Abstract
Description

Description of the Related Art Conventionally, emulsified cosmetics that impart firmness to the skin are known that contain polyethylene glycol (PEG) or higher alcohols (Patent Documents 1 and 2).
However, when PEG is used, it tends to flow out of the skin, and there is insufficient tension, and when higher alcohol is used, the agent thickens over time, and the storage stability of the preparation is not good. I understood.
The subject of this invention is providing the emulsified cosmetics excellent in storage stability, providing the firmness.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the emulsified cosmetics excellent in storage stability can be provided, providing a firm feeling. In addition, the above-mentioned “feel of elasticity” refers to a feeling that the skin is stretched.
The emulsified cosmetic of the present invention contains components A to D.
The inventors of the present invention have found that emulsified cosmetics that give a firm feeling can be produced by using component A of starch aluminum octenyl succinate in a hydrated state. However, it was found that when the emulsified cosmetic containing component A was stored at a low temperature (5 ° C. or lower), the elasticity of the emulsified cosmetic was increased to become jelly and the stability was lowered. This phenomenon is presumed to be caused by starch aging. Therefore, the present inventors have applied the xanthan gum of component B and the carboxyvinyl polymer (or alkyl-modified carboxyvinyl polymer) of component C to emulsified cosmetics from a wide variety of components that can be used in the cosmetics field. The present inventors have found that the low temperature stability of emulsified cosmetics is improved. The mechanism for improving storage stability is not clear, but the application of such ingredients forms a gel network (intercalation), thereby suppressing hydrogen bonding between starch molecules, resulting in structural changes at low temperatures. This is presumed to be due to the fact that it was able to be suppressed.
Component A is “starch aluminum octenyl succinate”. By component A, the effect which gives a firm feeling to the skin which apply | coated the emulsified cosmetics is exhibited. The mechanism by which the firmness can be obtained is not clear, but it is presumed that water is evaporated after application of the emulsified cosmetic and a film made of component A is formed on the skin.
