以下に、薬物送達および/または造影剤構成要素を有する本開示の切除デバイスと、薬物送達および/または造影剤構成要素(例えば、Cool−tipTM RF切除デバイスと使用するのに適している)を有する切除針と、これらを含む電気外科システムの実施形態が添付の図面を参照して記載される。図の記載を通じて、類似の参照番号は同様または同一の要素を指し得る。物体における相対的な位置決めを指す場合、図面に示されるように、そして本記載において使用されるように、そして慣習的であるように、用語「近位」は、使用者により近い、デバイスの部分またはその構成要素を指し、用語「遠位」は、使用者からより遠い、デバイスの部分またはその構成要素を指す。

Claims (14)
- 切除システムであって、前記切除システムは、
電気外科エネルギーの供給源と、
前記電気外科エネルギーの供給源に結合するように構成された切除電極アセンブリと
を備え、
前記切除電極アセンブリは、
第1の移動可能な部材と第2の移動可能な部材とを含むハンドルアセンブリであって、前記第1の移動可能な部材と前記第2の移動可能な部材とは、独立に移動可能である、ハンドルアセンブリと、
前記ハンドルアセンブリから延在している切除電極であって、前記切除電極は、遠位部分を有する切除針を含む、切除電極と、
前記ハンドルアセンブリから延在している少なくとも1つの送達針であって、前記第1の移動可能な部材に動作可能に結合されている少なくとも1つの送達針と、
前記ハンドルアセンブリから延在しているアンテナアセンブリであって、前記アンテナアセンブリは、前記第2の移動可能な部材に動作可能に結合されており、前記アンテナアセンブリは、前記アンテナアセンブリ内でスライド可能に移動可能であるように構成された送達針を含む、アンテナアセンブリと
を含む、切除システム。 - 前記ハンドルアセンブリは、前記少なくとも1つの送達針を組織中で選択的に位置決めするように適合されている、請求項1に記載の切除システム。
- 前記ハンドルアセンブリは、前記アンテナアセンブリを組織中で選択的に位置決めするように適合されている、請求項1に記載の切除システム。
- 冷却液の供給源をさらに備え、
前記切除電極アセンブリは、前記冷却液の供給源に結合するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の切除システム。 - 前記冷却液の供給源から前記ハンドルアセンブリのチャンバの中に流体を送達するために、前記ハンドルアセンブリと流体連絡している第1のコンジットと、
流体を前記ハンドルアセンブリの前記チャンバから排出するために、前記ハンドルアセンブリと流体連絡している第2のコンジットと
をさらに備える、請求項4に記載の切除システム。 - 前記少なくとも1つの送達針は、第1の位置から少なくとも第2の位置まで選択的に移動可能であり、前記第1の位置では、前記少なくとも1つの送達針の遠位部分が前記切除針の前記遠位部分の近位に配置されており、前記第2の位置では、前記少なくとも1つの送達針の少なくとも前記遠位部分が前記切除針の遠位部分の遠位に配置されている、請求項1に記載の切除システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの送達針は、前記少なくとも1つの送達針内でスライド可能に移動可能であるように適合されたマイクロ針を含む、請求項1に記載の切除システム。
- 前記ハンドルアセンブリは、前記マイクロ針を組織中に選択的に位置決めするように適合されている、請求項7に記載の切除システム。
- 前記ハンドルアセンブリは、前記マイクロ針に動作可能に結合された第3の移動可能な部材を含む、請求項7に記載の切除システム。
- 前記第3の移動可能な部材は、前記第1の移動可能な部材および前記第2の移動可能な部材に対して独立に移動可能である、請求項9に記載の切除システム。
- 前記切除針は、それの外側表面上に規定された凹部を含む、請求項1に記載の切除システム。
- 前記凹部内に少なくとも部分的に配置された生物活性剤をさらに備える、請求項11に記載の切除システム。
- 前記ハンドルアセンブリは、第3の移動可能な部材を含み、前記第3の移動可能な部材は、前記送達針に動作可能に結合されており、かつ、前記アンテナアセンブリを通って前記送達針を移動させるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の切除システム。
- 前記第3の移動可能な部材は、前記第1の移動可能な部材および前記第2の移動可能な部材に対して独立に移動可能である、請求項13に記載の切除システム。
