Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trash container which has a simple structure and is easily installed.SOLUTION: A trash container 20 has: a trash box 2; a trash bag 7 inserted into the trash box 2; and a lid 10. Description

  The present invention relates to a garbage bin that can be applied to garbage bags of various sizes.

  2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, various types of trash bins having characteristics in the structure of the outer lid have been proposed for the purpose of avoiding the bad smell of the trash. However, these trash boxes have the following problems.

  (B) For items with a strong odor such as raw garbage, the bad odor when the outer lid is opened is unavoidable when throwing them into the trash can.

  (B) Since the mouth is open when the garbage bag in the trash box is taken out, it is difficult to avoid the odor.

  In order to solve these problems, for example, Patent Document 1 discloses a technique related to an inner lid that suppresses the smell of the contents of a trash can. The inner lid of Patent Document 1 will be described below.

  As shown in FIG. 2A, the inner lid 60 of Patent Document 1 includes an upper lid 51, a lower lid 52, and an outer frame 53. The upper lid 51 has a plurality of valves 55 and the lower lid 52 has a plurality of valves 56 radially. The lower lid 52 has a hole at the center. The outer frame 53 is fixed to the upper side of the inner wall of the trash box with a fixing material. Further, the upper lid 51 has two handles 54.

  The mouth of the garbage bag 58 is passed from the lower side of the lower lid 52 so as to wrap the outer peripheral surface of the upper lid 51. Then, the upper lid 51 and the lower lid 52 are placed on the outer frame 53. FIG. 2B shows a state where the trash bag 58 is installed in the trash box 59 by the inner lid 60. Thus, the garbage disposed in the trash box 59 provided with the inner lid 60 passes through the upper lid 51 and the lower lid 52 and enters the garbage bag 58. When the garbage passes, the upper portion 51 bends at the center but is elastic, so that it returns to its original shape and blocks the smell of garbage from coming out. Similarly, in the lower lid 52, when the dust passes, the central portion bends downward, but since it has elasticity, it returns to its original shape and brings the mouth of the garbage bag 58 toward the central portion. The lower lid 52 also blocks a certain odor due to its structure. On the other hand, when collecting the garbage, if the upper lid 51 is removed, the mouth of the garbage bag 58 is stopped with a rubber band, and then the lower lid 52 is passed through, the garbage can be processed without suffering from bad smell.

  However, although the above-described inner lid 60 of Patent Document 1 can block the odor of the dust inside the trash box to some extent, it has a problem that it is composed of three parts and has a complicated structure, which requires a lot of cost.

  The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a trash can with a simple configuration and easy installation.

  The present invention has the following configuration in order to solve the above problems.

  DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

  1A and 1B are diagrams for explaining the configuration of a dust bin 20 according to the present invention. FIG. 1A is a cross-sectional view, and FIG. 1B is a plan view.

  The trash bin 20 includes a trash bin 2, a trash bag 7 and a lid 10. The trash bin 20 is inserted into the trash bin 2 and then covered with the lid 10. The lid 10 has a cylindrical upper wall 1 at the top. The upper wall 1 has a function of guiding waste to be discarded. The lower portion of the upper wall 1 is connected to an inner garbage bag holder 5 and an outer garbage bag holder 4 for installing the lid 10 in the garbage box 2. The inner garbage bag presser 5 need not be installed all around as shown in FIG. The upper edge of the trash box 2 is inserted into the gap between the inner trash bag holder 5 and the outer trash bag holder 4 while holding the trash bag 7. The garbage bag 7 can be installed even if it is a bag of various sizes. Further, a weight holding portion 9 for holding the weight 6 is installed outside the outer garbage bag presser 4. The weight 6 has a function of preventing the lid 10 from being detached from the trash box by wind or the like and stabilizing the installation state of the entire trash bin 20.

  Further, a plurality of dust return lids 3 are provided radially. The dust return lid 3 has elasticity to the extent that it can rotate up and down around its base. That is, when putting dust, the dust return lid 3 rotates downward and then naturally returns to its original position. The dust return lid 3 has a function of hiding the dust inside and preventing the dust from jumping out and prevents the odor of the dust from leaking outside.

  In the above example, the trash can 2 and the lid 10 having a circular cross section have been described. However, the cross sectional shape may be other shapes such as a rectangular shape.

  The trash can 20 of the present invention can be provided with trash bags 7 of various sizes, and has a function of preventing the trash from popping out and making it difficult to see the trash from the outside. Moreover, since the garbage bag 7 cannot be directly seen from the outside, it looks good and can be installed in a home or office.
