Abstract
Description
前記中間層材料を、少なくとも1つの熱可塑性繊維のファブリック層で形成し、
大気圧プラズマを用いて前記中間層材料の表面を処理して、前記中間層材料の前記表面を活性化させ、
前記中間層材料の前記表面上に導電材料層を付着させ、前記導電材料層が、前記中間層材料の導電性を向上させるようにする、ことを含む方法。
中間層材料から複数の中間層を形成し、大気圧プラズマを用いて前記複数の中間層の各々を処理して、前記複数の中間層の各々の表面を活性化させ、
前記複数の中間層の各々の前記表面に導電層を付着させ、前記導電層によって前記複数の中間層の導電性を向上させ、
補強材料の繊維から複数の補強層を形成し、
各々が前記表面に前記導電層を有する前記複数の中間層を、前記複数の補強層間に交互に配置し、
前記複数の補強層と前記複数の中間層とを結合し、
前記複数の補強層及び前記複数の中間層にマトリクス材料を注入するとともに、前記マトリクス材料を硬化させて、前記複数の中間層の導電性によって前記複合材料の導電性を向上させる、ことを含む方法。
各々が熱可塑性繊維のファブリック層で形成された複数の中間層を含み、
前記複数の中間層の各々の表面は、大気圧プラズマを用いて処理され、当該処理により、前記複数の中間層の各々の表面が活性化されており、
前記複合材料は、さらに、
前記複数の中間層の各々の導電性を向上させるために、前記複数の中間層の各々の前記表面に付着された導電層と、
補強材料の繊維で形成された複数の補強層と、
マトリクス材料と、を含み、
前記複数の補強層間には、前記表面上に前記導電層を有する前記複数の中間層の各々が交互に設けられており、前記複数の補強層は、前記複数の中間層と結合しており、
前記マトリクス材料は、前記複数の補強層及び前記複数の中間層に注入及び硬化されており、前記複数の中間層の各々の導電性により前記複合材料の導電性が向上している、複合材料。
Claims (15)
- 中間層材料に導電性を付与する方法であって、
前記中間層材料を、少なくとも1つの熱可塑性繊維のファブリック層で形成し、
大気圧プラズマを用いて前記中間層材料の表面を処理して、前記中間層材料の前記表面を活性化させ、
前記中間層材料の前記表面上に導電材料層を付着させ、前記導電材料層が、前記中間層材料の導電性を向上させるようにする、ことを含む方法。 - 前記中間層材料の前記表面は、第1面及び反対側の第2面を含み、前記第1面及び前記第2面の両方に対して前記表面活性化が行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記表面活性化は、前記中間層材料の前記表面における酸素含有量を増大させるように、大気圧酸素プラズマで前記中間層材料を処理することを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記導電材料層は、前記中間層材料の前記表面に付着される金属層である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記金属層は、前記中間層材料の前記表面に付着された複数の金属層を含み、前記金属層は、化学気相蒸着により前記中間層材料の前記表面に付着され、前記化学気相蒸着は、前記中間層材料の融点よりも低い温度で実行される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの熱可塑性繊維のファブリック層は、少なくとも2つの異なる種類の熱可塑性繊維を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 導電性を有する中間層を組み入れた複合材料を製造する方法であって、
中間層材料から複数の中間層を形成し、大気圧プラズマを用いて前記複数の中間層の各々を処理して、前記複数の中間層の各々の表面を活性化させ、
前記複数の中間層の各々の前記表面に導電層を付着させ、前記導電層によって前記複数の中間層の導電性を向上させ、
補強材料の繊維から複数の補強層を形成し、
各々が前記表面に前記導電層を有する前記複数の中間層を、前記複数の補強層間に交互に配置し、
前記複数の補強層と前記複数の中間層とを結合し、
前記複数の補強層及び前記複数の中間層にマトリクス材料を注入するとともに、前記マトリクス材料を硬化させて、前記複数の中間層の導電性によって前記複合材料の導電性を向上させる、ことを含む方法。 - 前記複数の中間層の各々の前記表面は、第1面及び反対側の第2面を含み、前記第1面及び前記第2面の両方に対して前記表面活性化が行われる、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記表面活性化は、前記複数の中間層の各々の前記表面における酸素含有量を増大させるように、大気圧酸素プラズマで前記複数の中間層の各々を処理することを含む、請求項7又は8に記載の方法。
- 前記導電層は、前記複数の中間層の各々の前記表面に付着される金属層であり、前記金属層は、前記複数の中間層の各々の前記表面に付着された複数の金属層を含み、前記金属層は化学気相蒸着により前記複数の中間層の各々の前記表面に付着され、前記化学気相蒸着は、前記複数の中間層の各々の融点よりも低い温度で実行される、請求項7〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記複数の中間層の各々は、少なくとも2つの異なる種類の熱可塑性繊維を有する熱可塑性繊維の不織布層を含む、請求項7〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 導電性を有する複合材料であって、
各々が熱可塑性繊維のファブリック層で形成された複数の中間層を含み、
前記複数の中間層の各々の表面は、大気圧プラズマを用いて処理され、当該処理により、前記複数の中間層の各々の表面が活性化されており、
前記複合材料は、さらに、
前記複数の中間層の各々の導電性を向上させるべく、前記複数の中間層の各々の前記表面に付着された導電層と、
補強材料の繊維で形成された複数の補強層と、
マトリクス材料と、を含み、
前記複数の補強層間には、前記表面上に前記導電層を有する前記複数の中間層の各々が交互に設けられており、前記複数の補強層は、前記複数の中間層と結合しており、
前記マトリクス材料は、前記複数の補強層及び前記複数の中間層に注入及び硬化されており、前記複数の中間層の各々の導電性により前記複合材料の導電性が向上している、複合材料。 - 前記複数の中間層は、第1面及び反対側の第2面を含み、前記第1面及び前記第2面の両方に対して前記表面活性化が行われており、前記表面活性化は、前記複数の中間層の各々の前記表面における酸素含有量を増大させるように、大気圧酸素プラズマで前記複数の中間層の各々を処理することを含む、請求項12に記載の複合材料。
- 前記導電層は、前記複数の中間層の各々の前記表面に付着された少なくとも1つの金属層を含み、前記少なくとも1つの金属層は、化学気相蒸着により前記複数の中間層の各々の前記表面に付着されており、前記化学気相蒸着は、前記複数の中間層の各々の融点よりも低い温度で実行される、請求項12又は13に記載の複合材料。
- 前記複数の中間層の各々は、少なくとも2つの異なる種類の熱可塑性繊維を有する熱可塑性繊維の不織布層を含む、請求項12〜14のいずれかに記載の複合材料。
