Claims (10)
- 車隊(1)の車両(1A,1B,1C)のための安全システム(2)であって、
乗員保護手段(7)と、
衝突に関連した少なくとも1つの物理量を検出するための接触センサ装置(4)と、
車両周辺における衝突に関連した少なくとも1つの物理量を検出するための周辺センサ(3)を含むプレクラッシュシステム(10)と、
接触センサ装置(4)および周辺センサ(3)によって検出された物理量を衝突検出およびプレクラッシュ検出のために評価し、評価および所定のパラメータに依存して乗員保護手段(7)の少なくとも1つのアクチュエータ(14A,1B,1C)を制御する評価・制御ユニット(5.1)と
を備える安全システム(2)において、
プレクラッシュシステム(10)が、少なくとも1つのダミーアクチュエータ(14D)および適応的なプレトリガ機能(12)を備え、該プレトリガ機能が、最新の妥当性に依存して種々異なるパラメータセットを付与されており、不可避的な衝突を検出するために、検出された物理量をプレクラッシュ検出のために評価し、プレトリガ機能(12)をダミーモードに制限する第1パラメータセットが、最新の妥当性が所定の条件を満たすまで実行されており、前記ダミーモードでは、物理量の評価が不可避的な衝突を予測させた場合にプレトリガ機能(12)がダミーアクチュエータ(14D)のための少なくとも1つのトリガ信号を生成し、前記プレトリガ機能(12)が、ダミーアクチュエータ(14D)のトリガを評価・制御ユニット(5.1)の動作と比較し、比較に依存して、ダミーアクチュエータ(14D)のトリガを「正しい」または「誤作動」として分類することを特徴とする車隊(1)の車両(1A,1B,1C)のための安全システム(2)。 - 請求項1に記載の安全システムにおいて、
前記プレトリガ機能(12)が、前記ダミーアクチュエータ(14D)のトリガの分類を保存し、運転時間を加算するデータレコーダ(18)を含む安全システム。 - 請求項1または2に記載の安全システムにおいて、
前記プレトリガ機能(12)が第1通信装置(16)を含み、該第1通信装置を介してダミーアクチュエータ(14D)のトリガの分類および/または運転時間の合計をセンター(20)へ伝送することができる安全システム。 - 請求項3に記載の安全システムにおいて、
前記第1通信装置(16)が、更新された第1パラメータセットまたは第2のパラメータセットを前記センター(20)から受信し、前記プレトリガ機能(12)に供給し、第2パラメータセットが、前記乗員保護手段(7)の少なくとも1つのアクチュエータ(14A,14B,14C)のためのトリガ信号を生成する前記プレトリガ機能(12)の所定のモードを解除する安全システム。 - 車隊(1)の車両(1A,1B,1C)の安全システム(2)のためのプレトリガ機能(12)を妥当性確認するための装置であって、該装置が、コンピュータシステム(22)、第2通信装置(24)、およびメモリ手段(28)を含むセンター(20)を備え、前記コンピュータシステム(22)が前記第2通信装置(24)を介して前記車隊(1)の前記車両(1A,1B,1C)と通信し、データを交換する装置において、
前記車隊(1)の個々の前記車両(1A,1B,1C)の前記安全システム(2)が、請求項1から4までの少なくともいずれか一項にしたがって構成されており、
前記コンピュータシステム(22)がダミーアクチュエータ(14D)のトリガの分類および/または前記車隊(1)の前記車両(1A,1B,1C)の運転時間の合計を受信し、前記メモリ手段(28)に保存し、前記プレトリガ機能(12)の最新の妥当性を計算および第1パラメータセットを検査するために評価することを特徴とする車隊(1)の車両(1A,1B,1C)の安全システム(2)のためのプレトリガ機能(12)を妥当性確認するための装置。 - 請求項5に記載の装置において、
前記コンピュータシステム(22)が、必要に応じて前記車隊(1)の前記車両(1A,1B,1C)の前記ダミーアクチュエータ(14D)の「誤作動」の数および前記車隊(1)の前記車両(1A,1B,1C)の運転時間の合計を判定し、前記プレトリガ機能(12)の最新の妥当性を単位時間毎の前記車両(1A,1B,1C)の前記ダミーアクチュエータ(14D)の「誤作動」の数として計算する装置。 - 請求項6に記載の装置において、
前記コンピュータシステム(22)が、前記プレトリガ機能(12)が計算した最新の妥当性と、プレトリガ機能(12)に必要とされるロバスト性を表す所定の閾値とを比較し、単位時間毎の前記車両(1A,1B,1C)の前記ダミーアクチュエータ(14D)の「誤作動」の数が所定の閾値を下回る場合には、前記コンピュータシステム(22)が、第2パラメータセットを前記車隊(1)の前記車両(1A,1B,1C)に出力する装置。 - 請求項5から7までのいずれか一項に記載の装置において、
前記コンピュータシステム(22)が、前記第2通信装置(24)を介して直接に、または第3通信装置(26)を介して、前記車隊(1)の前記車両(1A,1B,1C)の第1通信装置(16)と通信する装置。 - 請求項8に記載の装置において、
前記第3通信装置(26)が作業場に配置されており、診断時に前記第1通信装置(16)を介して前記プレトリガ機能(12)のデータレコーダ(18)を読み取る装置。 - 請求項9に記載の装置において、
前記通信装置(16,24,26)が、IPノードとして構成されている装置。
