Claims (7)
- 少なくとも2つの対向する端部(2a、2b)を有し、該端部(2a、2b)で少なくとも1つの患者の回旋筋腱板の損傷した腱に接続されるように構成されている、平坦要素(2)を含む回旋筋腱板の再構成のためのデバイスであって、前記平坦要素(2)は、完全に生分解性かつ吸収性の材料から成ることを特徴とするデバイス。
- 前記平坦要素(2)は、PGA繊維生地から成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記平坦要素(2)の前記生地は、縦編みタイプであり、および/または好適には織られていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2のいずれかに記載のデバイス。
- 前記平坦要素(2)の前記生地の厚さは、0.1mm〜2mmの間に含まれ、好適には0.3mm〜0.6mmの間に含まれ、より好適には0.4mm〜0.53mmの間に含まれ、更により好適には0.45mmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のデバイス。
- 前記平坦要素(2)の前記生地は、50〜200デニールの間に含まれる密度を有する糸で作られていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のデバイス。
- 前記平坦要素(2)は、平面図では実質的に三角形の形状、好適には二等辺三角形の形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のデバイス。
- 前記平坦要素(2)の前記端部(2a、2b)に配置され、吸収性の縫合糸を用いて前記平坦要素(2)を前記腱に固定するために使用されるように構成された固定領域(3)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のデバイス。
