Claims (20)
- 水圧転写システムにおいて対象を装飾する積層集成体であって、

前記対象に光学的効果又はセキュリティ特徴のうちの1つ又は複数をもたらすように構成されている光学的効果層と、
前記担体フィルムと前記効果層との間に配置される1つ又は複数のインク層と、
前記1つ又は複数のインク層と前記光学的効果層との間に配置されるコート層と、
を備え、前記効果層は、前記対象に前記光学的効果又は前記セキュリティ特徴のうちの前記1つ又は複数をもたらすように構成されている浮彫りパターンを備える、積層集成体。 - 前記効果層は、金属、金属合金又は高屈折率材料のうちの1つ又は複数から形成される、請求項1に記載の積層集成体。
- 前記効果層によってもたらされる前記光学的効果は、ホログラフィデザイン、又は見る角度によって色が変化するデザインのうちの1つ又は複数を含む、請求項1に記載の積層集成体。
- 前記効果層は、前記光学的効果又は前記セキュリティ特徴のうちの前記1つ又は複数をもたらす浮彫りパターンを備える、請求項1に記載の積層集成体。
- 前記浮彫りパターンは、間隙によって分離されている前記効果層の別個の塊によって画定される、請求項4に記載の積層集成体。
- 前記浮彫りパターンは、マイクロクラックによって分離されている前記効果層の別個の塊によって画定される、請求項4に記載の積層集成体。
- 前記浮彫りパターンは、前記効果層のエンボス加工パターンである、請求項4に記載の積層集成体。
- 水圧転写システムにおいて対象上に装飾を転写する積層集成体であって、
前記水圧転写システム内に配置されると溶けるように構成されている担体フィルムと、
前記対象に光学的効果又はセキュリティ特徴のうちの1つ又は複数をもたらすように構成されている光学的効果層と、
前記担体層と前記光学的効果層との間に配置されるコート層と、
を備え、前記効果層は、前記対象に前記光学的効果又は前記セキュリティ特徴のうちの前記1つ又は複数をもたらすように構成されている浮彫りパターンを備える、積層集成体。 - 前記効果層は、金属、金属合金又は高屈折率材料のうちの1つ又は複数から形成される、請求項8に記載の積層集成体。
- 前記効果層によってもたらされる前記光学的効果は、ホログラフィデザイン、又は見る角度によって色が変化するデザインのうちの1つ又は複数を含む、請求項8に記載の積層集成体。
- 前記効果層は、前記光学的効果又は前記セキュリティ特徴のうちの前記1つ又は複数をもたらす浮彫りパターンを備える、請求項8に記載の積層集成体。
- 前記浮彫りパターンは、間隙によって分離されている前記効果層の別個の塊によって画定される、請求項11に記載の積層集成体。
- 前記コート層はエンボス加工層である、請求項11に記載の積層集成体。
- 前記浮彫りパターンは、マイクロクラックによって分離されている前記効果層の別個の塊によって画定される、請求項11に記載の積層集成体。
- 前記浮彫りパターンは、前記効果層のエンボス加工パターンである、請求項11に記載の積層集成体。
- 水圧転写システムにおいて対象上に転写される積層集成体を製造する方法であって、
前記水圧転写システム内に配置されると溶けるように構成されている担体フィルムの上方に1つ又は複数のインク層を堆積することと、
前記1つ又は複数のインク層の上方にコート層を堆積することと、
前記コート層の上方に光学的効果層を堆積することと、
前記光学的効果層に浮彫りパターンを形成することであって、前記浮彫りパターンは、前記対象に光学的効果又はセキュリティ特徴のうちの1つ又は複数をもたらすように構成されている、浮彫りパターンを形成することと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記浮彫りパターンを形成することは、前記光学的効果層に前記浮彫りパターンをエンボス加工することを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記効果層を堆積することは、金属、金属合金又は高屈折率材料のうちの1つ又は複数を堆積することを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記1つ又は複数のインク層を堆積することは、熱転写印刷、デジタルインクジェット印刷、三次元印刷のうちの1つ若しくは複数を用いて前記1つ若しくは複数のインク層を印刷すること、又は、前記1つ若しくは複数のインク層のインクを架橋することを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記効果層を堆積することは、1つ又は複数の金属又は金属合金を気相蒸着することを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
