Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to the manufacture of a shaped pile product comprising a fibrous pile material or a cut member of a fibrous pile material formed by cutting a material having a fibrous pile material into a product shape.
。 As a conventional method of cutting a textile fabric or pile fabric or knitted fabric, there are a plurality of shapes formed so as to form a predetermined shape to be cut into a plane rectangular base in a mold in a press working method. A flat cutting blade is formed, and the cutting blade intersects with the direction in which the warp yarn or the weft yarn extends with respect to the warp yarn and the weft yarn of the pile fabric in which the fluff is woven into the warp yarn and the weft yarn as a pile yarn. A method of cutting a sealing material from the fabric by pressing in the direction has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
。 Furthermore, a method of cutting with a cutting machine using laser light has been proposed as cutting of a felt made of fibrous material for a bearing device (see, for example, Patent Document 2).
。 Furthermore, a manufacturing method is disclosed in which a sheet material having a predetermined shape is cut with a cutting blade to form a cutting portion, and at the same time, the cutting portion is welded to form a sheet material having a target shape smaller than the predetermined shape (for example, (See Patent Document 3).
。 By applying ultrasonic transducers to the raised fabric and fusing the raised fabric, and at the same time leaving the form of the fibers of the raised fabric, the cross-section is melted and glued so that the pile touch feels almost without affecting the pile at the edge. There has been proposed a method for softly stopping the sheet (for example, see Patent Document 4).
。 Further, as a method for reliably removing the excess pile attached to the workpiece, a method of scraping the excess pile attached to the workpiece with a rotating brush while moving the workpiece and applying water to the workpiece has been proposed (for example, , See Patent Document 5).
In the cutting of a fibrous material having a conventional pile and a pile woven fabric or a pile knitted fabric, since the pile is cut in a slanted state, that is, in a slanted state, a cut pile is generated, so that pile scraps that are fluff are generated. However, in the production of a powder sealing material or the like which is a cutting member formed by cutting, there is a problem that the generated pile waste is mixed into the powder containing member. Furthermore, since these pile debris contains a fine thing by cutting | disconnection, it has the possibility of inhibiting the health of the worker of a pile cutting.
Therefore, it is necessary to remove pile debris generated when a pile such as a pile woven fabric or a pile knitted fabric is cut. As a method for removing the pile debris, conventionally, after the pile is cut, the pile debris is removed by simultaneously cleaning the surface of the pile fabric or pile knitted fabric with a brush or the like.
However, when the adhesive surface of the other side of the double-sided tape with release paper made of paper or resin sheet on one side is affixed to the back side of the pile material, this pile material is half-cut so as not to cut the release paper. When cutting, the pile scrap generated by the cutting is removed only with the brush on the surface of the pile, but the tip of the brush for removal is difficult to enter inside, so the pile fabric or pile knitted fabric inside the pile fabric It was found that the pile scraps that entered the vicinity were not sufficiently removed. For this reason, when using a woven fabric or knitted fabric with a pile cut in such a state, pile scraps that have entered the vicinity of the base fabric due to vibration during use, etc., eventually come out to the upper layer, causing problems after that. There is a risk of letting you.
Further, in recent sealing materials, the fiber diameter of a material used for a sealing material made of a pile woven fabric or a pile knitted fabric is made finer. Then, along with this refinement, in order to produce a cut pile, pile waste generated when cutting the pile may be further refined and float, which may be a burden on the operator. Concerned.
Therefore, in view of such problems and the burden on the operator, the problem of the present invention is to suppress the floating of fine pile scraps generated when cutting fibrous pile materials such as pile woven fabrics and pile knitted fabrics. A separator having an adhesive tape attached to a fibrous pile material, providing a cutting method for cutting, providing a manufacturing method of a pile product that can easily remove pile waste generated by the cutting method It is to provide a method for manufacturing a plurality of pile products in an arrayed state by cutting a pile material without cutting a certain release paper.
A first means for solving the problems of the present invention is a fibrous pile material or a material having a fibrous pile material (hereinafter, these two materials are representatively referred to as “fibrous pile material”). In order to form a pile product of a desired shape, this fibrous pile material is cut with a cutting blade that moves up and down on a fixed point while moving forward at a constant speed while being horizontally placed on a holding table. Thus, a pile product having a desired shape is formed. At that time, the release paper of the double-sided tape having release paper is placed on the holding table with the release paper facing down, and on the double-sided tape with release paper, the tip of the pile of fibrous pile material faces upward, Further, the single-sided adhesive tape is placed with the adhesive surface facing downward, and the single-sided adhesive tape and the member to be cut, which is a fibrous pile material underneath, are cut by a cutting blade that descends from above. The single-sided adhesive tape and the fibrous pile material underneath are cut almost simultaneously to form a desired ordinary cutting member, and pile scraps (hereinafter simply referred to as “pile scraps”) that are fluff generated by this cutting. A fibrous pile material characterized by comprising a step of removing pile waste by attaching it to the downward adhesive layer of the uppermost single-sided adhesive tape to form a cutting member having a pile waste removal step A method for producing a pile product is Ranaru cutting member.
