Description

The present invention relates to a protection device that is attached to a plant trunk and protects a plant from an organism to be controlled such as an animal or an insect, and an intrusion prevention body used in the protection device.

It has been frequently reported that seedlings such as fruit trees and trunks of young trees are damaged by being bitten by small animals such as mice or by making holes in pests such as longhorn beetles. In particular, if the roots of the seedling trunk are damaged by such small animals or pests, the seedlings often weaken and eventually die. Various measures have been taken for the purpose of controlling organisms to be controlled such as small animals and pests.

For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a control tool for controlling longhorn beetles from fruit trees such as citrus and grapes. According to FIG. 7 and FIG. 8 of Patent Document 1, the control device (7) is wound around the root (A) of the fruit tree and attached to the root (A), and a part thereof is polymerized. Has a length of Furthermore, a large number of protruding pieces (7a) are provided on the inner side of the upper edge of the control tool (7). The protruding piece (7a) is a tongue piece formed thinner than the other parts, and the interval between the protruding pieces is set to such a width that the longhorn beetle cannot enter. In order to attach this control tool (7) to the base, the control tool (7) is expanded, and after being covered slightly above the base, the lower end (7b) is placed in the soil. When pulled down downward, the protruding piece (7a) is mounted in a state of being turned up. In addition, the code | symbol of patent document 1 was shown in ().

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 49-105671

In general, the trunk of a plant such as a seedling can have not only a simple cylindrical shape but also various unique shapes. For example, the trunk surface has irregularities or the trunk is bent. However, in the control tool of Patent Document 1, the protruding piece is formed of a thin flat plate-like tongue piece that can be displaced only in the vertical direction. Therefore, the control tool cannot cope with the unique shape of the trunk, and there is a risk of allowing an organism to be controlled to enter the gap between the control tool and the trunk. For example, when there is a dent on the trunk surface, the protruding piece facing the dent may not be deformed (or deformed insufficiently) so as to turn up without contacting the trunk surface. In such a case, there is a possibility that a relatively large gap is formed between the projecting piece facing the dent and the adjacent projecting piece deformed so as to be turned upward, and the organism to be controlled is allowed to enter from the gap. there were. Moreover, in the prevention tool of patent document 1, it deform | transforms flexibly so that several flat tongue pieces may be turned up so that the clearance gap between a trunk and a prevention tool may be block | closed with the upper end. Therefore, most of the gap at the upper end is covered with the tongue piece, and heat is trapped inside the control device, and the trunk may be unintentionally heated. For example, when the outside air temperature becomes low in winter, the seedlings are deactivated and sleep. On the other hand, the seedling trunk is kept warm at a temperature higher than the environmental temperature by the control tool covering the trunk. And the root of the seedling trunk is maintained at a higher temperature than the natural environment in winter, preventing the seedling from sleeping. Originally, when the seedlings resumed their activities when they should be dormant, the growth of the seedlings may be modulated, resulting in death. On the other hand, in the summer, the trunk of the seedling is exposed to a very high temperature inside the control device, so that the growth of the seedling is similarly modulated, which may result in death.

The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and the object thereof is to suppress the damage from the organism to be controlled more reliably than before while suppressing the influence of the temperature on the covered trunk. A plurality of rod-like protrusions are arranged on the inner peripheral surface of the belt-like portion at intervals that can regulate the passage of the organism to be controlled.

According to the protection device of claim 1, an intrusion prevention body having a plurality of rod-shaped protrusions extending from an inner peripheral surface thereof and tiltable in an arbitrary direction is provided inside the tubular body for extrapolating the trunk. Is provided. When the stem is extrapolated to the tubular body and the plurality of rod-shaped protrusions come into contact with the outer periphery of the trunk, each rod-shaped protrusion can be individually tilted and deformed in any direction according to the outer periphery shape of the trunk. In other words, each bar-like projection can be individually displaced in all directions, up, down, left, and right, depending on the unevenness and bending of the opposite outer circumference of the trunk, so that the plurality of rod-like projections as a whole fit the outer circumference of the trunk It deforms as follows. Therefore, it is possible to suppress a relatively large gap from being formed between the adjacent rod-shaped protrusions. As a result, the plurality of rod-shaped protrusions surround the trunk periphery at an interval that can regulate the passage of the organism to be controlled, and the organism to be controlled enters the gap between the peripheral surface of the tubular body and the outer peripheral surface of the trunk. It can be surely prevented. Moreover, since the intrusion prevention body is composed of a plurality of rod-shaped protrusions, the air permeability at the upper end or the lower end of the tubular body is ensured, and heat is prevented from being trapped inside the tubular body. Therefore, the protection device of the present invention can suppress damage from the organism to be controlled more reliably than before while suppressing the influence of the coated trunk from the temperature side.

