Description

The present invention relates to a jacket with high heat retention.

For jackets such as jumpers and coats to be worn in winter, a type filled with padding such as medium cotton and feathers is warm and suitable. Conventionally, there are proposals for making the entire back portion bulky or applying a heat insulating cloth to warm the back portion. Patent Document 1 proposes a garment in which excessive heat is not accumulated in the upper body by arranging a mesh base material and a heat retaining pack at the best time and removing sweat and vapor from the mesh base material. Further, the present applicant has proposed in Patent Document 2 that a heat insulating agent is disposed at a position along the spine between the scapulae.

特開2016−098446号公報JP 2006-098446 A 特開2010−159524号公報JP 2010-159524 A

However, the proposal of Patent Document 1 has a problem that cold air enters from around the neck including the mesh portion and feels cold. The proposal of Patent Document 2 has a problem that cold air enters from around the neck and feels cold. In addition, since the padding is performed, the resilience is high and the bending is difficult, so that it does not conform to all human body shapes, further gaps are generated, heat is escaped, and heat retention may be lowered.

In order to solve the above-described conventional problems, the present invention provides a warm and highly heat-resistant outerwear without deteriorating motor functionality and preventing the intrusion of cold air from around the neck.

The outer garment of the present invention is a garment in which a fleece fabric including raised hair is attached to a collar portion, and the fleece fabric including raised hair has a raised portion and a portion without raised hair, and the portion without raised hair. Is in the shape of a groove, and the length of the fibers constituting the napped is 2 to 8 mm, and the fineness of the fibers constituting the napped is 0.1 to 3 decitex.

The outer garment of the present invention has a fleece rebound, a fit, and does not deteriorate motor functionality by attaching a fleece fabric having specific nap to the collar, and intrusion of cold air from around the neck Can be kept warm and warm. In other words, the napped portion of the napped portion covers the portion where there is no groove line-like napped portion, so that the napped portion has resilience, has a feeling of fitting, increases air accumulation, is warm, and maintains the bulkiness of the napped portion. Heat insulation can be improved. Moreover, since the density of nap is apparently low, it is not bulky and can maintain a high motor function.

FIG. 1A is a partial front view of a fleece fabric used for a collar portion according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 1B is a cross-sectional view taken along the line II of FIG. 1A. FIG. 2 is a partial front view of a jacket according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 is a partial front view of a jacket of another embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 is a partial front view of a jacket of still another embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 5 is a partial front view of a conventional jacket. FIG. 6 is a rear view of the upper body of the human body.

The present invention is a jacket with a fleece fabric including raised hairs attached to the collar. The fleece fabric including the raised hair has a raised portion and a portion without the raised hair, the portion without the raised hair is grooved, and the length of the fibers constituting the raised hair is 2 to 8 mm, preferably 3-7 mm. The fineness of the fibers constituting the nap is 0.1 to 3 decitex, preferably 0.3 to 1.8 decitex. The napped part of the raised part covers the part without the grooved line-like raised part, while being bulky, has low resilience, has a good fit, and there is no gap between the clothes and the human body between the neck and the scapula. The warm air that moves in the direction perpendicular to the ground is prevented from escaping out of the clothes, and heat retention is improved. In addition, due to the presence of no grooved nap, the bending rigidity in the vertical and horizontal directions is low, and even when the human body moves while wearing, the fleece fabric fits while following, and the gap between the clothes and the human body The heat retention is improved by not generating. In addition, the density of napped hairs is apparently low, so it is not bulky and the motor function can be maintained high.

The width of the groove where there is no napping is preferably in the range of 2 to 10 mm, more preferably in the range of 3 to 8 mm. Thereby, an air pocket can be made efficiently and the napping of napping can be prevented, and napping has a resilience.

When the unit area of the fleece fabric including the raised hair is 100%, the area of the portion without the raised hair is preferably 20 to 60%, and more preferably 30 to 50%. Thereby, an air pocket can be made still more efficiently and napping of napping can be prevented. Further, the followability is improved by lowering the bending rigidity.

It is preferable that the shape of the portion having no napping is at least one groove line selected from a wavy line, a zigzag line, an uneven line, a curve, a straight line, and a progress line. With these shapes, it is possible to create an air pocket more efficiently, prevent napping of the raised hair, and efficiently create the air pocket. Especially in the case of zigzag lines, it can be expected that the bending rigidity will be low in all the vertical, lateral, and diagonal directions, and it is difficult to form a straight gap on the surface of the cloth, and as a cloth that improves heat retention Is suitable.

