Description

The present invention relates to a cooking device accommodated in a cabinet of a system kitchen.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there is known a system kitchen that includes a cabinet body and a counter top having an opening on an upper surface, and a built-in type cooking device is accommodated in a cooking device accommodation space in an upper region of the cabinet. In this type of system kitchen, the main body of the cooking device is dropped from the opening, and the outer peripheral edge of the upper end of the main body of the cooking device is locked in a suspended state at the periphery of the opening. The front part of the main unit is exposed.

The cooker storage space as described above is provided slightly larger than the heating cooker body in order to facilitate the storage of the heating cooker body. Therefore, when a heating cooker main body is accommodated in the cooker accommodation space, the heating cooker main body may be displaced in the front-rear and left-right directions in the space. As a result, it is difficult for the front portion of the heating cooker body exposed from the front opening portion to be placed on the same plane as the front surface of storage furniture such as a drawer or the other cooking appliances housed in the cabinet. From the above viewpoint, the heating cooker body is composed of an upper unit provided with a heating element such as a heating coil and a lower unit provided with a grille, and a front / rear position adjustment for adjusting the front / rear position of the upper unit and the lower unit It has been proposed to provide a mechanism and a left-right position adjustment mechanism that adjusts the left-right position of the upper unit and the lower unit (for example, Patent Document 1). According to this heating cooker, after dropping the heating cooker body in which the upper unit and the lower unit are combined from the opening, the front / rear and left / right position adjustment mechanisms are used to adjust the front / rear and left / right positions of each unit. .

However, in order to facilitate housing of the cooking device body, the height of the front opening portion of the cabinet body where the cooking device body is exposed is also slightly higher than the height of the cooking device body. ing. Therefore, depending on the vertical position of the front part of the heating cooker body in the front opening part, the upper and lower lines of the front part of the heating cooker body shift from those of the storage furniture etc. adjacent to the left and right, and the aesthetics of the front of the system kitchen There is a problem that is damaged.

In recent years, due to the diversification of lifestyle and palatability, the stove and grill, etc., have become independent of each other in addition to the combined heating cooker in which the stove, grill and oven are built into the main body case, as in the built-in stove. In some cases, a cooking device is used, and only a necessary cooking device is accommodated in the cabinet, or a combination of a stove, a grill, and the like from different manufacturing companies are accommodated in the cabinet. When such an independent heating cooker is accommodated in the cabinet, unlike the built-in stove, the heating cooker body may not be fixed by being locked to the periphery of the opening of the counter top. Therefore, it is necessary to support and fix the heating cooker main body with a support member provided on the inner wall surface of the cabinet forming the cooker accommodation space. As a result, a dimensional error of the cabinet and a mounting error of the support member are likely to occur, and there is a problem that a deviation between the upper and lower end lines of the front portion and those of the left and right adjacent storage furniture tends to be large. In addition, if the center of gravity is shifted to either the left or right depending on the arrangement position of the device inside, there is also a problem that the left and right of the front face part is tilted up and down. In order to reduce such vertical displacement, it may be possible to finely adjust the cooking device up and down after the cooking device is accommodated in the cooking device storage space, but it is necessary to reattach the support member. It is necessary to move the heavy cooking device upward or the workability is inferior.

This invention solves the said subject, and the objective of this invention is only excellent in the beauty | look of the front of a system kitchen by adjusting the vertical shift | offset | difference of the heating cooker accommodated in the cooker accommodation space of a cabinet. In addition, an object of the present invention is to provide a cooking device that is excellent in workability at the time of installation.

According to the present invention, it is a heating cooker that is supported and accommodated from below in a cooker accommodation space of a cabinet,
There is provided a heating cooker including a heating cooker main body and a vertical position adjusting mechanism that adjusts the vertical position of the heating cooker main body when accommodated in the cooking device storage space of the cabinet.

According to the above cooking device, since the vertical position adjustment mechanism for adjusting the vertical position of the cooking device body is provided when the cooking device is accommodated in the cooking device housing space of the cabinet, the cooking device body is accommodated in the cooking device body. After being accommodated in the space, the cooking device body can be moved up and down by the vertical position adjustment mechanism. Thereby, the lines of the upper and lower ends of the front surface portion can be made to coincide with those of the storage furniture adjacent to the left and right.