According to the protection device of the second aspect, in addition to the effect of the invention of the first aspect, the tubular body is composed of divided pieces that can be attached to the trunk from the outside in the radial direction. The trunk can be easily extrapolated to the tubular body.

According to the protection device of the third aspect, in addition to the effect of the invention of the second aspect, the divided pieces are connected by a hinge, so that the divided piece is expanded via the hinge and is placed inside the divided piece. By sandwiching the trunk and closing the divided pieces, the trunk can be easily extrapolated to the tubular body.

According to the protection device of the fourth aspect, in addition to the effect of the invention of the third aspect, the hinge portion and the cutting of the belt-shaped portion in a state where the belt-shaped portion of the intrusion prevention body is attached to the inner peripheral surface of the tubular body. The portions are arranged so as to overlap the hinge and the opening of the tubular body, respectively. Accordingly, the intrusion prevention body and the tubular body are expanded and deformed together via the overlapping band-shaped hinge and the tubular body hinge, and the trunk is extrapolated simultaneously to both the tubular body and the intrusion prevention body. be able to. That is, the ease of attaching the protection device to the trunk is improved.

According to the protective device of the fifth aspect, in addition to the effect of the invention of any one of the second to fourth aspects, by mounting the expansion preventing body on the tubular body in which the divided bodies are combined, The form of can be easily maintained.

The repellent effect on small animals such as

According to the protection device of the tenth aspect, in addition to the invention of any one of the seventh to ninth aspects, the intrusion prevention body is arranged at the upper end, the lower end, or both the upper end and the lower end of the tubular body. Thus, the invasion of the organism to be controlled can be prevented at the end of the tubular body.

According to the intrusion prevention body according to claim 11, tilting in an arbitrary direction is performed so as to extend inward from the entire inner peripheral surface of the annular belt-shaped portion formed to be attachable to the inner peripheral surface of the tubular body. A plurality of possible rod-shaped protrusions are formed to protrude. And when this intrusion prevention body is attached to the tubular body that extrapolates the trunk, and a plurality of rod-shaped projections abut on the outer circumference of the trunk, each rod-shaped projection is individually in any direction according to the outer circumferential shape of the trunk Can be tilted and deformed. In other words, each bar-like projection can be individually displaced in all directions, up, down, left, and right, depending on the unevenness and bending of the opposite outer circumference of the trunk, so that the plurality of rod-like projections as a whole fit the outer circumference of the trunk. It deforms as follows. Therefore, it can be suppressed that a relatively large gap is formed between the adjacent rod-shaped protrusions. In addition, since the intrusion prevention body includes a plurality of rod-shaped protrusions, air permeability at the upper end or lower end of the tubular body is ensured, and heat is prevented from being trapped inside the tubular body. Therefore, the intrusion prevention body according to the present invention is attached to the tubular body, and can suppress damage from the organism to be controlled more reliably than before while suppressing the influence of the coated trunk from the temperature side. Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In addition, the shape of each figure referred in the following description is a conceptual diagram or a schematic diagram for explaining a suitable shape dimension, and a dimension ratio etc. do not necessarily correspond with an actual dimension ratio. That is, the present invention is not limited to the dimensional ratio in the drawings.

The protection device 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is attached to a plant trunk and protects a plant from a so-called “control target organism” that is a control target that causes damage to the plant. In the protection device 100 of the present embodiment described below, the “plant” to be protected is an apple seedling or a young tree, and the “control target organism” is a mouse. The rat of “control organism” is a small animal having a body length of about 10 cm. In general, rats are known to bite the bark near the roots of apple seedlings and young tree trunks due to their habits. In many cases, apple seedlings and young trees die as a result of their stems being gnawed. The protection device 100 of the present embodiment is configured to protect apple seedlings from the damage of small animals that are mainly rats. However, the technical idea of the present invention is that other fruit trees not limited to apple seedlings and young trees, plants such as trees, vegetables and flowers, other animals not limited to rats (for example, rabbits, deer, etc.), birds Needless to say, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described below, and is applicable to organisms to be controlled such as (for example, woodpecker) and insects (for example, longhorn beetle). The “trunk” of the present invention is not limited to the main trunk of a tree, but is a concept that includes plant stems and large and small branches branched from the main trunk.

FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a protection device 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a schematic plan view of the protection device 100. 3A to 3C are a front view, a side view, and a rear view of the protective device 100. FIG. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the protection device 100 taken along line AA and BB.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the protective device 100 has a tubular body 110 having a hollow tubular shape that opens at the upper and lower ends and can surround the outer periphery of a trunk T of a plant (apple seedling or young tree), and the tubular body. An intrusion prevention body 120 having a plurality of rod-like protrusions 125 disposed inside at the upper end of the body 110 and extending from the inner peripheral surface of the tubular body 110 toward the central axis, and an expansion attached to the outer peripheral surface of the tubular body 110 The prevention body 130 is provided. As shown in FIG. 4, the intrusion prevention body 120 is disposed at the upper end inside the tubular body 110, and the spread prevention body 130 is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the tubular body 110. Hereinafter, each structural member (the tubular body 110, the intrusion prevention body 120, and the spread prevention body 130) constituting the protection device 100 of the present embodiment will be described.

First, with reference to FIG. 5 thru | or FIG. 7, the tubular body 110 which is one component of the protection apparatus 100 of this embodiment is demonstrated. FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the tubular body 110. 6A and 6B are plan views of the tubular body 110 in a closed state and an open state. 7A to 7C are a front view, a rear view, and a side view of the tubular body 110.

As shown in FIG. 5, the tubular body 110 is obtained by processing a corrugated flexible tube made of synthetic resin. That is, the tubular body 110 has a hollow cylindrical shape extending in the axial direction opened at the upper end and the lower end. Further, on the outer peripheral surface and the inner peripheral surface of the tubular body 110, peaks and valleys are continuously formed alternately in the axial direction. And the peak part of the outer peripheral surface of the tubular body 110 and the trough part of an inner peripheral surface have the relationship of front and back. In the present embodiment, the trough (between the peaks) on the outer peripheral surface of the tubular body 110 is defined as the outer peripheral recess 114, and the trough (between the peaks) on the inner peripheral surface is defined as the inner peripheral recess 115.

Further, the tubular body 110 is formed by combining a pair of divided bodies 111 and 111 obtained by dividing a cylinder into two in the longitudinal axis direction so that the tubular body 110 can be attached (extrapolated) from the outer side in the radial direction. On the back surface of the tubular body 110, the pair of divided bodies 111, 111 are pivotally connected by a hinge 113 at one end in the circumferential direction (see FIGS. 6 and 7C). The hinge 113 is formed by being refracted into a substantially W shape in plan view at a part of the tubular body 110 in the circumferential direction. The hinge 113 extends continuously and linearly along the axial direction in the entire axial direction of the tubular body 110. In the tubular body 110 of the present embodiment, the divided bodies 111 and 111 and the hinge 113 are integrally formed of synthetic resin.

Each divided body 111 has an opening edge 112 on the opposite side of the circumferential direction of the hinge 113. On the front surface of the tubular body 110, each opening edge 112 extends continuously and linearly along the longitudinal axis direction of the tubular body 110 (see FIGS. 6 and 7A). In other words, the pair of divided bodies 111 and 111 (opening edge portions 112 and 112) can be formed by cutting the tubular body 110 along the vertical axis direction. In the initial form of the tubular body 110, the opening edge portions 112, 112 facing each other are close to or in contact with each other, and the tubular body 110 is substantially closed in the circumferential direction. And a pair of division body 111,111 rotates through the hinge 113, and the opening edge parts 112 and 112 are spaced apart and expanded (refer FIG. 6 (a), (b)). That is, the opening 116 can be formed between the opening edge portions 112 and 112 by deforming and expanding the tubular body 110. The opening 116 is a part of the tubular body 110 in the circumferential direction and is located on the opposite side of the hinge 113. On the other hand, when the tubular body 110 is expanded, the diameter of the tubular body 110 is reduced through the hinge 113 so that the opening 116 can be closed.

The tubular body 110 of the present embodiment is formed of a material (synthetic resin) containing an antifungal component so as to exert a repellent effect on rats. Specifically, the tubular body 110 is a synthetic resin molded body containing a microencapsulated capsaicin or an antifungal component such as cycloheximide. And the repelling effect with respect to a mouse | mouth can be maintained by mixing the microcapsule containing an antifungal component in a synthetic resin.

In the present embodiment, the dimensions of the tubular body 110 are determined so that the vicinity of the root of the apple seedling P can be covered. More specifically, the length of the tubular body 110 is about 600 to 700 mm, and the diameter is about 50 to 60 mm. However, the dimensions of the tubular body can be arbitrarily selected according to the type of plant or tree to be protected, the location to be covered, the purpose, and the like. Moreover, the tubular body of the present invention may not contain an antifungal component, and may be composed of other materials such as a general synthetic resin and metal.

