Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a puncture device cap, and more particularly to a puncture device cap that allows a used lancet to be safely removed from a main body and discarded.
Because of the danger that bacteria and viruses that cause infections are transmitted via blood, the lancet of a puncture device is usually disposed of disposable. Therefore, at the time of disposal, the used lancet must be removed by removing the cap from the puncture device body.
However, when the lancet user pulls out the lancet from the main body, there is a risk that the fingertip of the used lancet will poke.
In addition, if the lancet needle is exposed and discarded, there is a possibility that a waste supplier accidentally pierces the skin with the lancet needle.
Therefore, in general, the used lancet needle is again covered with a resin cover that protects the lancet needle when not in use, and the lancet is safely removed from the main body and discarded.
However, when the user of the lancet tries to put the resin cover on the tip of the needle, there arises a new problem that the fingertip sticks with the needle. In particular, lancet users often have blindness due to diabetic complications, and the frequency of lancet needlepoints is high.
In addition, there are few problems when the same person uses a single puncture device continuously, but multiple people may use a single puncture device, so when attaching the resin cover to the needle, There was a high possibility that blood would adhere, and there was a risk of infection via the blood.
Accordingly, there is provided a puncture device cap that can be discarded without touching the used lancet by pressing the lancet after use with the cap of the puncture device, fixing the lancet to the cap, and removing the cap from the main body (for example, , See Patent Document 1).
This allows the user to bring the used lancet sandwiched between the caps to the top of the trash can with the cap, release the cap and drop the lancet into the trash can for disposal. It has become possible to prevent accidents.
In addition, the risk of infection caused by blood adhering to the puncture device body can be eliminated.
However, even if the user can discard the lancet without directly contacting the used lancet, the needle of the lancet discarded in the trash can or the like remains exposed.
Further, even if the lancet needle is discarded with a resin cover, the cover may come off and the needle may be exposed.
For this reason, there is a possibility that a waste trader who handles the lancet may accidentally pierce the skin with the needle tip. In particular, since blood adheres and remains on the surface of the lancet or needle, there is a high possibility of causing infection due to a false puncture.
The present invention has been proposed in order to solve the above-described problems of the prior art, and the user of the puncture device can safely and easily remove the used lancet from the main body and discard it. An object of the present invention is to provide a cap for a puncture device that can handle a lancet that is safely discarded.
In order to achieve the above object, a puncture device according to claim 1 of the present invention includes a main body having an elastic body for momentarily projecting a needle for puncturing the skin, and the needle attached to the main body. And a cap for covering the lancet, wherein the lancet has a groove, the cap has an opening, and is pressed. Thus, the structure has a pushing member that immerses into the cap from the opening and engages with the groove of the lancet.
The puncture device having such a configuration can be easily pressed because the pushing member is formed on the cap, and the pushing member is immersed inside the cap by the pushing of the pushing member. The lancet can be engaged and both can be fixed.
As a result, even if the user brings the used lancet sandwiched between the caps to the top of the trash box together with the cap, the lancet and the cap are not separated even if the pressing of the cap is released there. Therefore, it is possible to prevent an accident in which the needle skin is pierced by a lancet directly disposed in a trash can or the like.
The puncture device according to claim 2 of the present invention is such that when the pushing member is provided so as to protrude outward from the cap and the pushing member is pressed, a part of the pushing member is engaged with a part of the opening of the cap. It is configured to stop and hold the engagement state of the locking portion to the lancet.
With such a configuration, even after the pressing is released, the locking portion does not return to the original state before the pressing.
Thereby, since the cap for puncture tools and a lancet are not separated, the lancet can be safely processed even after the lancet is discarded.
The puncture device according to claim 3 of the present invention has a configuration in which the push-in member is provided in a state where the lower part is coupled to the opening formed in the cap and is longer than the opening. ing.
With such a configuration, once the pushing member is pressed and the pushing member is once pushed into the cap, the pushed pushing member does not return to the outside of the cap and can maintain engagement with the lancet.
