Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 3次元多細胞物体を作成する方法において、
a)第一の光重合性液体を反応容器(4)に導入するステップと、
b)第一の光ビームを、前記反応容器(4)の前記第一の液体の充填された領域内にある第一の焦点面に集光するステップと、
c)前記第一の光ビームによって、前記反応容器(4)内の第一の層に第一の重合構造を作成するステップと、
d)別の光重合性液体を前記反応容器(4)に導入して、前に作成された重合構造が前記別の光重合性液体で少なくとも部分的に覆われるようにするステップと、
e)別の光ビームを、前記反応容器(4)のうち前記別の液体の充填された領域内にある別の焦点面に集光するステップと、
f)別の光ビームによって前記反応容器(4)内の別の層の中に別の重合構造を作成するステップであって、前記別の重合構造は、前に作成された前記重合構造の上に直接配置され、そこに接続されるようなステップと、
g)前記3次元多細胞物体が作成されるまで、1回に1つの別の光重合性液体でステップd)からf)を繰り返すステップと、
を含み、
前記第一の光重合性液体及び/又は、前記別の光重合性液体のうちの少なくとも1つは、生体細胞を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、
前記第一の光重合性液体と、前記別の光重合性液体のうちの少なくとも1つは、異なる液体であることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の方法において、
前記別の光重合性液体は、前記反応容器(4)の中に前にあった前記光重合性液体が前記反応容器(4)から取り除かれまで前記反応容器(4)に導入されないことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の方法において、
キャリアプレート(15)が前記反応容器(4)内に配置され、そこに前記第一の重合構造が結合されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載の方法において、
前記第一の及び/又は前記別の光ビームを生成するための光源(2)と前記反応容器(4)との間に配置された光学系(5)における焦点調整が、前記反応容器(4)の中の焦点面を変化させるために実行されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載の方法において、
前記焦点面を変化させるために、一方で前記反応容器(4)又は前記反応容器(4)の中に配置されたキャリアプレート(15)と、他方で前記第一の及び/又は前記別の光ビームを生成するための光源(1、2)との間の相対移動が実行されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載の方法において、
前記第一の及び/又は前記別の光ビームが、前記第一の光重合性液体及び/又は前記別の光重合性液体の中のそれぞれの前記焦点面の中の所定の、事前設定可能な領域へと誘導されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載の方法において、
複数の重合構造が同じ層の中に作成されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至8の何れか1項に記載の方法において、
前記第一の層の中の少なくとも前記第一の重合構造には、前記第一の光ビームが2方向から照射されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至9の何れか1項に記載の方法において、
前記第一の光ビーム及び/又は前記別の光ビームの波長は200〜1000nmの範囲であることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至10の何れか1項に記載の方法において、
前記第一の光ビーム及び/又は前記別の光ビームの波長が380〜780nmの範囲であることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至11の何れか1項に記載の方法において、
前記3次元多細胞物体の作成中に、膜、経路、穴、センサ、導電性キャリア、及び走化性調製物からなる群より選択された少なくとも1つの要素が前記3次元多細胞物体の中に組み込まれることを特徴とする方法。 - 光重合性液体から3次元多細胞物体を作成する装置において、
・反応容器(4)と、
・前記装置の動作中に、それが前記反応容器(4)に焦点面において光を照射できるように配置された光源(1、2)と、
・異なる光重合性液体のためのタンク(7)と、
・前記異なる光重合性液体を前記反応容器(4)の中に導入し、前記反応容器からそれを排出するために前記タンク(7)及び前記反応容器(4)と流体連通させることのできるポンプ(9)と、
・前記光源(1、2)と前記ポンプ(9)を制御するための制御ユニット(13)と、
を備えることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項13に記載の装置において、
前記光源(1、2)が提供され、異なる波長の光を発するように構成され、発せられる予定の前記光の波長は事前設定可能であることを特徴とする装置。 - 人工臓器又は妊娠モデルを作成するための請求項13又は14に記載の装置の使用。
