Claims (7)
- 放射線を発生する放射線源を有する放射線発生部と、
前記放射線発生部が一端に取り付けられたアーム部と、
前記アーム部の他端が接続された本体部とを備え、
前記本体部が、三相インバータ回路を備えた電源部を有し、
前記電源部が、前記アーム部を経由して前記放射線発生部に三相交流電圧を供給する放射線照射装置。 - 前記放射線発生部が、前記三相交流電圧から単相交流電圧2系統を発生させる2つのトランス回路を有し、前記2つのトランス回路が、前記放射線源の陽極側と陰極側とにそれぞれ別系統として設けられている請求項1記載の放射線照射装置。
- 前記放射線発生部の2つのトランス回路が昇圧回路である請求項2記載の放射線照射装置。
- 前記放射線発生部の2つのトランス回路に対してそれぞれ整流回路が設けられている請求項2または3記載の放射線照射装置。
- 前記2つのトランス回路にそれぞれ設けられた整流回路が、倍電圧整流回路である請求項4記載の放射線照射装置。
- 前記電源部が、直流電源を備えた請求項1から5いずれか1項記載の放射線照射装置。
- 前記直流電源が、リチウム電池を有する請求項6記載の放射線照射装置。