With reference to FIG.8 and FIG.9, the intrusion prevention body 120 which is one component of the protection apparatus 100 of this embodiment is demonstrated. FIG. 8 is a perspective view of the intrusion prevention body 120. 9A to 9D are a plan view, a front view, a rear view, and a side view of the intrusion prevention body 120. FIG.

As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the intrusion prevention body 120 includes an annular belt-like portion 121 cut at a part in the circumferential direction and a plurality of rod-like protrusions 125 extending from the entire inner peripheral surface of the belt-like portion 121. And comprising.

The belt-like portion 121 is configured to have a size that can be accommodated or fitted into the inner circumferential recess 115 of the tubular body 110 from the inside. That is, the outer diameter of the strip-shaped portion 121 corresponds to the inner diameter of the inner peripheral recess 115 of the tubular body 110, and the width of the strip-shaped portion 121 corresponds to the width (in the vertical axis direction) of the inner peripheral recess 115. Preferably, by making the outer diameter of the belt-like portion 121 slightly larger than the inner diameter of the inner circumferential recess 115, it is possible to integrally hold the belt-like portion 121 that has been elastically reduced in diameter and deformed in the inner circumferential recess 115. It becomes.

Moreover, the cutting part 122 is provided in the circumferential direction part of the strip | belt-shaped part 121 so that a ring body may be cut | disconnected. That is, both end portions in the circumferential direction of the belt-like portion 121 are slightly separated from each other with the cutting portion 122 interposed therebetween. On the other hand, a hinge part 123 is formed on a part of the belt-like part 121 in the circumferential direction and on the opposite side of the cutting part 122. That is, the belt-like portion 121 can be elastically deformed in a direction in which both end portions in the circumferential direction are brought close to or separated from each other via the hinge portion 123. The hinge portion 123 is formed integrally with the belt-like portion 121 and is refracted into a substantially W shape. The hinge portion 123 has a shape that can be overlapped with the hinge 113 of the tubular body 110. That is, similarly to the tubular body 110, the belt-like portion 121 can be deformed to expand in diameter so as to expand the cutting portion 122 via the hinge portion 123.

The plurality of rod-shaped protrusions 125 are formed so as to protrude from the entire inner circumferential surface of the band-shaped portion 121 toward the substantially center at intervals that can regulate the passage of the organism to be controlled (murine). Each rod-like protrusion 125 is a small-diameter cone (needle-like body) slightly tapered, but may be an elongated column having a uniform diameter. Further, the tip of the rod-shaped protrusion 125 is rounded so as not to damage the bark. Each rod-shaped protrusion 125 has a predetermined length and can be elastically tilted in an arbitrary direction. In particular, since each rod-like protrusion 125 has a certain degree of rigidity, it is easy to tilt and deform around its root. In the present embodiment, the plurality of rod-shaped protrusions 125 are regularly arranged in the circumferential direction at a substantially constant interval (about 5 mm). On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 9 (e), the plurality of rod-shaped protrusions 125 are arranged in steps in the width direction. That is, the adjacent rod-shaped protrusions 125 are slightly different from each other in the base position and the extending direction. As described above, since the plurality of rod-shaped protrusions 125 are arranged offset in the width direction, the natural shape of the trunk T that is curved in various ways can be flexibly handled.

A substantially circular insertion portion 126 for inserting the trunk T in the center of the strip portion 121 is formed by the tips of the plurality of rod-shaped protrusions 125. Each rod-like protrusion 125 preferably has a length that can contact the outer peripheral surface of the trunk T when attached to the tubular body 110. In other words, the diameter of the substantially circular insertion portion 126 is set smaller than the stem T of the plant so that the tip of each rod-shaped protrusion 125 abuts the outer peripheral surface of the stem T when the stem T is inserted through the insertion portion 126. It is preferred that In the present embodiment, the diameter of the insertion portion 126 is about 30 to 35 mm.

In addition, in this embodiment, the length of the rod-shaped protrusion 125 is about 10-20 mm, and the diameter is about 2-3 mm. However, the rod-shaped protrusion of the present invention is not limited to the above dimensions, and the dimensions can be arbitrarily selected. Moreover, in this embodiment, the intrusion prevention body 120 is integrally molded with a synthetic resin. That is, the belt-like portion 121 and the rod-like protrusion 125 are integrally formed. However, the band-shaped portion and the rod-shaped protrusion of the intrusion prevention body of the present invention may be formed of different materials (for example, synthetic resin and metal), and are not limited to this embodiment.

