Claims (4)
- 支持構造物に架設された中性点非接地系統の送配電線路の地絡故障を検出する地絡検出装置であって、
該支持構造物の少なくとも一箇所に取り付けられた交流電流センサと、
該交流電流センサの出力電流を積分し整流した時定数出力をレベル判定する地絡電流レベル判定回路と、
該支持構造物の該一箇所とは別な箇所に取り付けられ、該支持構造物に流れる雷撃電流による磁界で生ずる誘導電流を検知する雷電流センサ、および該雷電流センサの出力電流を整流した時定数出力をレベル判定する雷電流レベル判定回路と、
該地絡電流レベル判定回路の判定出力の有、および該雷電流レベル判定回路の判定出力の有のいずれかでオン信号を出力する論理和回路と、
該オン信号を表示する表示部を有することを特徴とする地絡検出装置。 - 前記交流電流センサが取り付けられた前記一箇所が、前記雷電流センサが取り付けられた前記別な箇所で前記支持構造物の同一の脚上にあって、最下部であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の地絡検出装置。
- 前記地絡電流レベル判定回路、前記雷電流センサ、前記雷電流レベル判定回路、および前記論理和回路を含む検出部と、前記表示部とが一体構造物となり、前記支持構造物との距離を調整可能に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の地絡検出装置。
- 前記交流電流センサの出力電流の時定数を、短絡故障時の故障継続時間よりも長く、且つ地絡故障時の故障継続時間よりも短く調整してあることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の地絡検出装置。
