Abstract
Description
(A) 導電性被覆を製造すること;
(B) この導電性被覆内でかつ加熱フィールド内に、少なくとも1つの被覆のない区域又は少なくとも2つの被覆のない区域を製造すること;
(C) 導電性被覆と電気的に接続されていることで、供給電圧の印加により加熱電流が両方のブスバーの間に存在する加熱フィールドを介して流れる、電源の両方の極と接続された少なくとも2つの、殊に2つのブスバーを形成すること、及び/又は
(D) この加熱フィールドを介して少なくとも2つのブスバーと電気的に接続することが予定されている、少なくとも1つの被覆のない区域を少なくとも部分的に取り囲む少なくとも1つの補助電極を製造すること、ここで、
(E) 方法工程(C)及び(D)は、好ましくは順番に又は同時に、殊に同時に実施され、
ここで、ブスバーの電気伝導率は、補助電極の電気伝導率よりも大きい。
− 第1のウィンドガラスの被覆された表面に熱可塑性中間層を配置し、かつこの熱可塑性中間層に第2のウィンドガラスを配置すること及び
− 第1のウィンドガラスと第2のウィンドガラスとを熱可塑性中間層を介して結合すること。

− 少なくとも2つのブスバー(11、11′)は明るい銀色の色調を示し、かつ補助電極は暗い色調を示す、
透明のウィンドガラス(1)を含む。
− 少なくとも1つの補助電極(15、15′、15″)は、被覆(8)の加熱フィールド(12)を介してブスバー(11、11′)と電気的に接続されていて、かつ
− 少なくとも2つのブスバー(11、11′)が、L*>65、好ましくは>80の明るい銀色の色調を示し、かつ少なくとも1つの補助電極(15、15′、15″)が、L*≦65、好ましくは<50の暗い色調を示す
透明のウィンドガラス(1)を含む。
Claims (14)
- 少なくとも1つの加熱可能な導電性被覆(8)を備え、前記導電性被覆(8)は、電源の両方の極と電気的に接続することが予定されている少なくとも2つのブスバー(11、11′)と、供給電圧の印加により加熱電流が前記少なくとも2つのブスバーの間に形成された加熱フィールド(12)を介して流れるように接続されていて、前記加熱フィールド(12)は、少なくとも1つの被覆のない区域(14)を備え、前記被覆のない区域(14)は、導電性被覆(8)により少なくとも部分的に形成された、被覆のない区域(14)の区域縁部(16)により区切られ、かつ前記被覆のない区域(14)は、少なくとも1つの補助電極(15、15′、15″)により少なくとも部分的に取り囲まれている透明のウィンドガラス(1)において、
− 前記少なくとも1つの補助電極(15、15′、15″)は、前記被覆(8)の前記加熱フィールド(12)を介して前記ブスバー(11、11′)と電気的に接続されていて、かつ
− 前記少なくとも2つのブスバー(11、11′)は、明るい銀色の色調を示し、かつ前記補助電極は、暗い色調を示し、前記少なくとも2つのブスバー(11、11′)は、銀ペーストの全体量を基準として70〜90質量%の銀含有率の銀ペーストを用いて製造可能であり、かつ前記少なくとも1つの補助電極(15、15′、15″)は、銀ペーストの全体量を基準として50〜<70質量%の銀含有率の銀ペーストを用いて製造可能である
ことを特徴とする透明のウィンドガラス(1)。 - 前記少なくとも1つの補助電極(15、15′、15″)の電気伝導率は、前記少なくとも2つのブスバー(11、11′)の電気伝導率の0.05〜0.3倍であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の透明のウィンドガラス(1)。
- 前記少なくとも2つのブスバー(11、11′)は、L*>65、好ましくは>80を示す明るい銀色の色調を示し、及び/又は前記少なくとも1つの補助電極(15、15′、15″)は、L*≦65、好ましくは<50を示す暗い色調を示すことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の透明のウィンドガラス(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの補助電極(15、15′、15″)は、少なくとも部分的に、直線形、波形、メアンダ形、鋸歯形及び/又はジグザグ形に延びることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の透明のウィンドガラス(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの補助電極(15、15′、15″)及び前記少なくとも2つのブスバー(11、11′)は、1つの方法工程で2種の異なる銀ペーストを用いて製造可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の透明のウィンドガラス(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの補助電極(15、15′、15″)及び前記少なくとも2つのブスバー(11、11′)は、スクリーン印刷により製造可能であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の透明のウィンドガラス(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの被覆のない区域(14)は、前記透明のウィンドガラス(1)の取り付けられた状態で上側のブスバー(11)に空間的に割り当てられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の透明のウィンドガラス(1)。
- 前記被覆のない区域(14)は、マスキングストリップ(13、13′)により部分的にだけ覆い隠されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の透明のウィンドガラス(1)。
- 次の方法工程:
(A) 導電性被覆(8)を製造すること、
(B) 前記導電性被覆(8)内でかつ加熱フィールド(12)内に、少なくとも1つの被覆のない区域(14)又は少なくとも2つの被覆のない区域(14、14′、14″)を製造すること、
(C) 前記導電性被覆(8)と電気的に接続されていることで、供給電圧の印加により両方のブスバー(11、11′)の間に存在する加熱フィールド(12)を介して加熱電流が流れる、電源の両方の極と接続された少なくとも2つの、殊に2つのブスバー(11、11′)を形成すること、
(D) 前記両方のブスバー(11、11′)と電気的に接続することが予定されている、少なくとも1つの被覆のない区域(14)を少なくとも部分的に取り囲む少なくとも1つの補助電極(15、15′、15″)を製造すること
を含む、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の透明のウィンドガラス(1)の製造方法。 - (E) 方法工程(C)及び(D)を同時にスクリーン印刷によって実施することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- − 前記少なくとも2つのブスバー(11、11′)の製造のために、明るい銀色のブスバー(11、11′)を提供する銀ペーストを用い、かつ
− 前記少なくとも1つの補助電極(15、15′、15″)の製造のために、暗い補助電極(15、15′、15″)を提供する銀ペーストを用いる
ことを特徴とする、請求項9又は10に記載の方法。 - − 前記少なくとも2つのブスバー(11、11′)の製造のために使用された銀ペーストは、前記銀ペーストの全体量を基準として70〜90質量%の銀含有率を示し、かつ
− 前記少なくとも1つの補助電極(15、15′、15″)の製造のために使用された銀ペーストは、前記銀ペーストの全体量を基準として50〜<70質量%の銀含有率を示す
ことを特徴とする、請求項9から11までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 方法工程(C)及び(D)を、生じる前記暗い補助電極の電気伝導率が、前記ブスバーの電気伝導率の0.05〜0.3倍であるように実施することを特徴とする、請求項9から12までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の透明のウィンドガラス(1)及び請求項9から13までのいずれか1項に記載の方法により製造された透明のウィンドガラス(1)の、家具、機器、建物及び移動手段内の、機能的及び/又は装飾的な個別部材として及び取付部材としての使用。