The part having no napping is knitted by flying the front yarn and is composed only of the back yarn so that the napping process is not applied by the raising machine. Moreover, after raising the whole dough, the napping may be trimmed and formed.

It is preferable that the fleece fabric is also arranged in the upper back part or the upper part between the scapulas continuously from the collar part. If it does in this way, the invasion of the cold air from the upper back part or the upper part between the shoulder blades can be prevented. FIG. 6 shows the back part 14 of the upper body of the human body. The dot part in FIG. 6 is a part where the body surface is concave. Around the neck, the upper part of the back part is a recess 15, and it is preferable to arrange the fleece fabric so as to fill the gap of the recess 15.

The fleece fabric is knitted with a loop pile on the front side of the fabric, and the loop portion is cut and raised by a raising machine. The part without raising is made up only by knitting the front yarn and knitting it, and only the back yarn, so that the raising process is not performed by the raising machine. The obtained fleece fabric is a fabric sheet, and the fabric sheet is cut into a predetermined shape, and the periphery is sewn to form a collar portion. When the napped portion is a polyester fiber, the length of the napped fiber is 2 to 8 mm, and the napped fiber has a fineness of 0.1 to 2 decitex, it is easy to dry even if it gets wet with sweat and is suitable for sports outerwear. is there.

The jacket is useful for winter sports jumpers and sports coats. The outer garment of the present invention may have a filling cotton structure or a structure without filling cotton. In the case of an interleaved cotton structure, it is preferable to fill polyester fiber cotton, acrylic fiber cotton, cotton cotton, wool cotton, feathers and the like. Among these, highly cross-linked acrylic fiber cotton, which is less bulky when absorbed by sweating, is preferred. When the bulkiness is lowered, the air circulation in this portion is improved, and the temperature inside the clothes can be lowered. As such a fiber, there is a product called “breath thermo” manufactured by Mizuno.

The jacket of the present invention is suitable for a winter sports jumper or sports coat. Specifically, it is suitable for all sports such as mountain climbing, trekking, hiking, skiing, snowboarding, skating, baseball, golf, hockey, soccer, jogging, marathon, tennis, badminton, squash and table tennis. It is useful not only for sports but also as general outerwear.

(Example 4, Comparative Examples 2-3)
The fleece fabric used in Examples 1 to 3 was defined as Example 4, Example 4, fabric that was raised on the entire surface of the fabric (Comparative Example 2: Conventional Example), and a resin cotton batting (used generally as a heat retaining member) The bending stiffness and compression work amount of Comparative Example 3: Conventional Example) were measured 5 times, and the average value was calculated.
The napped fabric of Comparative Example 2 was made of polyester (PET) fibers, and napped fibers with a fineness of 75 decitex to a length of 7 mm, and the basis weight was 120 g / m 2 .
The resin cotton batting of Comparative Example 3 is made of polyester (PET) fiber, the fiber length is 51 mm, the fineness is 1 decitex (40% when the batting is 100%), 3.3 decitex (same, 30%), 6.7 decitex A 30% mixed fiber web was used in which 8 g of vinyl acetate binder was attached in a dry weight per m 2 . The basis weight was 120 g / m 2 .
The bending stiffness [gf · cm / cm 2 ] was measured by using a bending rigidity tester (KES-FB2) manufactured by Kato Tech Co., Ltd., and a 20 cm × 20 cm sample was chucked at 1 cm intervals, and the curvature was −2.5 to +2. It was determined by a pure bending test at a deformation rate of 0.50 cm −1 within a range of 5 cm −1 .
The compression work [gf · cm / cm 2 ] is obtained by compressing a 2 cm 2 circular sample at a load rate of 0.02 cm / sec using an automatic compression tester (KES-G5) manufactured by Kato Tech Co., Ltd. It was.
The above results are summarized in Table 2.

As shown in Table 2, the flexural rigidity of the fleece fabric of Example 4 is lower than that of Comparative Examples 2-3. It can also be seen that the compression work is large and the resilience is suppressed. As a result, it was confirmed that there was repulsion of napped hair, there was also a fit, the motor functionality was not deteriorated, the intrusion of cold air from around the neck was prevented, and the warmth was improved.