Preferably, in the heating cooker,
The vertical position adjustment mechanism is provided between the connecting member connected to the bottom surface of the heating cooker body and the biasing means provided between the bottom surface of the heating cooker body and the connecting member, and biases the heating cooker body upward. And an adjusting means for moving the heating cooker body and the connecting member up and down in a vertical direction with an urging means sandwiched between the bottom surface of the heating cooker body and the connecting member.

According to the cooking device, the vertical position adjusting mechanism is provided between the connecting member connected to the bottom surface of the cooking device body, the bottom surface of the cooking device body, and the connecting member, and the cooking device body is positioned above the cooking device body. And an adjusting means for moving the heating cooker main body and the connection member up and down in a state of sandwiching the biasing means between the heating cooker main body and the connection member. The main body of the cooking device is supported from below by the elastic force of the urging means disposed. Therefore, since the weight of the heating cooker body is applied to the connecting member through the biasing means, the vertical position of the heating cooker body is easily adjusted by the adjusting means for moving the heating cooker body and the connecting member up and down. it can.

Preferably, in the heating cooker,
The connecting member has a plate-like body that is separated from the bottom surface of the cooking device body by a predetermined distance and extends in the front-rear direction substantially parallel to the bottom surface of the cooking device body,
The biasing means has a spring member connected to the plate-like body,
The adjusting means has an adjusting bolt for connecting the plate-shaped body and the heating cooker body, and is heated in a state where a spring member is sandwiched between the bottom surface of the heating cooker body and the plate-shaped body by the amount of pressing of the adjusting bolt. The cooker body and the plate-shaped body are moved up and down.

According to the heating cooker, since the spring member of the biasing means is connected to the plate-like body extending in the front-rear direction substantially parallel to the bottom surface of the heating cooker body, the heating cooker body formed at substantially constant intervals. A spring member is disposed in the gap between the bottom surface of the plate and the plate-like body, and the weight of the heating cooker body is applied to the plate-like body via the spring member. Therefore, since the weight of the heating cooker body does not concentrate on the adjustment bolt that connects the plate-like body and the heating cooker body, the pushing amount of the adjustment bolt can be easily changed, and the heating cooker body and the plate-like body are connected. It can be moved up and down. Therefore, the vertical position of the heating cooker body can be easily adjusted with the adjusting bolt while the heating cooker body is supported by the elastic force of the spring member provided in the gap between the bottom surface of the heating cooker body and the plate-like body.

Preferably, in the heating cooker,
The plate-like body has a through hole and a cut-and-raised piece cut and raised upward from the part of the peripheral edge of the through-hole,
The spring member has a leaf spring having one end connected to the cut and raised piece of the plate-like body by a fixing screw.

In order to reduce the vertical displacement of the front part of the heating cooker body and to secure a storage space for other storage furniture, etc., the inner wall in the vertical direction of the cabinet forming the cooker storage space is heated as much as possible. It is preferable to make it close to the cooker body. On the other hand, when a leaf spring is used as an urging means between the bottom surface of the heating cooker body and the plate-like body, if a fixing screw is used to connect one end to the plate-like body, the fixing screw is attached to the lower surface of the plate-like body. May protrude and come into contact with the inner wall surface of the cabinet below the plate-like body. As a result, the plate-like body may be tilted, whereby the heating cooker body may be tilted, or the inner wall surface of the cabinet may be damaged during installation.
However, according to the heating cooker, the plate-like body has the through-hole and the cut-and-raised piece cut and raised from a part of the periphery of the through-hole toward the upper side of the through-hole. When attaching one end of the leaf spring to the cut and raised piece with a fixing screw, the leaf spring can be attached without the fixing screw protruding downward from the plate-like body. Therefore, it is not necessary to make the inner wall surface of the cabinet that forms the cooker accommodation space have a complicated structure, and it is not necessary to use a separate part during installation.

Preferably, in the heating cooker,
The vertical position adjusting mechanism has a plurality of biasing means and a plurality of adjusting means,
The plurality of biasing means are connected to different positions in the front-rear direction of the plate-like body,
The plurality of adjusting means connect the plate-like body and the heating cooker body at different positions in the front-rear direction.

