 1 of the second embodiment,
Similarly to the embodiment of FIG. 9, the outer periphery of the upper surface of the sled body 1 is substantially the same height and no notch is formed (except for the central portion of the rear end 1b) (FIGS. 9, 11, 12, and FIG. 9). 15, FIG. 17), the strength was further increased and the adhesion with the hand cart was enhanced.

13). The front frame 41 is made of a member having a U-shaped cross section, the rear frame 42 and the side frames 43 and 43 are made of L-shaped members, and the side frame 43 is an upper surface 62 of the loading platform 61 of the hand cart 60. The front frame 41 and the rear frame 42 are in contact with a surface perpendicular to the upper surface 62 of the loading platform 61.

(3-2) The front frame 41 includes a vertical piece 41a, a horizontal piece (upper) 41b, and a horizontal piece (lower) 41c, and the length direction of the front frame 41 of the holder 40 (a direction orthogonal to the traveling direction 80). Then, band-shaped locking brackets 44, 44 are provided at the corners on both sides of the vertical piece 41 so as to project forward in the traveling direction. The locking bracket 44 is formed with a bent portion 45 which is bent with its tip end upward and further bent toward the rear side by about 180 ° (opening is slightly smaller than 180 ° and wider) (FIG. 14). 14 (a) and 14 (b)), and the locking bracket 44 is more in the traveling direction 80 than the locking bracket 44 of the first embodiment. The length in the direction parallel to the length of the locking bracket 44 is set as short as possible. The height is close to the ground), and ribs are formed so as to ensure strength, and the lower edge is formed at the same height as the lower edge of the vertical piece 41a (FIG. 14). ).
13A and 13D).

(3-3) In addition, the U-shaped bracket 49 protrudes forward (in the direction of the traveling direction 80) in the approximate center of the vertical piece 41a in the length direction of the front frame 41 (the direction orthogonal to the traveling direction 80). Let it fix. The U-shaped bracket 49 is formed to be as low as possible (height close to the ground plane), and in order to ensure strength, the base end portion is bent vertically and fixed to the vertical piece 41a, and the U-shape The lower part of the U-shaped part is formed so as to be at the same height as the lower edge of the vertical piece 41a (FIG. 14).

11C), and the loading platform 61 of the hand cart 60 is formed by the holding tool 40 and the sled body 1. It is sandwiched and constitutes an integrated handcart 70 with a sled (FIGS. 10 and 11).

In addition, when entering the snow side from the snow-free surface near the boundary with the snow-covered place, the slope 10a of the front running surface 10 can smoothly move into the snow, and the front and rear running surfaces 10 can be moved on the snow. , 15.
In this case, when the snow is soft, the casters 64 and 65 protrude downward from the sliding surfaces 10 and 15, so that the snow may enter the sled body 1 from the front openings 5 and 5 and the rear openings 7 and 7. However, the standing wall 5c and the standing wall 7 are considerably restricted. Further, the snow that has entered from the front openings 5 and 5 does not accumulate in the vicinity of the front opening 5 but can escape from the vertical openings 5 a and 5 b on the rear end 1 b side of the front opening 5. Similarly, the snow that has entered the rear opening 7 also escapes from the vertical opening 7 a on the rear end 1 b side of the rear opening 7. Further, the snow accumulated in the vicinity of the front openings 5 and 5 and the rear openings 7 and 7 passes through the front openings 5 and 5 and the rear openings 7 and 7 while running on a snow-free road and stands even if it remains. Since the walls 5c and 7c are present, snow stays in the vicinity of the front opening 5 and the rear opening 7, and it is possible to reduce or prevent the snow from being brought into a warehouse or store for carrying luggage.

(9) Further, the locking metal fitting 44 and the U-shaped metal fitting 49 fixed to the front frame 41 of the holder 40 are arranged as low as possible, and as much projections as possible are provided on the upper surface 2 on the front end 1a side of the sled body 1. Since it was not formed, in this trolley-equipped handcart 70, no protrusion is formed on a straight line connecting the upper front end 41d of the holder 40 and the front end 1a of the sled body 1 (FIG. 18). A load 92 (for example, a plastic container containing a small load) 92 placed on a load carrier 61 of a handcart 70 with a sled (handrail cart 60) is loaded from the load carrier 61 into a carrier 91 of a flat carriage 90 that makes a small turn for sorting in the store. May be replaced. Therefore, in this case, depending on the operator, the luggage 92 may be operated so as to slide from the front edge 1a side (traveling direction 80) of the handrail 70 with a sled that has been stopped (92 in FIG. 18). Even when such an operation is performed, it is possible to improve the efficiency of the work of changing the load 92 and prevent the load 92 from being damaged.
