2 溶射皮膜(電磁波シールド皮膜)
Claims (5)
- 基材の表面に溶射により電磁波シールド皮膜が形成された電磁波シールド材であって、
基材と、
該基材の表面に形成された電磁波シールド皮膜とを備え、
該電磁波シールド皮膜は、セラミックス又は樹脂のうちの少なくとも1つが含有された母材と、イットリウム、銀、銅、金、アルミニウム、鉄、コバルト、鉛、モリブデン、ニッケル、チタン、タンタル、ニオブ、スズ、クロム、タングステン、亜鉛、これらを少なくとも1つ含む合金、これらの金属の少なくとも1つを含む水素化物、カーボン又はフェライトのうちの少なくとも1つが含有された添加材とを含む溶射材を、前記基材の表面に溶射することにより形成された溶射皮膜である
ことを特徴とする電磁波シールド材。 - 前記電磁波シールド皮膜は、母材中に、扁平状に形成された無数の添加材が複層化された状態で含有されてなる
請求項1に記載の電磁波シールド材。 - 前記電磁波シールド皮膜は、母材中で添加材がメッシュ状に成形されてなる
請求項1又は2の何れかに記載の電磁波シールド材。 - 前記溶射材中に上記添加材が5〜50mass%の割合で含まれた
請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の電磁波シールド材。 - 基材の表面に溶射によって電磁波シールド皮膜を形成する電磁波シールド材の製造方法であって、
セラミックス又は樹脂のうちの少なくとも1つが含有された母材と、イットリウム、銀、銅、金、アルミニウム、鉄、コバルト、鉛、モリブデン、ニッケル、チタン、タンタル、ニオブ、スズ、クロム、タングステン、亜鉛、これらを少なくとも1つ含む合金、これらの金属の少なくとも1つを含む水素化物、カーボン又はフェライトのうちの少なくとも1つが含有された添加材とを含む溶射材を、基材の表面に溶射して電磁波シールド皮膜を形成した
ことを特徴とする電磁波シールド材の製造方法。
