先端側に開口を有し基端側が閉じた概略円筒状のハウジングと、先端に穿刺針を有し前記開口から先端側へ突出可能にハウジングに収容されるランセットと、当該ランセットを突出方向へ付勢するように前記ハウジング内に設けられるばねと、前記ランセットを前記ばねの付勢力に抗して前記ハウジング内に係止する第1位置と係止解除する第2位置との間で移動自在に前記ハウジング内に設けられる係止部材と、前記ハウジングの外周側へ突出するように設けられ半径方向内側へ弾性的に押し込まれることにより前記係止部材の前記係止を解除する操作片と、基端側において前記穿刺針の先端部を係脱自在に覆い先端側が前記開口から突出し前記ハウジングに対して所定の軸周り回転角度の係止位置において前記ハウジング内に係止され他の回転角度の解放位置において当該係止が解かれて前記穿刺針から分離可能な針キャップとを備える採血用穿刺装置の使用補助装置であって、
軸線方向の一端側に前記採血用穿刺装置の先端側を受け入れ可能に開口する第1の受け入れ穴を有し、軸線方向の他端側に前記ハウジングの基端側を受入可能に他端側へ開口する第2の受け入れ穴を有する概略筒状の本体と、
前記第1の受け入れ穴の奥部に張り出す把持部と、前記本体の外周側へ突出する押圧部とを具備し、当該押圧部が前記本体の外周側へ突出した第1位置と当該本体内へ押し込まれた第2位置との間を当該本体の軸線直交方向に移動自在で、第1位置側へ付勢されて前記本体に組み込まれるキャップ把持部材と、