With reference to FIG.10 and FIG.11, the expansion prevention body 130 which is one component of the protection apparatus 100 of this embodiment is demonstrated. FIG. 10 is a perspective view of the spread preventing body 130. FIGS. 10A to 10D are a plan view, a front view, a rear view, and a side view of the spread preventing body 130.

As shown in FIG. 10 and FIG. 11, the spread preventing body 130 is a substantially C-shaped band, and is attached to the outer peripheral recess 114 of the tubular body 110, so that the divided pieces 111, 111 are spread (or separated). Function to prevent. The spread prevention body 130 includes a curved plate-like holding plate 131 that is curved in an arc shape in plan view, and a protrusion 132 that protrudes from the inner peripheral surface of the holding plate 131. In this embodiment, the spread preventing body 130 is integrally molded with a synthetic resin, but the material thereof can be arbitrarily selected.

The sandwiching plate 131 can be elastically deformed in a direction in which both end portions thereof approach or separate from each other. The sandwiching plate 131 has a length that allows the tubular body 110 to be gripped from the outer peripheral surface, and has an arc angle of at least 180 degrees. Further, the width of the sandwiching plate 131 is larger than the width of the outer peripheral recess 114. On the other hand, the protrusion 132 protrudes continuously in the circumferential direction over the entire circumference of the sandwiching plate 131. The protrusion 132 is located at the approximate center in the width direction of the holding plate 131, and its width is smaller than the width of the holding plate 131. In particular, the width of the sandwiching plate 131 is determined so as to be accommodated or fitted in the outer peripheral recess 114 of the tubular body 110, and is slightly smaller than the width of the outer peripheral recess 114. And the deformation | transformation auxiliary | assistant part 133 is recessedly provided in the approximate center of the circumferential direction of this protrusion 132. As shown in FIG. The deformation assisting portion 133 also functions to assist elastic deformation of the sandwiching plate 131 in the diameter expansion and contraction directions. Further, the outer peripheral surface in the vicinity of the front end in the circumferential direction of the sandwiching plate 131 is processed to be concave and convex so as to prevent slipping of the handling of the sandwiching plate 131 by the operator.

Based on the above description of each component, the configuration of the protection device 100 will be described in more detail.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4B, the intrusion prevention body 120 is accommodated in the inner peripheral recess 115 at the upper end of the tubular body 110, and the invasion target organism from the upper end opening of the tubular body 110 is prevented. As shown in FIG. 4A, the outer peripheral surface of the band-shaped portion 121 of the intrusion prevention body 120 is in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the tubular body 110 in the inner peripheral recess 115. More specifically, the hinge part 123 and the cutting part 122 of the belt-like part 121 are arranged so as to overlap the hinge 113 and the opening edge part 112 of the tubular body 110, respectively. At this time, since the belt-like portion 121 is slightly elastically deformed in the diameter reducing direction, the outer peripheral surface of the belt-like portion 121 is urged against the inner peripheral surface of the tubular body 110 by the elastic restoring force. Further, as shown in FIG. 4 (b), since the band-shaped portion 121 is fitted in the inner peripheral recess 115 formed between the peaks on the inner peripheral surface of the tubular body 110, Movement is restricted. Thus, the intrusion prevention body 120 is integrally held by the tubular body 110. Therefore, in a state where the expansion preventing body 130 is not attached to the tubular body 110, the tubular body 110 and the intrusion prevention body 120 can be deformed so as to expand simultaneously.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 3, two spread prevention bodies 130 are attached to the outer peripheral surface of the tubular body 110. The two spread prevention bodies 130 are arranged separately from each other on the upper end side and the lower end side of the tubular body 110. As shown in FIG. 4 (a), the inner surface of the sandwiching plate 131 of the expansion preventing body 130 abuts on the outer peripheral surface of the mountain portion 110, and covers the outer peripheral direction of the tubular body 110 beyond half of the circumferential direction. . At this time, since the sandwiching plate 131 is slightly elastically deformed in the diameter increasing direction, the inner peripheral surface of the sandwiching plate 131 is urged against the outer peripheral surface of the tubular body 110 by the elastic restoring force. And as shown in FIG.4 (b), the protrusion 132 is accommodated in the outer periphery recessed part 114 formed between the peak parts. Thereby, the movement of the expansion preventing body 130 in the vertical axis direction with respect to the tubular body 110 is restricted. Thus, the spread preventing body 130 is integrally held by the tubular body 110. That is, the expansion preventing body 130 is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the tubular body 110, so that the tubular body 110 and the intrusion prevention body 120 can be maintained in a form that does not expand. In the present embodiment, since the tubular body 110 is made of a corrugated flexible tube, it is difficult to completely match or join the opening edge portions 112 of the divided pieces 111 in terms of the structure. In other words, the opening 116 is closed with the opening edge portions 112 of the divided pieces 111 slightly shifted from each other. That is, since a small slit (or gap) through which the organism to be controlled cannot enter is formed on the surface of the tubular body 110, the air permeability inside and outside the tubular body 110 is improved. Thereby, the extent to which heat is trapped inside the tubular body 110 can be reduced.

