Claims (16)
- 溶液を分注するための流体混入システムであって、
分注されることになる製品を内包する供給タンクと、
流路からノズル手段へと水の流れをそらせるための入口接続部と、
溶液を前記流路または対象へ分注するための出口接続部と
を備え、
前記ノズル手段は、前記供給タンクおよび前記入口接続部に連通し、ある温度における製品の溶解度、分注されるまたは溶液タンクの中で溶解されることになる製品の重量、および分注時間の諸特性に基づいて予め定められた流体の流量で、前記供給タンクへ流体を導くよう、その形状が決められている、流体混入システム。 - 前記ノズル手段は、下記等式によって決められた流量を持つよう設計されている、請求項1に記載の流体混入システム。

ここで、Fは、ノズル手段の流量、Wは、供給タンク内の製品重量、または溶解されることになる製品重量、Tは、分注時間、Sは、ある温度における製品の溶解度である。 - 当該流体混入システムは、さらに希釈タンクを備え、前記希釈タンクは希釈溶液を貯え、かつ分注するよう形状が決められており、前記希釈タンクは、前記流路からの流体と前記出口接続部から分注された溶液とが連通している、請求項1または2に記載の流体混入システム。
- 前記供給タンクおよび前記出口接続部は前記流路および/または前記希釈タンクよりも高く配置され、前記出口接続部は重力によって、溶液を前記流路または前記対象へ分注するよう形状が決められている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の流体混入システム。
- 前記供給タンクは、前記出口接続部に製品が入り込むのを防ぐように形状が決められている、該供給タンクの底面に配置されるフィルターを備え、前記フィルターは、前記供給タンク内の前記フィルターへと延びる越流管を備え、前記フィルターの主軸線、前記越流管の主軸線、および供給タンクの主軸線は互いに平行である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の流体混入システム。
- 溶液を分注するための流体混入システムであって、
当該流体混入システムは少なくとも2つの供給タンクを有し、前記供給タンクの各々はそれぞれ分注されることになる製品を内包するとともに、ノズル手段と連通し、前記供給タンクの各々の前記ノズル手段は入口接続部と連通し、前記供給タンクの各々の前記ノズル手段のそれぞれは流体を、該供給タンク内のある温度における製品の溶解度、該供給タンク内の分注されることになる製品の重量、および分注時間の諸特性に基づいて決定された流量の流体を該供給タンクに導く、流体混入システム。 - 前記ノズル手段の流量を制御、調整、調節、および常時監視し、および溶液、希釈溶液、および/または流路からの流体の分注および分注時間を、制御、調整、調節、および常時監視するようプログラムされた制御盤をさらに備える、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の流体混入システム。
- 製品溶解度、製品重量、溶液の濃度、希釈溶液の濃度、流量、灌漑地の液面位、流体の温度、溶液の温度、溶液または希釈溶液の電気伝導度、およびこれらの組み合わせの内、少なくとも1つの要素を検知するよう設計された、少なくとも1つのセンサー手段を備える、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の流体混入システム。
- 溶液を分注するための方法であって、
分注されることになる製品を保持する供給タンクに流体を注入するステップを含み、
前記流体はある温度における製品の溶解度、供給タンク内の分注されることになる、または溶解されることになる製品の重量、および分注時間の諸特性に基づく流量で注入される、方法。 - 前記流量が下記等式によって決定される、請求項9に記載の方法。

ここで、Fは、ノズル手段の流量、Wは、供給タンク内の製品重量、または溶解されることになる製品重量、Tは、分注時間、Sは、ある温度における製品の溶解度である。 - 前記流体がノズル手段によって供給タンクに注入される、請求項9または10に記載の方法。
- 請求項9または10の記載に基づいて決定された流量で流体を注入するために、注入時間前および/またはその最中にノズル手段の制御、常時監視、および/または調整をさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記流体は決定された流量で継続的にタンクに導かられる、請求項9〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 溶液を分注するための方法であって、
異なる製品を内包する少なくとも2つの供給タンクへ流体を注入するステップを含み、
前記供給タンクの各々に注入される流体の流量は、該供給タンク内のある温度における製品の溶解度、該供給タンク内の分注されることになる、または溶解されることになる製品の重量、および分注時間の諸特性に基づいて決定される、方法。 - ファーティゲーションおよび/または灌水における、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の流体混入システムおよび/または方法の使用。
- 製品が固体肥料であり、および/または流体が水である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の流体混入システム、請求項9〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法、および請求項15に記載の使用。
