加熱可能な反応剤放散部材に向かって反応剤を反応剤投入方向で反応剤投入室内に噴射するための反応剤噴射ユニットと、
を備えている。
Claims (15)
- 内燃機関の排気流内に反応剤を投入するための反応剤投入ユニットであって、
ケーシング壁(18)により包囲された反応剤投入室(20)を備える反応剤投入ケーシング(16)であって、前記ケーシング壁(18)は、排気流れ方向(A)に関して上流側に配置される流入壁領域(30)と、前記排気流れ方向(A)に関して下流側に配置される流出壁領域(32)と、前記流入壁領域(30)と前記流出壁領域(32)との間の2つの側壁領域(34,36)とを有しており、少なくとも一方の側壁領域(34,36)または/および前記流出壁領域(32)に、少なくとも1つの通流開口(72,74,76)が設けられている、反応剤投入ケーシング(16)と、
加熱可能な反応剤放散部材(48)に向かって反応剤を反応剤投入方向(E)で前記反応剤投入室(20)内に噴射するための反応剤噴射ユニット(28)と、
を備える、反応剤投入ユニット。 - 前記反応剤投入ケーシング(16)は、ケーシング長手方向軸線(L)の方向に長く延びており、反応剤を前記反応剤投入室(20)内へ噴射するための前記反応剤噴射ユニット(28)は、実質的に前記ケーシング長手方向軸線(L)の方向に配置されている、請求項1記載の反応剤投入ユニット。
- 前記反応剤噴射ユニット(28)に、好適には管状の反応剤ガイド部材(24)が対応配置されている、請求項1または2記載の反応剤投入ユニット。
- 前記反応剤ガイド部材(24)は、前記反応剤噴射ユニット(28)から噴射された反応剤が前記反応剤投入室(20)から直接流出しないように、少なくとも1つの、好適には全ての通流開口(72,74,76)を遮蔽している、請求項3記載の反応剤投入ユニット。
- 前記反応剤ガイド部材(24)は、少なくとも1つの、好適には全ての通流開口(72,74,76)に、前記反応剤投入方向(E)で少なくとも部分的に、好適には完全に重なっている、請求項4記載の反応剤投入ユニット。
- 前記反応剤ガイド部材(24)は、前記ケーシング長手方向軸線(L)の方向で前記反応剤投入室(20)内へ延びている、請求項2を引用する請求項3から5までのいずれか1項記載の反応剤投入ユニット。
- 前記反応剤放散部材(48)は、電気的な励起により加熱可能な反応剤放散板(50)を有している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の反応剤投入ユニット。
- 前記反応剤放散板(50)は、前記反応剤投入方向(E)に対して実質的に直交するように向けられた反応剤放散表面(52)を有している、請求項7記載の反応剤投入ユニット。
- 少なくとも1つ、好適には全ての通流開口(72,74,76)が、前記反応剤投入方向(E)で見て前記反応剤噴射ユニット(28)と前記反応剤放散板(50)との間に配置されている、請求項7または8記載の反応剤投入ユニット。
- 前記ケーシング壁(18)に、前記反応剤放散部材(48)を前記ケーシング壁(18)のケーシング長手方向軸線(L)の方向で、好適には前記ケーシング壁(18)全体に沿った周方向で中断無く支持する支持ユニット(56)が設けられており、および/または、前記反応剤放散部材(48)は、前記ケーシング壁(18)の内側に対して、絶縁ユニット(54)により、好適には前記ケーシング壁(18)全体に沿った周方向で中断無く絶縁状態に保たれており、および/または、前記反応剤放散部材(48)は、前記反応剤噴射ユニット(28)とは反対の側において、好適には絶縁材料(62)により実質的に完全に覆われている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の反応剤投入ユニット。
- 前記反応剤投入ケーシング(16)は扁平化されており、これにより、前記流入壁領域(30)と前記流出壁領域(32)との間の間隔は、各前記側壁領域(34,36)間の間隔よりも大きくなっている、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の反応剤投入ユニット。
- 前記反応剤投入ケーシング(16)は、ケーシング長手方向軸線(L)に対して楕円形、卵形または液滴形の横断面輪郭を備えて形成されている、請求項11記載の反応剤投入ユニット。

- 前記反応剤投入ユニット(10)は、前記排気流れ方向(A)に対して実質的に直交するように向けられた前記反応剤投入ケーシング(16)のケーシング長手方向軸線(L)をもって前記排気管(12)内に配置されており、これにより、前記流入壁領域(30)は、前記ケーシング壁(18)の上流側の端部領域を形成しており、前記流出壁領域(32)は、前記ケーシング壁(18)の下流側の端部領域を形成しており、前記各側壁領域(34,36)は、前記排気流れ方向(A)で見て実質的に前記流入壁領域(30)と前記流出壁領域(32)との間に延在している、請求項13記載の排気装置。
- 前記各側壁領域(34,36)に、前記排気流れ方向に対して実質的に直交するように互いに向かい合う複数の通流開口(72,74)が設けられており、および/または、前記各側壁領域(34,36)の少なくとも1つの頂点領域に、少なくとも1つの通流開口(72,74)が設けられている、請求項14記載の排気装置。
