Claims (18)
- 流体および消火剤の高速ストリームを送達可能な消火装置を含み、前記流体および前記消火剤の両方が火災に向けられるシステム(20、300)であって、前記消火装置が、
第1の端部(352)および第2の端部(354)を有する少なくとも1つの外側の第1の管(100、340)であって、所定の長さL、内側直径および外側直径を有する第1の管と、
前記第1の管の内側に配置された空気透過性を有する第2の管、ホースまたはサック(120、350)であって、前記サックは第1の管端部および第2の管端部を有し、前記外側の第1の管端部に沿った第1の位置から、前記外側の第1の管に沿った第2の位置まで延び、前記外側の第1の管の前記第2の端部、またはその近傍で終結する、第2の管、ホースまたはサックと、
前記サックと前記第1の管の前記内側直径との間に位置する消火剤(160)と、
汚染物質が前記第1の管に入ることを防止するために、前記第1の管の前記第2の端部に固定される、取り外し可能な栓または破裂ディスク(190、370)と、
前記第1の管の前記第1の端部に対して、直接的にまたはマニホルドなどを介して間接的に連結された高圧流体源(180)であって、起動信号を受信すると、高圧流体を送達して、圧力流体が前記内側管またはサックの前記第1の端部に入るようにし、前記流体の流れは、前記栓を除去するか、または前記ディスクを破断させて前記サックから流出して、前記消火材料を、前記第1の管の、今や開放された前記第2の端部から押し出すように構成される、高圧流体源と、を備えるシステム。 - 前記透過性の第2のホース、管またはサック(120、350)からの前記流体の流れが、前記第2の管、ホースまたはサックの長さ方向に沿っている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記高圧流体が、アルゴン、ヘリウム、窒素、二酸化炭素、もしくはそれらの組み合わせのうちの1つからなるガスすなわち流体である、請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 前記高圧流体源に動作可能に連結される第2の内側管と、消火剤を内部に有する第2の外側管とをさらに備え、前記第2の外側管の端部が別の栓(190)または破断可能なディスク(418)によって一時的に閉塞されている、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の外側管が波形管(340)であり、リングまたはワッシャが、前記第1の外側管の端部付近の前記波形のうちの1つに配置され、第1の継手が、前記リングまたはワッシャの後部に配置され、前記第1の継手は、前記マニホルドまたは前記第1の外側管の出口端と対応付けられた第2の継手に対して固定されるように構成され、互いに固定された前記第1の継手および前記第2の継手により、前記継手と、前記リングまたはワッシャと、前記波形の管の外側面との間に流体密封が形成される、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記外側管の出口端における前記第2の継手(322、362)は、前記流体がそこを通って流れることを可能にする複数の開口(370)を有するノズル(370)と連結するように構成される、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記破断可能なディスクが、前記ノズルと前記第2の継手との間に位置する、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記ノズルがピンを含み、前記ピンの端部が、前記破断可能なディスクの近傍に配置され、前記ピンは、前記破断可能なディスクを破断させるように構成される、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の管および前記第2の管が、直線形状または曲線形状であり、前記高圧流体源から、同じ方向または異なる方向に延びている、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記高圧流体源が、火工技術的に起動されるガス生成器である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の管が、プラスチック、鉄、および、波形状の金属またはプラスチックのうちの1つである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記システムが、エンジン室または貯蔵室を含む、火災が維持される恐れのある空間に固定的に位置する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記消火剤は、粉体である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 乾燥剤をさらに含む、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記消火剤が、疎水効果のために付加される乾燥粉体シリコンである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の管の第2の端部、かつ、他の任意の同様な管の端部に、スクリーンをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 空間内で既に発生した火災または予期された火災を消火する方法であって、
a)前記火災または前記予期された火災を感知すると共に、この事象を通知する起動信号を生成するステップと、
b)高圧流体源と、1つまたは複数の管と、前記外側管のそれぞれにおける空気透過性の内側管またはホースと、前記内側ホース、管またはソックの外側面と前記1つまたは複数の外側管の内側直径との間に設けられた所定量の消火剤とを備える消火システムを、前記火災の前に前記空間内に配置するステップと、
c)前記火災または前記予期された火災の感知に応答して、前記加圧流体源を起動するステップと、
d)流体の高速ストリームを、前記ソックの第1の端部に送出することで前記ガス消火材料を各管から放出させ、前記火災を消火するかまたは火災の発生を防止するステップと、を含む方法。 - 前記消火剤の主要な構成要素がリン酸アンモニウムである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