According to the heating cooker, the vertical position adjustment mechanism has a plurality of biasing means connected to different positions in the front-rear direction of the plate-like body, and the plate-like body and the heating cooker body at different positions in the front-rear direction. Since it has the some adjustment means to connect, the up-and-down position of a heating-cooker main body can be adjusted more easily. In addition, by adjusting the front and rear adjustment means to bring the heating cooker body and the plate-like body into contact with each other, the degree of expansion and contraction of the front and rear urging means can be changed. Can be adjusted.

Preferably, in the heating cooker,
The vertical position adjusting mechanism is provided on each of the left and right sides of the bottom surface of the heating cooker body.

According to the cooking device, since the vertical position adjustment mechanism is provided on the left and right of the bottom surface of the cooking device body, the center of gravity of the cooking device body is shifted left and right depending on the position of the internal equipment. However, it is possible to prevent vertical tilt on the left and right sides of the front part.

Preferably, in the heating cooker,
The wall surface forming the cooker accommodation space of the cabinet is provided with a support member that supports and fixes the heating cooker from below,
The support member and the vertical position adjusting mechanism are connected.

As described above, when an independent cooking device is accommodated in the cabinet, since a supporting member that supports and fixes the heating cooker from below is used, mounting errors of the supporting member are likely to occur, and thereby the front surface of the cooking device. The part tends to shift up and down.
However, according to the heating cooker, the vertical position adjustment mechanism connected to the heating cooker body is connected to the support member. Therefore, even if an attachment error occurs in the support member, the heating cooker is placed in the cooker housing space. After accommodating, the vertical position of the heating cooker body can be easily adjusted.

As described above, according to the present invention, when the cooking device is accommodated in the cooking device accommodation space of the cabinet, the vertical adjustment position of the heating cooking device body can be adjusted by the vertical position adjustment mechanism. It is possible to provide a cooking device that is excellent in front aesthetics and excellent in workability during installation.

Hereinafter, the cooking device according to the present embodiment will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a schematic exploded perspective view showing a state in which the cooking device of the present embodiment is installed in a cabinet. The cabinet 1 of the system kitchen is disposed on the floor surface along the wall, for example, and is installed on the cabinet body 2 having a drawer 8 and a cabinet door (not shown) on the front side, and the cabinet body 2. Counter top 4. In addition, in this specification, let the front side of the state in which the heating cooker was accommodated in the cabinet 1 be the front, the depth direction of the heating cooker accommodated in the cabinet 1 is the front-back direction, and the width direction of the heating cooker is the left-right direction. The height direction of the cooking device is referred to as the vertical direction.

An opening 7 a is opened on the upper surface of the counter top 4, a front opening 7 b is opened on the front surface of the cabinet body 2 below the counter top 4, and the counter top 4 is formed in the upper area in the cabinet 1. A cooker accommodation space 7 is formed for accommodating two gas stoves 10 incorporated into the opening 7a and an oven 20 incorporated under the gas stove 10 from the front opening 7b. A storage space 9 for storing tableware, seasonings and the like is formed below the cooker storage space 7, which is a lower region in the cabinet 1. Further, the cooker storage space 7 and the storage space 9 are partitioned by a partition portion 70 having a length of about 1/3 of the depth of the cooker storage space 7 from the front to the rear of the cabinet body 2. ing. Therefore, the cooking appliance storage space 7 in the cabinet 1 has a partition portion 70 at the lower front portion, partition plates 71 and 72 on the left and right sides of the cabinet body 2, and a rear wall (not shown) on the rear side of the cabinet body 2. Each is partitioned. Moreover, the cooker accommodation space 7 is formed so that the upper part and the front part are opened by the opening part 7 a and the front opening part 7 b, respectively, and the lower rear part communicates with the accommodation space 9. A pair of left and right support members 75 a and 75 b that support the oven 20 from below are attached to the inner wall surfaces 71 a and 72 b of the left and right partition plates 71 and 72 that form the cooker accommodation space 7. Note that the support members 75a and 75b and the vertical position adjusting mechanisms 40a and 40b described later are both formed symmetrically, so only the one located on the left side of the oven 20 will be mainly described below.