The second means is that the fibrous pile material to be cut by the cutting blade is a member to be cut in which a double-sided tape is bonded to the back surface of the fibrous pile material with a release paper interposed therebetween. When making the desired pile product shape by half-cutting with a cutting blade while leaving the release paper from the cutting member, between the cutting blade and the holding base on which the fibrous pile material having the release paper is installed, A single-sided adhesive tape having an adhesive surface on one side or a single-sided adhesive sheet having an adhesive surface on one side (hereinafter referred to as “single-sided adhesive tape”) is interposed, and the adhesive surface of the single-sided adhesive tape is faced downward. Place the pile material with the pile tip facing upward, and cut the release paper by cutting the single-sided adhesive tape and the material to be cut, which is a fibrous pile material, almost simultaneously with the cutting blade that descends from above. It is formed into a cutting member having a cut pile of a desired shape without any remaining half cut, and the pile waste generated by this cutting is attached to the downward adhesive layer of the uppermost single-sided adhesive tape, thereby making the pile waste It is the manufacturing method of the pile product which is the cutting member which consists of a fibrous pile raw material of the 1st means characterized by including the process of removing from the front-end | tip of a cut pile, and making it a cutting member.
The third means is a method of cutting by cutting with a cutting blade, in which a first single-sided adhesive tape is interposed between the cutting blade and the holding base of the member to be cut, and the adhesive surface of the first single-sided adhesive sheet is used. By placing it on the pile surface side of the fibrous pile material, it prevents floating of pile debris by cutting, and leaves the release paper as a desired shape by half-cut cutting on the release paper. A plurality of desired cut shapes are formed in a separated arrangement, and a second single-sided adhesive tape having an adhesive surface on one side is attached to a region where the cutting has been completed, and the above-mentioned cutting is performed using a second single-sided adhesive tape. A cutting section made of a fibrous pile material of the first or second means, comprising the step of removing the piled waste generated by cutting simultaneously with the removal of the first single-sided adhesive tape, and forming a cutting member Is a method for producing a pile product is.
The fourth means is that the step of removing pile waste generated by cutting is performed by removing an excess portion different from the pile product after removing the pile waste following the removal of the pile waste in the step. A cutting member made of a fibrous pile material according to a third means, characterized in that it comprises a process in which pile products are arranged in a continuous direction at predetermined intervals on a release paper remaining after half-cutting. This is a method for manufacturing a pile product.
The other means is a cleaning material for cleaning the powder adhering to the powder processing unit or a powder sealing material for preventing leakage of powder from the powder processing unit. A pile product made of a cutting member produced by a method for producing a cutting member made of a fibrous pile material, which is one of the fourth means.
By means for solving the problems of the present invention, when cutting a fibrous pile material such as a pile woven fabric or a pile knitted fabric, it can be cut by preventing the floating of fine pile waste generated, and the cutting The pile waste generated by the method can be easily removed to produce a pile product, and the pile material can be cut without cutting the release paper that is also the separator of the adhesive tape attached to the fibrous pile material. Thus, a plurality of pile products in an array state can be manufactured in the array state.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, a single-sided
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 2, the
Here, the conventional cutting method of the
On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 4A to 4D, in the method for cutting the
That is, the relationship of (adhesive force between the
Moreover, in this invention, the
Thus, in the cutting of the laminated member made of the
FIGS. 5A and 5B show an embodiment of a cutting mechanism that cuts the

FIG. 7 shows that a double-
FIG. 8 is a plan view showing the shape of the

The example which provided the 2nd single-sided
FIG. 11 is a peeling tape for removing the first single-sided
Thus, the 1st single-sided
As shown in FIG. 14, the second single-sided
In this case, the relationship between the peeling force is the adhesion force between the second single-sided
Adhesive force between first single-sided
Adhesive force between the
Adhesive force between
Then, the relationship of F st > F rt > F tt > F tp is desirable, and the
As an example, FIG. 15 shows a result of the state in which the
FIG. 16 shows a photograph of a state where the first single-sided tape cut from the second single-sided tape peeling tape of FIG. 15 is peeled off.
As shown in FIGS. 14, 15, and 16, the
