Claims (10)
- − ハウジング(101)と、
− 軸方向を画定し、近位端部および遠位端部を有するねじ付きピストンロッド(102)と、
− 回転可能な駆動チューブ(103)と、
− 前記ピストンロッド(102)と螺合し、前記駆動チューブ(103)に対して回転方向には固定されているが軸方向に移動可能な駆動ナット(104)と、
− 前記ピストンロッド(102)に対して回転方向には固定されているが軸方向に移動可能な駆動部材(107)と、
− 前記ピストンロッド(102)に回転自在に配置され、前記駆動チューブ(103)を軸方向に移動可能にするように配置され、前記ハウジング(101)に対して軸方向に固定配置され、前記駆動チューブ(103)を軸方向に移動可能にするように配置された支持部材(105)と、
− 前記ピストンロッド(102)と前記駆動チューブ(103)との間に配置され、前記駆動ナット(104)と前記支持部材(105)との間に軸方向に配置された圧縮駆動ばね(106)と、
− 使用者が吐出する薬剤の用量を設定することを可能にし、前記用量が設定されるのに対応して前記圧縮駆動ばね(106)が歪められる、用量設定手段(110、111)と
を備え、
− 前記駆動チューブ(103)は、用量設定位置から、前記駆動チューブ(103)が前記駆動部材(107)と回転不能に係合し、一緒に回転できる駆動位置へと、遠位方向に移動できる、薬剤送達装置(100)。 - 用量設定中、用量設定方向に前記駆動チューブ(103)を回転させると、前記駆動ナット(104)が前記ピストンロッド(102)において近位方向に移動し、したがって、前記駆動ナット(104)と前記支持部材(105)との間の前記圧縮駆動ばね(106)を歪める、請求項1に記載の薬剤送達装置。
- 前記駆動チューブ(103)が前記用量設定位置から前記駆動位置へと遠位方向に移動するときに、
− 前記ピストンロッド(102)、前記駆動チューブ(103)、前記駆動ナット(104)、および前記駆動部材(107)が回転方向について固定され、
− 前記圧縮駆動ばね(106)からの遠位方向に向く力により、前記ピストンロッド(102)、前記駆動チューブ(103)、前記駆動ナット(104)、および前記駆動部材(107)が回転することにより、前記ハウジング(101)内のねじ付き境界面(125)によって前記ピストンロッド(102)が遠位方向に移動する、請求項1または2に記載の薬剤送達装置。 - 前記駆動チューブ(103)は、前記支持部材(105)の一部分(105’)が前記駆動チューブ(103)の外側のハウジング部分(101’)に係合できるようにする開口部(103’)を備える、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の薬剤送達装置。
- 前記支持部材(105)は前記ハウジング(101)に対して回転できる、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の薬剤送達装置。
- 前記薬剤送達装置(100)は、前記用量設定位置で前記駆動チューブ(103)と回転可能に係合する結合要素(111)を介して前記用量設定方向に前記駆動チューブ(103)を回転させるように構成された薬剤送達作動要素(110)をさらに備え、前記駆動チューブ(103)は前記駆動位置で用量作動されると、遠位方向かつ軸方向に移動し、これにより前記結合要素(111)は前記駆動チューブ(103)と係合しなくなる、請求項2から5のいずれか一項に記載の薬剤送達装置。
- 前記結合要素(111)はラチェット要素である、請求項6に記載の薬剤送達装置(100)。
- 前記結合要素(111)は、用量作動まで前記駆動チューブ(103)が回転することを防ぎ、用量作動後、前記駆動チューブ(103)は前記駆動位置になり、回転して前記駆動部材(107)も回転させる、請求項7に記載の薬剤送達装置(100)。
- 前記支持部材(105)は、前記ハウジング(101)または前記ハウジング部分(101’)に係合する複数の近位を向く突起(120)を備える、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の薬剤送達装置(100)。
- 薬剤リザーバまたは薬剤リザーバを受け入れるための手段(210)をさらに備え、前記薬剤リザーバは吐出口を備える、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の薬剤送達装置(100)。