The support member 75a is formed by bending a metal plate into a substantially L shape. As shown in FIG. 2, the support member 75 a is fixed to the inner wall surface 71 a of the partition plate 71 that forms the left side of the cooker accommodation space 7, and is bent at a substantially right angle inward from the fixed piece 76 a. And a support piece 77a. The support member 75a has substantially the same length as the depth of the outer case 210 of the oven 20 described later. The support member 75a has an attachment screw such that the support piece 77a is disposed at a predetermined distance above the partition portion 70, the front end is disposed in the vicinity of the front opening portion 7b, and the rear end is disposed behind the partition portion 70. 73 is fixed to the inner wall surface 71 a of the partition plate 71. The fixed piece 76a is formed at a substantially equal interval through which the front locking portion 78a locked to the front surface of the partition plate 71 and the mounting screw 73 are inserted in the front-rear direction in order to place the support member 75a at a predetermined position. The support piece 77a fixes a vertical position adjusting mechanism 40a, which will be described later, at a predetermined position at a substantially central portion in the front-rear direction. Screw holes 79a are provided. These left and right support members 75a and 75b are attached to the cabinet main body 2 before the oven 20 is accommodated in the cooker accommodating space 7.

Returning to FIG. 1, the cabinet body 2 is provided with a plurality of drawers 8 configured to be slidable in the front-rear direction from the front thereof. Each of the drawers 8 includes a substantially rectangular front plate 81, a bottom plate (not shown), left and right side plates, and a back plate. When these drawers 8 are accommodated in the cabinet body 2, adjacent front plates 81 are provided. Are accommodated so as to be substantially flush with each other. The left and right drawers 8 are accommodated so that the upper and lower lines of the front plate 81 are positioned at substantially the same height.

Each of the two gas stoves 10 and the oven 20 is composed of independent heating cookers. Thus, by accommodating each heating cooker in the cabinet 1 as an independent heating cooker, only a required cooker can be integrated or a cooker can be combined with a high freedom degree. A built-in stove in which the gas stove 10 and the oven 20 or the grill are integrally accommodated in the main body case may be used.

The oven 20 includes an oven body 21 and vertical position adjusting mechanisms 40 a and 40 b connected to the oven body 21. The oven body 21 has a substantially rectangular exterior case 210 made of a plurality of metal plates that opens forward, and an opening / closing door 220 that opens and closes a front opening (not shown). Is detachably attached to the outer case 210. Although not shown, an oven chamber having a combustion chamber in which an oven burner is disposed and a cooking chamber in which the cooking object is heated and cooked is disposed in the oven body 21, and cooking is performed. Behind the chamber, a circulation fan is arranged to circulate the hot air of the combustion exhaust gas generated in the combustion chamber by sending it to the cooking chamber. In addition, an exhaust tube 230 that communicates with the cooking chamber and exhausts exhaust from the cooking chamber is extended behind the exterior case 210.

The outer case 210 has an upper surface 211, a bottom surface 212 (see FIG. 2), a left side surface 213, a right side surface 214, and a rear surface 215 (see FIG. 3), and a fastening member (not shown) that forms a metal plate constituting each surface. It is formed by fastening with. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a plurality of insertion holes (not shown) into which adjustment bolts of the vertical position adjustment mechanisms 40 a and 40 b described later are inserted at the left and right ends of the bottom surface 212 of the exterior case 210 (here, 2). In addition, a screw hole (not shown) is formed on the upper surface of the bottom surface 212 where the insertion hole is opened, and the bolt shaft portions 67a and 68a of the adjustment bolts 63a and 64a are screwed so as to advance and retreat in the vertical direction. ) Are formed integrally by welding.

