Claims (15)
- 方法であって、
走査型レーザプロジェクタと、前記走査型レーザプロジェクタの視界内の複数の投影点との距離を測定することと、
前記複数の投影点が略平面内に存在するかどうかを決定することと、
前記複数の投影点が略平面内に存在しなければ、前記視界内の障害物に応答して少なくとも1つのアクションを実行することと、を含む方法。 - 前記複数の投影点が略平面内に存在するかどうかを決定することは、平面方程式を前記複数の投影点へ当てはめることを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の投影点が略平面内に存在するかどうかを決定することは、前記測定される距離を平均することと、測定される個々の距離と平均との誤差を決定することと、を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の投影点が略平面内に存在するかどうかを決定することは、投影点間の勾配ベクトルを決定することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つのアクションを実行することは、前記走査型レーザプロジェクタの視界内のレーザ出力を増大しないことを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つのアクションを実行することは、前記障害物が生命のないオブジェクトであるかどうかを決定することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記障害物が生命のないオブジェクトであるかどうかを決定することは、熱を測定することを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 装置であって、
レーザ光源と、
視界内のラスタパターンにおいて前記レーザ光源からの光を反射するための走査ミラーと、
前記走査ミラーと前記視界内のオブジェクトとの距離を測定する近接センサと、
前記近接センサによって測定される距離に対応する投影点が、略平面内に存在するかどうかを決定するための平面度検出器と、
前記近接センサおよび前記平面度検出器の双方からの信号に応答して、前記レーザ光源の出力を制御するレーザ出力コントローラと、を備える装置。 - 前記レーザ出力コントローラは、前記近接センサから近接違反の指示を受信するとすぐにレーザ出力を低減する、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記レーザ出力コントローラは、前記平面度検出器から平面度の指示を受信するとすぐにレーザ出力の低減を逆転させる、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記視界内の熱を検出して前記レーザ出力コントローラへ信号を提供するための熱検出デバイスをさらに備える、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記平面度検出器は、前記投影点が略平面内に存在するかどうかを、平面方程式を前記複数の投影点へ当てはめることによって決定する、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記平面度検出器は、前記投影点が略平面内に存在するかどうかを、前記測定される距離を平均し、かつ測定される個々の距離と前記平均との誤差を決定することによって決定する、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記平面度検出器は、前記投影点が略平面内に存在するかどうかを、投影点間の勾配ベクトルを決定することによって決定する、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 方法であって、
走査型レーザプロジェクタと、前記走査型レーザプロジェクタの視界内の複数の投影点との距離を測定することと、
前記複数の投影点が略基準面上に存在するかどうかを決定することと、
前記複数の投影点が略基準面上に存在しなければ、前記視界内の障害物に応答して少なくとも1つのアクションを実行することと、を含む方法。