And in the protection apparatus 100 with which each structural member was combined, as shown to Fig.4 (a), in order to regulate the passage of the biological object to be controlled, a plurality of rod-shaped protrusions from the inner peripheral surface of the tubular body 110 at its upper end. The body 125 protrudes, and a circular insertion portion 126 for inserting the trunk T is defined by the tips of the plurality of rod-shaped protrusions 125.

Subsequently, a method of attaching the protection device 100 to the trunk T of an apple seedling while assembling the protection device 100 with each component will be described with reference to FIGS. 12 and 13.

FIG. 12 is an exploded perspective view of the protection device 100. As shown in FIG. 12, the tubular body 110, the intrusion prevention body 120, and the spread prevention body 130 are configured as separate bodies, and the protection device is provided by attaching the intrusion prevention body 120 and the spread prevention body 130 to the tubular body 110. 100 is completed.

First, as shown in FIG. 12, the opening 116 of the tubular body 110 is expanded, and the intrusion prevention body 120 is disposed inside the tubular body 110 through the opening 116. At this time, the intrusion prevention body 120 is deformed so as to be slightly reduced in diameter, and the intrusion prevention body 120 is accommodated in the inner circumferential recess 115 so that the hinge 113 and the hinge portion 123 overlap each other. After the accommodation, the intrusion prevention body 120 is elastically restored, so that the outer peripheral surface of the belt-like portion 121 of the intrusion prevention body 120 adheres to the inner peripheral surface of the inner peripheral recess 115. In the present embodiment, the innermost concave portion 115 on the uppermost side of the tubular body 110 is selected, but can be changed as appropriate.

Then, as shown in FIG. 13A, the integral tubular body 110 and the intrusion prevention body 120 are simultaneously expanded in diameter, and the opening 116 (and the cut portion 122) is expanded larger than the diameter of the trunk T. Let Next, the expanded tubular body 110 is moved close to the stem T from the outside in the radial direction, and the stem T is disposed in the insertion portion 126 of the intrusion prevention body 120 through the opening 116. After the trunk T is disposed inside the tubular body 110 (and the intrusion prevention body 120), the tubular body 110 and the intrusion prevention body 120 are deformed to reduce the diameter so as to close the opening 116. Subsequently, as illustrated in FIG. 13B, the state in which the opening 116 of the tubular body 110 is closed is maintained by mounting the plurality of spread preventing bodies 130 from the radially outer side of the tubular body 110. Thus, the protection device 100 is attached to the trunk T of the apple seedling, and the protection structure 10 is constructed.

FIG. 14 is a perspective view of the protection structure 10 in which the protection device 100 according to this embodiment is mounted on the trunk T of an apple seedling. FIG. 15 is a schematic longitudinal sectional view of the protective structure 10. FIG. 16 is a DD cross-sectional view of the protective structure 10.

As shown in FIG. 14, in the protective structure 10, a protective device 100 is attached to the root of a trunk T of an apple seedling. More specifically, the tubular body 110 inserts the trunk T and covers the base from the outer periphery. And the expansion prevention body 130 is attached to the tubular body 110, and the state by which the opening 116 was obstruct | occluded is maintained, without exposing the trunk T surface outside. Further, a support P is erected beside the seedling and the protection device 100. A string is bound to the support P and the trunk T of the seedling.

As shown in FIG. 15, the lower end of the tubular body 110 is closed by being embedded in soil. That is, when the lower end opening of the tubular body 110 is closed with soil, the entry of mice from the lower end of the tubular body 110 is prevented. At this time, since the uneven shape of the tubular body 110 bites into the soil, the tubular body 110 becomes difficult to come out of the soil.