Left and right vertical position adjusting mechanisms 40a and 40b are provided at the corner portions of the left and right side surfaces 213 and 214 and the bottom surface 212 of the outer case 210, respectively. Specifically, the vertical position adjusting mechanism 40a includes an attachment body 42a that is attached along the left side surface 213 of the outer case 210, and a plate-like body 43a that is bent inward from the attachment body 42a at a substantially right angle. And a connecting member 41a having two, and two leaf springs 55a and 56a which are urging means fixedly connected to the upper surface of the plate-like body 43a, and an adjustment for bringing the plate-like body 43a and the oven main body 21 into and out of the vertical direction. Two adjustment bolts 63a and 64a as means are provided. In addition, the number of biasing means and adjusting means is appropriately set according to the size and shape of the heating cooker body.

The connecting member 41a is formed by bending a metal plate into a substantially L shape. Further, both the attachment body 42 a and the plate-like body 43 a of the connection member 41 a have substantially the same length as the depth of the exterior case 210. For this reason, when the plate-like body 43a is attached to the bottom surface 212 of the outer case 210 by the adjusting bolts 63a and 64a, it extends substantially in parallel with a predetermined distance from the bottom surface 212 and the left side surface 213 in the front-rear direction of the outer case 210. It arrange | positions so that the corner part of the left side 213 and the bottom face 212 of the exterior case 210 may be substantially covered with the connection member 41a. Further, the vertical height of the attachment 42a is set to be substantially the same as the fixed piece 76a of the support member 75a when the connection member 41a is placed on the support member 75a. Further, the width in the left-right direction of the plate-like body 43a protruding inward from the lower end of the attachment body 42a is such that the inner end of the plate-like body 43a is supported when the connection member 41a is placed on the support member 75a. It protrudes inward from that of the support piece 77a of the member 75a, and is set so that bolt insertion holes (not shown) of the adjusting bolts 63a and 64a are exposed downward.

The plate-like body 43a has a plurality of (here, two) substantially rectangular through holes 45a and 46a in the vicinity of both front and rear ends. Further, bolt insertion holes (not shown) into which the adjusting bolts 63a and 64a are inserted are opened between the front and rear through holes 45a and 46a and between the rear through hole 46a and the rear end of the plate-like body 43a. A screw hole 48 is formed on the outer side in the left-right direction of the bolt insertion hole at the center. Furthermore, substantially rectangular cut-and-raised pieces 49a and 50a cut and raised above the through-holes 45a and 46a are formed on the inner periphery in the front-rear direction of each through-hole 45a and 46a. The pieces 49a and 50a are provided with fixing holes (not shown) for fixing and connecting one ends of the leaf springs 55a and 56a.

The bolt insertion holes of the plate-like body 43a are set so as to be positioned behind the partition portion 70 when the plate-like body 43a is placed on the support member 75a in the front-rear direction. Further, in both the left and right bolt insertion holes, the inner end of the support piece 77a of the support member 75a is exposed so that the bolt insertion hole is exposed downward when the plate-like body 43a is placed on the support member 75a. Is located more inward. As described above, the cooker storage space 7 and the storage space 9 in the cabinet 1 communicate with each other vertically behind the partition portion 70. For this reason, after placing the oven main body 21 with the vertical position adjustment mechanism 40a mounted on the support member 75a, the adjustment bolts 63a and 64a inserted through the bolt insertion holes from the lower rear side of the partition part 70 are rotated. be able to. Further, the bolt insertion hole is formed to be slightly larger than the diameter of the bolt shaft portions 67a and 68a of the adjusting bolts 63a and 64a to be inserted. Therefore, after the oven main body 21 to which the vertical position adjusting mechanism 40a is attached is placed on the support member 75a, the oven main body 21 can be moved in the front-rear and left-right directions within the range of the bolt insertion holes. Thereby, the front-back and left-right positions of the open / close door 220 constituting the front surface portion can also be adjusted. Therefore, the bolt insertion holes and the adjustment bolts 63a and 64a of the plate-like body 43a also function as front and rear and left and right adjustment mechanisms of the oven 20.

