Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- ・光源が、反射面から反射された光のある領域を遮蔽するように、走査ミラーアセンブリの前記反射面の方に向かって非平行光を放射するために配設された、前記光源と、
・少なくとも1つの回転軸の周りで回転変位されるように配設された、前記反射面を備える、前記走査ミラーアセンブリと、
・前記遮蔽された領域の少なくとも一部分を照明するように、反射された前記光の伝搬方向を変更するための第1の光学素子と、を備える、照明システム。 - 前記第1の光学素子が、前記反射面に対して前記光源を少なくとも部分的に越えて位置する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の光学素子が、前記反射面に対して前記光源を完全に越えて位置する、請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の光学素子が、レンズ、波長変換素子、または回折格子を備える、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記光源が、静止時にかつ回転変位にさらされないときに、前記反射面の中間点から延在しかつ前記反射面に実質的に直交する第1の軸上に位置する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の光学素子の断面形状が、平凸状、両凸状、平凹状、両凹状、円筒状、球状、または非球状である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の光学素子が、レンズのアレイを備える、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記光源と前記第1の光学素子との間にあり、前記光源および前記第1の光学素子を前記反射面の前記回転の軸に対してそれらの相対的位置に支持するように配設された、支持素子を更に備える、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記光が前記反射面に到達する前に、前記光源によって放射された前記光を成形するための第2の光学素子を更に備える、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の光学素子が、レンズを備え、前記システムが、波長変換素子を更に備える、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記波長変換素子が、前記第1の光学素子と前記走査ミラーアセンブリとの間に位置する、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記波長変換素子が、前記反射面に対して前記光源を越えて位置する、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記光源が、前記第1の光学素子の焦点距離の半分に等しい距離だけ前記反射面から隔てられる、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 照明システムを製造する方法であって、
・第1の基板および第2の基板を提供することと、
・非平行光を放射するように配設された光源を前記第1の基板上に提供することと、
・少なくとも1つの回転軸の周りで回転変位されるように、かつ前記光源によって放射された前記光を反射するように配設された反射面を備える、走査ミラーアセンブリを前記第2の基板上に提供することと、
・前記反射面から反射された前記光の伝搬方向を変更するために第1の光学素子を前記第1の基板上に提供することと、
・前記第1および第2の基板を互いから所定の隔離距離に維持するためのスペーサ素子を提供することと、
・前記第1の基板および前記第2の基板を積み重ねることと、を含む、方法。 - 1つ以上の光センサを前記第2の基板上に提供することを更に含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記1つ以上の光センサは、それらが、実質的に非透明なセパレータによって前記走査ミラーアセンブリから隔てられるように提供される、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも2つの光学素子および光源が、前記第1の基板上に提供され、少なくとも2つの走査ミラーアセンブリが、前記第2の基板上に提供され、前記方法が、前記積み重ねられた基板構造を切断して、少なくとも2つの照明システムモジュールを形成することを更に含む、請求項14から16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の光学素子が、成形可能な透明基板を前記第1の基板上に提供することと、型を用いてこの成形可能な透明基板をパターニングして前記第1の光学素子を形成することとによって提供される、請求項14から17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記光源が、前記第1の基板の第1の表面上に提供され、前記第1の光学素子が、前記第1の側とは反対側の、前記第1の基板の第2の表面上に提供される、請求項14から18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記光源は、それが、前記反射面の方に向かって非平行光を放射するために配設されるように前記第1の基板上に提供され、前記光源は、それが、前記反射面から反射された前記光のある領域を遮蔽するように位置し、前記第1の光学素子が、前記遮蔽された領域の少なくとも一部分を照明するように、反射された前記光の前記伝搬方向を変更するために配設される、請求項14から19のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