On the other hand, an intrusion prevention body 120 is disposed in the vicinity of the upper end of the tubular body 110, and the intrusion of mice from the upper end of the tubular body 110 is restricted by the plurality of rod-like protrusions 125 of the intrusion prevention body 120. In particular, in an area where there is a lot of snow, which is the main production area of apples, it is assumed that mice enter the inside of the tubular body 110 from the snow accumulated at the base of the seedlings. The protective device 100 effectively prevents the intrusion of mice.

As shown in FIG. 16, the trunk T is disposed through the insertion portion 126 formed at the tip of the plurality of rod-shaped protrusions 125. Further, the rod-shaped protrusions 125 are arranged so that the tips of the rod-shaped protrusions 125 are in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the trunk T. Each bar-shaped protrusion 125 is in a posture tilted in the vertical and horizontal directions as necessary, and comes into contact with the surface of the trunk T with a force that does not damage the bark of the trunk T. Then, when the rod-shaped protrusion 125 having rigidity comes into contact with the surface of the trunk T with a certain amount of force, a frictional force is generated at the contact portion between the rod-shaped protrusion 125 and the trunk T. Therefore, the rod-shaped protrusion 125 can be stretched so as to be stretched between the inner peripheral surface of the tubular body 110 and the surface of the trunk T, and the abutting posture can be sufficiently maintained. That is, it is possible to firmly repel the mouse to enter from the upper end of the tubular body 110 with the rod-shaped protrusion 125. Moreover, in the protective structure 10 of this embodiment, since the tubular body 110 contains the antifungal component, the repelling effect which keeps a mouse away from a seedling is exhibited. Furthermore, in the protective structure 10, although not shown, a fender sheet (resin sheet containing microcapsules containing a fender ingredient such as capsaicin) is arbitrarily laid on the soil so as to surround the tubular body 110 or the root of the seedling. By doing so, it is possible to protect seedlings from mice even more effectively.

Further, at the position where the intrusion prevention body 120 is disposed, there are only a plurality of elongated rod-shaped protrusions 125 between the inner peripheral surface of the tubular body 110 (or the band-shaped portion 121) and the outer peripheral surface of the trunk T. Compared with the state in which the upper end of the tubular body 110 is completely opened, the area in which all the rod-shaped protrusions 125 occupy the gap between the inner peripheral surface of the tubular body 110 and the outer peripheral surface of the trunk T is very small in a plane. Is clear. Therefore, the heat inside the tubular body 110 can escape from the upper end opening of the tubular body 110 through the gap between the rod-shaped protrusions 125. Furthermore, since the plurality of rod-shaped protrusions 125 are offset vertically, and the occupied area of the rod-shaped protrusions 125 on the same plane is relatively small, the protection device 100 of the present embodiment has heat inside the tubular body 110. Even more consideration is given to avoiding any confusion. Further, the slits (displacement) between the opening edge portions 112 described above contribute to releasing heat from the inside of the tubular body 110.

FIG. 16 shows an ideal circular cross section of the trunk T. FIG. 17 shows an example of the trunk T that can take various shapes as natural shapes. For example, the trunk T1 shown in FIG. 17A has a ridge-like bulge on the surface. In FIG. 17A, the tip of the rod-like protrusion 125 abuts on the surface of the stem T1 so that the amount of tilting of the rod-like protrusion 125 facing the protuberance of the stem T1 in any direction (up, down, left and right) increases. For example, the trunk T2 shown in FIG. 17B is thicker than the trunk T and is partially recessed. In FIG. 17B, the rod-shaped protrusion 125 is in contact with the surface of the trunk T2 in a state of being tilted in an arbitrary direction so as to correspond to the thick diameter of the trunk T2. On the other hand, at the portion where the surface is recessed, the rod-shaped protrusion 125 is in contact with the surface of the trunk T2 so that the degree of tilting is reduced. That is, as illustrated, the rod-shaped protrusion 125 can be tilted freely up and down, left and right, and thus can be brought into contact with the surface of the trunk while being tilted at an arbitrary angle according to the natural shape of the trunk. Thereby, the penetration | invasion of the rat to the tubular body 110 can be prevented more reliably, without creating the clearance gap which a rat can pass.

FIG. 18 shows another example of use of the protection device 100 of the present embodiment. In the protection structure 10 ′ and the protection device 100 ′ in FIG. 18, intrusion prevention bodies 120 and 120 are attached to both the upper end and the lower end of the tubular body 110. And the lower end of the tubular body 110 is mounted on the soil. That is, when the soil is hard and a part of the tubular body 110 cannot be embedded in the ground, the intrusion prevention body 120 is arranged at the lower end of the tubular body 110, thereby effectively intruding the mouse from the lower end opening of the tubular body 110. Can be prevented. Although not shown, in a specific situation, the intrusion prevention body 120 may be disposed only at the lower end of the tubular body 110.