The leaf springs 55a and 56a are formed by bending a substantially rectangular metal plate into a substantially inverted U shape, and the central portion is formed in a flat shape. The plate springs 55a and 56a are fixed to the plate-like body 43a in a cantilever state by cutting and raising in a connection hole (not shown) formed at one end and screwing the fixing screws 57a and 58a from above the pieces 49a and 50a. It is connected. The leaf spring 55a may be fixedly connected to the plate-like body 43a by welding or the like. Further, when the plate-like body 43a is connected to the bottom surface 212 of the outer case 210, the flat springs 55a and 56a come into contact with the bottom surface 212 of the outer case 210 so that the flat central portion of the plate springs 55a and 56a The oven body 21 is set to be biased upward by the elastic force of the springs 55a and 56a. Therefore, after placing the oven main body 21 with the vertical position adjusting mechanism 40a mounted on the support member 75a, the height of the leaf springs 55a and 56a is raised and lowered by the pushing amount of the adjusting bolts 63a and 64a. 21 can be moved up and down.

The fixing screws 57a and 58a are inserted into the connecting holes of the leaf springs 55a and 56a and the fixing holes of the cut-and-raised pieces 49a and 50a in this order from above, and the tips of the screw shafts are plate-like bodies 43a. It is set so as not to protrude downward from the lower surface. Accordingly, since the tip of the screw shaft portion does not come into contact with the partition portion 70, when the oven main body 21 with the vertical position adjusting mechanism 40a mounted thereon is placed on the support member 75a, a plate-like body formed by the tip of the screw shaft portion. 43a can be prevented, and not only can the oven 20 be prevented from tilting in the front-rear direction, but also the partition 70 can be prevented from being damaged.

The adjustment bolts 63a and 64a are constituted by butterfly bolts having head portions 65a and 66a and bolt shaft portions 67a and 68a. The bolt shaft portions 67a and 68a are long enough to be screwed into the screw holes of the fixing portions 217a and 218a formed on the bottom surface 212 of the outer case 210 when the bolt shaft portions 67a and 68a are inserted into the bolt insertion holes from below the plate-like body 43a. Is set to Further, nuts 91a and 92a with washers are disposed on the periphery of the bolt insertion hole of the plate-like body 43a as bolt fixing members for fixing the adjusting bolts 63a and 64a. On the outer periphery of the washer portions 93a and 94a of the nuts 91a and 92a with washers, concave and convex portions for rotating the nuts 91a and 92a with washers are formed, and the diameter of the washers 93a and 94 is a part of the outer peripheral edge. Is set to be located inward of the inner end of the plate-like body 43a. Accordingly, the bolt shaft portions 67a and 68a of the adjustment bolts 63a and 64a are inserted from below into the bolt insertion holes of the plate-like body 43a and the screw holes (not shown) of the nuts 91a and 92a with washers, and further, the fixing portions 217a, If the washer portions 93a and 94a are rotated after being inserted into the screw holes of 218a and screwed together, the adjusting bolts 63a and 64a are fixed. Thereby, the connection member 41a and the oven main body 21 are connected, and the vertical position adjusting mechanism 40a is attached to the oven main body 21. In addition to the butterfly bolt, an eye bolt, a hexagon bolt, a square bolt, a tapping screw or the like may be used as the adjusting means.

Next, an attachment process for attaching the oven 20 of the present embodiment into the cabinet 1 will be described. The support members 75a and 75b are attached to predetermined positions on the inner wall surfaces 71a and 72b of the left and right partition plates 71 and 72 of the cabinet body 2 before the oven 20 is accommodated in the cabinet 1, and the vertical position adjusting mechanism 40a and 40 b is attached to the oven body 21. Further, at this time, the adjustment bolts 63a and 64a have substantially the lowest ends so that the plate springs 55a and 56a are not compressed although the upper ends of the bolt shaft portions 67a and 68a are screwed into the screw holes of the fixing portions 217a and 218a. And is not fixed by the nuts 91a and 92a with washers.

The oven main body 21 to which the vertical position adjusting mechanisms 40a and 40b are attached is placed in a cabinet so that the left plate 43a is placed on the support member 75a and the right plate is placed on the support member 75b. The main body 2 is inserted into the cooker accommodation space 7 from the front opening 7b. As described above, the support members 75a and 75b are attached at a predetermined distance from the partition portion 70. Further, the inner end of the plate-like body 43a is located inward of that of the support member 75a so that the bolt insertion hole of the plate-like body 43a is exposed downward. Therefore, even if the heads 65a and 66a of the adjustment bolts 63a and 64a protrude downward, the insertion of the oven main body 21 is not hindered and the oven main body 21 can be pushed backward smoothly. Furthermore, when the oven main body 21 is pushed into the cooker accommodation space 7, the heads 65 a and 66 a of the adjustment bolts 63 a and 64 a are exposed downward behind the partition part 70. Therefore, after accommodating the oven main body 21 in the cooker accommodating space 7, the adjusting bolts 63a and 64a can be rotated from the lower accommodating space 9.

