Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a plastic bottle having a bottom.
In recent years, there has been a demand for reducing the amount of resin used in plastic bottles and saving resources and costs. For this reason, attempts have been made to reduce the thickness of plastic bottles. However, since the bottle is easily deformed by thinning, there is a possibility that the bottle will fall when the bottle is conveyed by a conveyor or the like, and the bottle may fall down.
The inventor is one of the factors that the wobbling when transported by a conveyor or the like is caused by the frictional resistance of the bottom part to follow the conveyor, and if the frictional resistance between the conveyor and the bottom part is reduced, the bottle will fall. As a means for that, it has been found that if the ground contact area of the bottom of the bottle is reduced, the frictional resistance between the conveyor and the bottom can be reduced. As a means for reducing the ground contact area, it is conceivable to provide a concave groove extending radially from the center of the bottom to divide the ground contact at the bottom in the circumferential direction.
The area between the groove parts (referred to as leg parts) is in a state of supporting the bottle while deforming to some extent according to the load of the bottle, and if a load that causes deformation exceeding the deformation allowance of the leg part is applied, the leg However, if the width of the groove is simply increased in order to reduce the ground contact area, the leg becomes small and the bottle is easily depressed due to the load of the bottle during storage.
Therefore, it is desired to realize a thin plastic bottle that can suppress the overturning during transportation while maintaining the strength of the bottom.
The thin plastic bottle according to the present invention is
A thin plastic bottle with a bottom,
In the bottom portion, the grounding portion that is grounded with respect to the installation surface is cut in the bottle between the adjacent groove portions and the concave groove portion that radially extends from the center of the bottom portion in a state where the grounding portion is divided in the circumferential direction. A recess that lacks,
The depth of the recess is shallower than the depth of the groove.
According to this structure, by providing the recessed part shallower than the depth of a groove part in the area | region (leg part) between adjacent groove parts, without making the width of a groove part wide (without making a leg part small). The contact length ratio can be set to a small value. Thereby, the fall at the time of conveyance can be suppressed effectively, maintaining the intensity | strength of a bottom part effectively.
Hereinafter, the suitable aspect of the thin plastic bottle which concerns on this invention is demonstrated. However, the scope of the present invention is not limited by the preferred embodiments described below.
As one aspect, it is preferable that the ratio of the total length in the circumferential direction of the grounding portion to the length of the circumference where the grounding portion is located is 0.3 or less.
According to this configuration, since the ratio of the total length in the circumferential direction of the grounding portion to the length of the circumference where the grounding portion is located is 0.3 or less, the grounding area is reduced, so that the falling during the transportation is effective. Can be suppressed. Even in this case, since the ground contact area is reduced by providing a recess shallower than the depth of the groove, the strength of the bottom is effectively maintained.
As one aspect, it is preferable that the depth of the recess is 1.5 mm or less.
When the concave portion is deepened, the shape reproducibility of the grounding portion is deteriorated at the time of bottle molding. However, according to this configuration, since the depth of the concave portion is 1.5 mm or less, this problem can be suitably avoided.
As one aspect, it is preferable that the concave portion is formed in an arc shape.
According to this configuration, the bottle can be formed more easily while suitably preventing the bottle from being overturned during conveyance.
An embodiment of a thin plastic bottle according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, the plastic bottle 1 according to the present embodiment includes a
The plastic bottle 1 can be integrally molded by a stretch molding method such as biaxial stretch blow molding using a thermoplastic resin such as polyethylene, polypropylene, or polyethylene terephthalate as a main material. The capacity | capacitance of the plastic bottle 1 is not specifically limited, It can be about 200 milliliters-2 liters generally distribute | circulated. Moreover, the liquid with which the bottle 1 is filled is not particularly limited. For example, beverages such as drinking water, tea, fruit juice, coffee, cocoa, soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, milk beverages, soups, and liquid seasonings such as sauces and soy sauces. Fees.
Further, the plastic bottle 1 of the present embodiment is made thinner than that for general beverages in order to save resources and costs. Specifically, the ratio of the resin amount (g) of the plastic bottle 1 to the full capacity (ml) of the plastic bottle 1 is 0.017 to 0.041 (g / ml), more preferably 0.023 to 0.00. It is preferable that it is formed to be 037. If the ratio of the resin amount to the full capacity exceeds 0.041 (g / ml), it cannot be said that the bottle is thin and light, while the ratio of the resin quantity to the full capacity is 0.017 (g / ml). This is because the thickness is too thin and the strength cannot be secured even with the structure of this embodiment described later.
This thin wall causes a problem in strength, so this type of thin plastic bottle can reduce the pressure when it is deformed due to horizontal deformation of the thin plastic bottle or due to temperature change. In order to prevent the bottle from being recessed because it cannot be tolerated, or to improve the ease of holding the bottle when the user holds the bottle while holding the bottle, a reinforcing structure such as a rib is often provided on the entire bottle. . However, in the plastic bottle 1 of the present embodiment, as described above, the bottle
[Bottle upper part 10]
As shown in FIG. 1, the bottle
First, in addition to the decorative effect, the strength of the bottle upper part is enhanced by the unevenness by embossing on the entire surface of the bottle
Furthermore, in the plastic bottle 1 of the present embodiment, the bottle
The pair of
As described above, the bottle
Further, the stepped
As described above, the bottle
[Bottom lower part 20]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, in the bottle
The shape of the
Moreover, in this embodiment, the ratio of the length of the up-down direction of the
And in the bottle
Further, a
Moreover, in the bottle
Thus, since the bottle
〔bottom〕
In the plastic bottle 1 of the present embodiment, the
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the
When the bottle 1 is transported by a conveyor or the like, the
If the width of the
In this case, it is preferable that the contact length ratio is 0.3 or less. If the width of the
Moreover, it is suitable that the depth of the recessed