Hereinafter, the effect of the protection apparatus 100 of one Embodiment which concerns on this invention is demonstrated.

According to the protection device 100 of the present embodiment, the intrusion prevention body 120 is disposed at the upper end and / or the lower end of the tubular body 110, and the tubular body 110 that extrapolates the trunk T has almost the entire inner peripheral surface thereof. A plurality of rod-shaped protrusions 125 extending from the periphery toward the center are formed. The rod-shaped protrusion 125 has a predetermined rigidity and can be elastically tilted in an arbitrary direction. When the stem T is extrapolated to the tubular body 110 and the plurality of rod-like protrusions 125 are in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the stem T, each rod-like protrusion 125 is individually in any direction according to the outer peripheral shape of the stem T. Can be tilted and deformed. That is, each bar-shaped protrusion 125 can be individually displaced in all directions, up, down, left, and right, according to the unevenness and bending of the outer periphery of the opposite stem T, so that the plurality of bar-shaped protrusions 125 as a whole have a stem T. It deform | transforms so that it may match the outer periphery shape of this, and the outer diameter of various trunk | T. Therefore, it is possible to suppress a relatively large gap between the adjacent rod-shaped protrusions 125. As a result, the plurality of rod-shaped protrusions 125 surround the periphery of the stem T at an interval that can restrict the passage of a rat that is a target organism to be controlled, and in the gap between the inner peripheral surface of the tubular body 110 and the outer peripheral surface of the stem T. It is possible to reliably prevent mice from entering. Further, since the intrusion prevention body 120 is composed of a plurality of rod-shaped protrusions 125, the ventilation at the upper end or the lower end of the tubular body 110 is compared with the case where the upper end opening is closed with a flat tongue piece as in the prior art. Property is ensured and heat is prevented from being trapped inside the tubular body 110. Therefore, the protection device 100 of the present embodiment can suppress damage from the organism to be controlled more reliably than before, while suppressing the influence on the covered trunk T from the temperature side.

[Modification]
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made. Hereinafter, modifications of the present invention will be described. Note that, in the modification, components having the same last two digits in the components indicated by three digits have the same or similar features unless otherwise described, and a part of the description is omitted.

(1) The protection device of the present invention is not limited to the protection device 100 of the above embodiment. For example, FIG. 19 shows a protection device 200 according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 19, the protection device 200 includes a tubular body 210 composed of completely separated divided bodies 211 and 211, and is disposed inside the tubular body 210 and integrally protrudes from the inner peripheral surface of the tubular body 210. An intrusion prevention body 220 having a plurality of rod-shaped protrusions 225 that can tilt in an arbitrary direction and an expansion prevention body 230 that connects the divided bodies 211 and 211 are provided. That is, in the protection device 200, unlike the protection device 100 of the above embodiment, the tubular body 210 and the intrusion prevention body 220 (consisting of a plurality of rod-shaped protrusions 225) are integrally formed. Further, the inner and outer peripheral surfaces of the tubular body 210 are not provided with irregularities. When the protection device 200 is attached to a plant trunk, a plurality of rod-shaped protrusions 225 surround the trunk at intervals that can regulate the passage of the organism to be controlled in a state where the trunk is extrapolated to the tubular body 210. Since it is comprised in this way, it is possible to fully exhibit the effect of the protection apparatus of this invention. That is, it goes without saying that those skilled in the art can arbitrarily modify the shape and form of each component of the protective device within the technical scope of the present invention.

(2) The spread prevention body of the protection device of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and may be changed to, for example, a string or a rubber band. Alternatively, as an expansion preventing body, an engaging claw or the like for connecting the two may be integrally provided at the opening edge of the split piece.

(3) The organism to be controlled intended by the present invention is not limited to the mouse of the above embodiment. That is, the protection device of the present invention can cope with various living things by changing the gaps of the rod-shaped protrusions. For example, when the organism to be controlled is an insect, increasing the number of rod-like projections and shortening the interval can prevent the insect from entering the tubular body and damaging the plant. Alternatively, when the target organism to be controlled is a relatively large animal such as a fawn, damage to the plant can be prevented by reducing the number of rod-shaped projections and increasing the diameter of the rod-shaped projections to increase the strength. In addition, by changing the size of the protective device, it is possible to deal with large trees and vegetation.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments and modifications, and can be implemented in various modes as long as they belong to the technical scope of the present invention.