As described above, the bolt insertion holes are formed to be slightly larger than the diameters of the bolt shaft portions 67a and 68a of the adjustment bolts 63a and 64a, so that the oven 20 can be moved back and forth and left and right. Therefore, when the oven main body 21 is accommodated in the cooker accommodating space 7, the front portion is adjusted so as to be flush with the front plate 81 of the drawer 8 in the vertical and horizontal directions. As described above, when the front / rear and left / right positions of the oven body 21 are adjusted, the screw holes 79a formed in the support piece 77a of the support member 75a and the screw holes 48 of the plate-like body 43a are viewed from below. The fixing screw 80 is inserted to connect the support member 75a and the connection member 41a.

On the other hand, the support members 75a and 76b are attached to the cabinet body 2 and cause dimensional errors of the partition plates 71 and 72 and mounting errors of the support members 75a and 76b. May be shifted from those of the left and right drawers 8, or the open / close door 220 may be tilted up and down on the left and right.

For this reason, the heads of the adjusting bolts 63a and 64a from the lower storage space 9 so that the lines of the upper and lower ends of the open / close door 220 constituting the front surface portion of the oven body 21 are located on the same line as those of the left and right drawers 8. The oven main body 21 and the plate-like body 43a are brought into contact with and separated from each other by gripping and rotating 65a and 66a.

At this time, the bottom surface 212 of the outer case 210 constituting the outer shell of the oven main body 21 is in contact with the central portion of the leaf springs 55a and 56a and is urged upward by the elastic force of the leaf springs 55a and 56a. The large weight of the main body 21 does not concentrate on the adjusting bolts 63a and 64a. Accordingly, the heads 65a and 66a of the adjusting bolts 63a and 64a can be easily rotated while maintaining the posture of the oven body 21.

Further, since the leaf springs 55a and 56a and the adjustment bolts 63a and 64a are provided at different positions in the front-rear direction of the plate-like body 43a, the adjustment bolts 63a and 64a even when the oven body 21 is tilted forward and backward. The oven main body 21 can be installed horizontally in the front-rear direction by adjusting the amount of pushing in front and rear.

Furthermore, since the vertical position adjusting mechanisms 40a and 40b are respectively provided on the left and right sides of the oven body 21, the left adjustment bolts 63a and 64a or the right adjustment bolts even when the open / close door 220 is tilted up and down on the left and right. By adjusting the amount of pushing (not shown), the oven body 21 can be installed horizontally in the left-right direction.

As described above, when the front / rear, left / right, and vertical positions of the oven body 21 are adjusted, the nuts 91a and 92a with washers protruding inward from the plate-like body 43a are rotated to adjust bolts. 63a and 64a are fixed. Thereby, the oven main body 21 to which the vertical position adjusting mechanism 40a is connected is supported and fixed on the support member 75a.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, the vertical position adjusting mechanisms 40a and 40b are connected to the oven main body 21, and after the oven main body 21 is accommodated in the cooker accommodating space 7 in the cabinet 1, Since the oven main body 21 can be moved up and down by the vertical position adjusting mechanisms 40a and 40b, the upper and lower end lines of the front surface portion can be made to coincide with those of the drawers 8 adjacent on the left and right. Thereby, the system kitchen which is excellent in aesthetics can be constructed.

Further, according to the present embodiment, the vertical position adjusting mechanisms 40a, 40b have the leaf springs 55a, 56a as the urging means and urge the oven body 21 upward. The weight of the oven main body 21 is not concentrated on the bolts 63a and 64a, and the vertical position of the oven main body 21 can be easily adjusted with the adjustment bolts 63a and 64a. Thereby, workability | operativity at the time of attachment of oven 20 can be improved.