The puncture device according to claim 4 of the present invention is provided with an engaging portion that engages with the groove of the lancet at the projecting end of the pushing member, and the head of the engaging portion is inclined inward and downward of the cap. It is the structure which formed the inclination part.
With such a configuration, when the push-in member is pressed, the push-in member easily immerses into the cap from the opening along the inclined portion in the head portion of the locking portion, and once it is immersed, Does not come off the opening. Further, the locking portion is securely engaged with the groove of the lancet.
The puncture device according to claim 5 of the present invention is configured such that the lancet is rotatable with respect to the main body.
With such a configuration, when the pushing member is pressed, the locking portion is engaged with the groove by rotating the lancet regardless of the positional relationship between the locking portion and the lancet.
The puncture device according to claim 6 of the present invention has a configuration in which the locking portions are arranged at two substantially opposite positions.
With such a configuration, it is possible to easily immerse the inside of the cap by pressing the pressing member with a finger, and to engage the locking portion at a position facing the lancet. Here, “substantially facing” means including both the case of facing 180 degrees and the case of facing slightly shifted from 180 degrees. In addition, when it has shifted | deviated slightly from 180 degree | times and opposed, the latching | locking part engages in the groove | channel of the said lancet by pushing and rotating the guide rib of the said lancet reliably.
The puncture device according to claim 7 of the present invention has a configuration in which a plurality of push-in protrusions are provided on at least one of the push-in members toward the center of the cap.
With such a configuration, the pushing protrusion attached to the inside of the pushing member pushes the guide rib of the lancet and securely engages the groove of the lancet while rotating the lancet.
The puncture device according to claim 8 of the present invention is configured such that the angle toward the center of the two pushing protrusions provided on the pushing member is smaller than the angle toward the center of the adjacent rib of the lancet.
With such a configuration, the two pushing projections are positioned between the guide ribs of the lancet, and the cap and the lancet can be securely fixed and separated from the main body.
The puncture device according to claim 9 of the present invention is configured such that the cap body is rectangular.
With such a configuration, the cap body portion is difficult to roll, and thus handling is easy. Further, since the shape is simplified, molding becomes easy.
As described above, according to the puncture device of the present invention, the pressing member is provided on the outer side of the cap before pressing, so that the pressing member can be easily pressed, and the pressing member can be simply pressed by pressing the pressing member. Since the engaging portion of the squeezed member enters the groove of the lancet, the pushing member and the lancet are easily engaged. And since the pushing member pressed once hold | maintains an engagement state with a lancet, when pulling out the cap for puncture tools from a main body, both are united and isolate | separated from a main body.
This makes it possible to discard the lancet simply by removing the cap from the main body without contacting the lancet.
Further, even after disposal, the lancet can be securely held in the cap, and the lancet can be prevented from being detached from the cap.
Thereby, the user of the puncture device can not only directly dispose of the lancet without directly contacting the used lancet, but also prevent the lancet needle from being exposed after the disposal.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the puncture device according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

When the cap is configured as described above, since there is no undercut portion that protrudes greatly in the radial direction of the cap, the cap can be manufactured by integral molding, and the cost can be reduced.
A method of using the puncture device according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.
First, the

Next, the pushing
Since the
In addition, it is preferable that the length of the cap head is set such that the
As described above, the

The puncture device according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3 until the lancet is attached to the main body, the needle is punctured into the skin, and the lancet is removed from the main body together with the cap.

FIG. 5A is a perspective view of the
As shown in FIG. 5A, by processing the cap body into a rectangular shape, the

The position of the locking portion, the tip shape, the relationship between the lancet and the cylinder, and the like are the same as those in the first embodiment.
FIG. 6 illustrates a pattern different from that of the above-described embodiment with respect to the locking
The
The operation of the
FIG. 6A shows a case where the upper two push-in
Since there are four
Further, the two pushing
The angles of the two pushing
